I am interested in the movie since it seems that the supreme deity will be on it, but only because of that. They really messed up with Nanatsu adaptations considering how much the series sold, it doesn´t make sense.

Well the Supreme Deity is going to appear in the movie. The other two are Zeldris' Henchmen.
The enemies are the second fairy king Dahlia and giant craftsman Dubs.

Both are Netflix exclusives in the U.S. and SDS had the whole Vampire thing. I can see it, though it's weird.

Your right, but the quality when it was on A-1 wasn't very high.

I mean, Studio Deen is the one outsourcing it (to studio marvy jack it seems, though I can't find any more information about this studio), that's why it looks so awful. If Studio Deen worked on it directly I bet the quality would be similar to the first seasons done by A-1, which yeah, weren't all that good but certainly better than this travesty. A-1 most likely also had a full schedule back then but at least they didn't outsource it to a no name studio.
All in all, I'd say the root problem is production comittees pushing for more and more series to be produced at the same time.

Finally finished deadly sins.
Bromance between with Ban and Meliodas was really good during the purgatory chapters. I really could have spent a while there and be fine. Ban getting Elaine to live by giving his immortality away was fine with him. And a thousand years in a hellish environement to become one of the strongest sins seems fair enough.
Maybe I just forgot but was Ban always the second main character from the story? It felt weird that he got to solo the demon king in that first fight instead of the sin as group taking on him. And even dealing with indra it felt like something you'd normally have King just king the multiple strays with the multiplication ability of his weapon. Honestly with Ban I wonder if the love the audience have for them increased his narrative role .
The Mael twist was cool. But Mael himself was bland. Except when he was going crazy and was transformed into that half devil with a mask. But my god was he bland as Mael and he made the sun power boring.
I'm glad Escanor took it back for that last fight and made it as exiting as usual. And getting it back was done pretty well with him proving his courage without it, almost dying for Gil and his friends. And then making a deal with Mael knowing the power will kill him.
I like King's last form as the 16 year old aristocrat. I wish they just made that his new default form instead of also keeping the kid form. And I liked seeing him be restored as a casual badass monster since I felt he was getting dunked on a lot for a bit.
I liked the choice that it was the group against the final boss. Felt very Gurren Lagann to me. I was worried it would just be Meliodas or Meliodas/Elizabeth. But they all showed up and all that level/skills necessary to be helpful in the fight. Even Diane got to shine making that platform so he cant just keep regenerating and Escanor getting to flex his ultimate form.
I wish the fight against the demon king was with the giant form we saw in purgatory or in the full double pages. That would have made for a more satisfying final boss. And I also wish it was only one big fight against the demon king. By the time the second match came the king appearance was just meh and he had suffer too much defeat to feel as threatening as he should.
How irrelevant the supreme deity was is weird. If she's not gonna show up I would have hope some random line about how she sacrificed herself to power up the goddesses or to free them from the seal. Or use her for the second boss fight instead of bring the demon king a second time.
I liked the general lore dump at the end. I also liked evil Cath. He felt like a fun force of Nature. On that note I would probably liked if that illusion was the real thing with maybe the dlight modification that you see the sins disappear little by little everytime dozen or hundred years they have to fight Cath. But I guess if you are making a sequel its not very conducive to it and it can be seen as too bitter an ending to see the sins disappear as time goes on.
I dont like Merlin (she feels very deus ex machina and too self important) But I really liked her backstory with the persecution and having to replace love for thirst of of knowledge. She also had a good last moment with Escanor where she doesnt suddenly reveal she was in love with him but she does show she value the affection he had for her and make sure she can always remember him. I really liked that and hope the sequel kept it.
