Is it me or are they skipping quite a bit of content in order to finish the holy knights arc in 26 eps?
They already skipped 4 whole chapters and a lot of scenes. All important ones.

It seems pretty good. I was missing carefree crazy action on this series without all the bad drama.
! I see Zaratras with some little action, and … is that the beginning of Ban vs Escanor?

New chapter out.
Finally we are back to seeing the demons.
@What's:
taking it from the ass
Yeah, that got old real quick
Zelrodis and Estarosa are the best demons so far.
Estarosa looks like he has some of the abilities of the Giro Giro no mi when he closes his eyes. Mel felt his aura when Gowther was talking to him.

Who cares about they, I wanna see the vampires. Why can't they be the main villains?
Because the boss vampire villain is Edward Cullen :getlost:
Hey Meliodas, I know demons are the real deal, but can't you answer one question at a time?
Being love a vital point of the story, I'm calling again the bet that Mel is the son of a demon and a human. So he would be half-brother of Estarosa and Zeldris. It would be really nice to read the explanation about why Mel was "mixed from the star" , as Helbram said. And also why Mel is something that threatens all the clans and someone chased by the goddesses.
The final pages seems to make of Estarosa this man shown when the prophecy was first presented, back in ch 16. So maybe soon we'll be seeing some shooting stars in the sky.

That's just Slangstream making us wonder again why they're allowed to use a computer much less publish things on the Internet.

I did a bit of online research on this special but didn't find too much. As far as I know, those specials come together with the BDs of the series? Meaning there should be at least another one of those chapters, right? And my bad if I've somehow missed it, but has anyone posted translated scans of those specials yet?

As for the latest chapter, I have to mention once again that Nakaba's fight choreographies are beautifully drawn. The man knows how to draw a good fight.
The content itself was nice too. Gowther made a few new hints that leave the reader guessing just what's up with him plus we got a glimpse of the demons again. Coupled with another question mark regarding Meliodas and where he comes from.
Wow, RH trans are so much better.

Only now you realize how bad are Mangastream's translations?
They only care about being the first to release to get all the clicks.

I was just remarking here.
Usually the quality difference isn't this huge, its like the characters says different things in each version.

If i understood correctly, the special chapter was made for the DVD.
And yeah I agree that Nakaba panelization are extremely good and not just the fight. That’s why it’s not really doing the serie justice in my opinion to watch it through the anime.
Why the hell Gowther is sitting on a corner?
Anyway, this chapter was great beside of that, Diane used a Doton jutsu and a guy called Enzarroza exists.

Does this means no second chapter?

Yeah, this chapter is making more questions than answers.

According to the wikia it's the first part of a 100 pages side bonus story that comes with a DVD.
I always think of random odd things, this chapter makes me wonder.
Is meliodas appearance of being a child simply because he is a relatively "young" demon, or does he just look like a kid just because?
Just why the poster has the pic of a demon who was sealed since 3000 years ago until now? And sure Merlin knows why.

Well, I hope is not some crazy bullshit answer involving time travel.

Ooh what an awesome chapter. That extra story is looking extremely promising and the seventh Sin… was unexpected. He's probably one of the strongest members though LOL
Its a shame though that I'd have to buy the DVD/BD in order to own a copy of this.
Well, I glad it isn't Slangstream.
Funny to see that Escanor don't have any pride at all.
Man what a great chapter some really cool stuff. It looks like over the years Meliodas' cooking has improved from absolutely awful to just plain bad. Since there are apparently only 5 strong enemies I wonder which of the sins are going to get fights. Maybe they gang up on one of the enemies.
I have to say I cracked up at Escanor's weedy looking design, I guess his muscles only come out at night.
He's a vampire!
He's a vampire!
He's a vampire!
Zarathras was truly Sin Level, I really want to see how Edinburgh got completely wiped out.
I really want to see how Edinburgh got completely wiped out.
In general, we all know it was Meliodas going berserk, just like in Danafor.
So the vampires are their own clan? I wonder how they fit in with the other clans then, if they´re on their own, or are if they´re affiliated with the demon clan or something. They seem to have something in common with the demon clan at least, since both clans were sealed at some point.
But just like with the demons, I hope not all of the vampires are unreasonably evil, why not have some demons / vampires that can be reasoned with?
@Mister:

Who sealed them and why? At least several thousand years seem to be much more than 3 thousand years, so it gave the impression they where sealed before the demon clan. But also how they got released from that seal? And if they were just released recently, 12 years ago is close to the events happened 10 years ago when Zaratras's murder. So could it be the same hand behind the releasing of Fraudrin? Because this is a demon and, supposedly was released too. Is there a connection?
Good jokes in a lovely chapter. How about Nakaba writing about how much he enjoyed to write the chapter? He really cares about his story. Sweet confession there.

