HI !
After the coloring I made yesterday I was eager to make another one, and to kill time during the presidential election. So with some new tips and tricks I picked a line art of the president of Dressrosa, Mr. Flamingo.
This is my second coloring and this time I didn't have any color references except for Doflamingo, so please tell me what you think about the colors of the characters I picked as well !
