That color spread looks so awesome, in fact, the look like one big awesome pirate crew. Its a shame Law doesn't mesh well with others, but Kinemon and Momo's chancing of joining has gone up.

Because it's a spread with characters from the recent arc. Like Brownbeard. I think it's hard to deny the it's him, given that other arc characters (Kinemon, Law, Momo) are in it.
I hope that you aren't actually serious. BB, Shanks, Akainu, Aokiji, Jinbe, Bepo, Penguin and Shachi didn't even appear in this arc. And the name of the spread is New Age. So that is Kaido 100%. If it really were Brownbeard, Oda wouldn't have a reason not to show his entire face. And seriously, that face doesn't look like Brownbeard at all…

Coll color spread. The Law's pirates are still in the game. I hope Jean Bart didn't part way with them. Kaidou as so much hair I was expecting a robot like design for him. I really don't like Akainu mustache. Don't who suggest him to do so but he was wrong. So Big mom only get an eye-shot.
Franky is doing great for now. Heck he even seems to have the upperhand for now. So Baby 5 is able to turn herself completely into weapons. This sure is a cool power. I loved her katana mode with Bufalo swinging her around. I wonder if the missile is gonna get Franky out of the cockpit.
Law is still having problem dealing with Luffy. But no way in hell nakama stays behind. Momo finally learn that is father was after him but worst than that he was poisoned in the process. I wonder what will be his reaction. Suicide? Anyway they are finally getting out of here. Even henchmen get a ride.
This departure let's me hope only Kinemon is getting cure. But I promise that if G-5 get revived I won't ever hope to see death of relevant characters in One Piece.
Tashigi, my dear looser, you really can't get the job done when it involves fighting. Monet is back in her track. Good thing since I was hoping more of her. She doesn't loose time and contact Joker right away. Good conversesion. Dofla recognize he was the one who underestimated the rookies and doesn't hold a grudge on that. And Monet proves that it isn't fear who drives her acts at least not entirely. She proposed herself for the self-destruct button. That's the kind of shit I want to see from Doflamingo subordinates(Law, Vergo,Monet). Looking at death without fear and even have time to sound cool in front of it.
But now Doflamingo will have a real reason to get mad at her as she will be unable to press that fucking button.Ceasar regained consciousness really fast. He's an a pretty good shape for someone who just took a elephant bazooka in the guts. He just have enough strength to squeeze Monet heart and then get put to sleep by a falling rumble. And all will be able to say nobody mess with the Law.
Good chapter and my first real summary of one.

I think it`s rly interesting that DoFlamingo gets so much loyality from his crewmembers.
We saw that DoFlamingo is using his DF to make people act against their will, but his crewmembers are willing to sacrifice themself without him having to say a word.(as we see Monet was already at the destruction button)
They trust in his decision just like the SHs do in Luffy.
So it sure appears to be brutal that he wants her to sacrifice herself, but like Aohige already mentioned he more or less offers with that a chance for Monet to redeem herself from failing her mission.
Luffy would never allow a crewmember to die, but when we assume a SH would fail a mission they also would feel guilty and might want to sacrifice themself for the rest of the crew…(Zoro did so to save the crew afterall) -

He replaced Bepo with Jean Bart against a Pacifista. Could have been a tactial move, but maybe he simply valued his huggy bear.

Jean Bart isn't in the spread, and he had more screentime than Satchi & Penguin
So yeah, leaving him behind seems to be perfectly in character. The only reason why I think he is still around is due to Oda being the mangaka. There is no way he will neglect him just like that, Jean Bart is too unique.

Bins is getting the cold shoulder and doesn't get a place on a WSJ cover. Still pretty awesome though with Luffy and Law ready for battle.
I have to agree that the color spread looks awesome, although imo it's not better than the one two weeks ago (I just loved searching for all these minor characters in there). I especially like that Oda uses characters besides the Straw Hats yet again and I really hope we see more of that in upcoming spreads. Brownbeard and Jean Bart are kinda missing, but I guess they hadn't enough place on there.
Who would have guessed that Franky can actually kinda fight in the Franky Shogun? :X
Nice little fight however, although on page 12 (Mangastream version) I don't really get what happens with the General Shield. Does it stop Buffalo from spinning Baby 5 around?
Speaking of whom, I think Buffalo could be inspired by Karlsson-on-the-Roof:!
Well, he's not resembling him at all, but his Devil Fruit and how he holds his hands while flying is kind of reminiscent of the character.
Anyways, seems like Oda can do really much with Baby 5's ability, but I hope we see more of just single body parts transforming. And I guess Franky will still be just fine, after she hit him as a missile.Ceasar is still conscious, although being beaten badly. That's the way to go. Love ya, man!
Well…but I'm pretty sure he is holding Monet's heart in his hands right now...Brownbeard better is in that truck or else Monet should just blow up these cruel guys!
I wonder what the various parties will do now though. There seems to be only the SAD tanker and the Thousand Sunny (I hope Franky got Mini Merry btw), but we have the Straw Hats, Law, the marines, Kinemon & Momonosuke, Brownbeard, the kids and Caesar's henchmen. I guess Law maybe hid his submarine under the water and Kinemon + son will probably sail with the SH for a while. Smoker could take the kids with him on the tanker, but I don't know if he would take CC's men with him.
While Kinemon will probably turn out okay in the next chapter or so, but with everyone fleeing now I really can't see the other Shinokuni victims being saved. And that's just for the better imho.Monet's loyality to Doflamingo was somehow a little bit touching, especially when she said "No need to say anymore, Joker". But maybe that's just me, who heard the Film Z OST "Z's tragedy" while reading that part.^^
As I said before, CC probably has her heart instead of Smokers though, so she will fall just before pressing that button. -

Man ceasar can still move after take that huge atack from luffy is reaching blackbeard durability:ninja:(though the explosion helped a little in wake in up).
That colorspread is almost as good as the 2 weeks ago and by the looks of it sakazuki has his face and tatto unscratched after that 10 days of battle.
I'm on the same boat that heart that ceasar his about to squash his the monet one.
The shield part was my favourite in the battle beetween baby 5 and buffalo vs franky. -
also going with the point made earlier that the heart Caesar has is actually Monet's.

We're at such a big point in the cover story with Caribou, but I don't even care. This is another fantastic spread. I'm so not even disappointed.

Can become a staff for Nami
Can become a bazooka or machine gun for Chopper (have you seen the trailer for the new One Piece movie?)
Can become a shuriken for Robin (holy sht infinite shurikens!)
Can become a scythe for Brooke (Grim Reaper!)
Can become brass knuckles/gauntlet for Luffy (holy sht to his destructive power)
Can become a leg brace/metallic boot for Sanji (no more cracked legs)Come on Oda! give her a chance! (although we all know that's not going to happen lol)

- Baby 5 shows off her array of transformations, using herself as a weapon for Buffalo. The fight is on it seems. (I also vote Baby 5 for a Straw Hat!)
- Caesar awakens and reveals the heart of Smoker (While Law has Monet's heart…the heart game is still on(
- Looks like evacuation is pretty much wrapped up with even Caesar's subordinates jumping ship with our heroes. All that's left are the centaurs and the Yeti Cool Bros...
- Momonosuke and Kinemon finally meet up.
- Monet has gotten back together (same can't be said for Vergo) and reports to Dolflamingo
- Dolflamingo seems to, in a sad way, order Monet to detonate the island just like before. Monet gladly accepts her fate.
Overall: An interesting chapter with a phenomenal cover spread. The fight between Dolflamingo's assassins and Franky has begun and Punk Hazard is slowly wrapping up. I wonder if Law has sabotaged the detonator that Monet is going to press...and I wonder what Dolflamingo is HONESTLY like?

To be clear, after seeing the HQ scan,I think it is Kaidou. I jumped the gun on saying it looked like BrownBeard before I saw the HQ scan. What I'm trying to say is that people on this forum are too quick to assert speculation as fact or "100%" and stuff of that nature.

Good chapter (color spread looked cool but the preview of Law's crew post-TS, Akainu post-TS were too spoilery), I didn't get the CC has Monet's heart thing until people pointed it out. Dofla is willing to sacrifice people left and right, complete opposite of Luffy should make their fight very interesting. I HATE Momo's color schme, pink seriously is he a Big Mam pirate? I was hoping for a yellow color scheme. Also now the Kinemon has a fire sword thing will continue. Still we are maybe a few chapters away from PH ending.

If Law cuts off someone's (working) feet, and replaces them with animal feet– if someone then steps on their original feet, does it hurt them? How about the animal feet? What if they go through 15 sets of feet-- can you step on any of them to hurt the person?

No, no I would not. What has Franky done this arc? He has been MIA. Let him have his fun. There are plenty of other Dofla fighters to come. I would be extremely disappointed if Franky is defeated and one of the monster trio comes by and defeats them himself.