My theory is that other that Escanor all the vampire clan gets completely wiped out by the sins in this story and so in the present time there is no more vampire clan, so their relation to the other clans won't be incredibly important (other than the eventual arc that reveals why all the clans live completely separate from each other and explains that massive inter clan war that happened centuries ago or whatever)
An spoiler said he was a vamp, so it's not sure. But now, it makes more sense, given that the sins were wondering if Escanor was going to join the mission against the vamps.
Another beautiful double page in the end, isn't it? So Gowther's mystery is solved. I really like that new feature of his character. Now the new mystery is who is that powerful magician… Since even Merlin's Absolute Cancel power can't cancel his power with easy. But also, the other question is: will he be able to understand love or other human feelings? There is some good drama in his character.
!
Nice to see Threader (why redhawk changed to Slader?) joining the sins. But who is going to take care of Gowther the doll?
And that Threader making his move on Merlin… It's nice in the surface. To be honest I'd like to have another great flashback about Merlin... yesssss, focusing around love...
I would have voted for Ban in the poll.
Pigs on the Wing ?
Threader joining as a sin is so nice, i always wanted to see more of the guy.
I have to say, at first I was a bit displeased by how nonchalantly Gowther was acting. "I kinda messed with ya memories but I'm like fucked up so its cool right?" But the explanation we got afterwards made up for it. So he's a doll who's trying to turn into a real bo- ah wrong story. A doll who's trying to understand human emotions. I can buy that.
I do wonder who that strong magician is that created Gowther… looking at Hawk I wonder, I wonder...
It'll take some time for me to get used to Merlin's teleportation powers. Switching places in the blink of an eye while transporting something as huge as the Boar Hat seems pretty haxxy.
That was a great chapter. Gowther being a doll created by a magician was something I did not see coming, though I'm a bit dense. Threader joining for this arc is also something I like, even if I'm not a huge fan of his. And we are finally in Camelot, brilliant! We need more Arthur and Merlin!
I wasn't expecting this arc to have a good resolution but Nakaba pulled it out. I didn't realize how much I wanted Threader to join the sins until just now.
So Gowther is a creepy Edward Scissorhands, but without the emo.
Gueera's reaction was a bit of a let down, but I guess it fits her character (and recovering her memories could awaken her demon blood, eventually)
I hate the name changes too. Slader? What the fuck is that supossed to mean?
Gowther being an artificial being was heavily hinted until now so I was not really surprised. I didn't think of a doll though and the fact that it is not Merlin who created it. The chapter was really solid as always. Nice balance of fun, humor and seriousness. And a badass double spread as the cherry to top the cake.
And I think it is the first time I have fun reading a popularity poll result…
I am happy that Hawk didn't made it to the top 10, because fuck that swine.
Also, Slander(Threader?) would do a good Goat's Sin of Lust.
Did anyone else notice that there´s something wrong with Diane?
At one point she asks: "Seven Deadly Sins?", as if she didn´t know there were Seven.
She probably thinks there are just Six Deadly Sins and Gowther made her forget about Kings existence entirely.
So Gowthers devilry still hasn´t ended yet.
I´m kinda pissed that Diane always gets used as a substitute for Kings suffering all the time, why can´t it be Diane that has to save King from death or mindfuckery for once?
It´s not like she couldn´t be a hero of love, but she just doesn´t get the right situations granted to her by the author.
And why does nobody care about Dianes state of mind? When Merlin and Meliodas arrived at the scene, it was clear that Diane was hit by one of Gowthers techniques, but nobody bothers to worry about her state of mind.

Precisely because they didn't see Diane get hit by Gowther's technique and the fact Diane cannot even realize she had forgotten about something.
And were you expecting something different? The story is jut 1/3 completed, any resolution regarding the pairings at this point is obviously impossible.

For the same reason that the situation with Gowther escalated this far. No one cares

They didn´t see her getting hit by the technique, but it´s not hard to figure out that she was. When they arrived she was on the ground, clearly bothered by something, but without any obvious injuries.
And no, I didn´t expect resolution for the pairings, just a more elegant solution.

Yeah, Meliodas and Merlin have been pretty carefree douchebags in the last few chapters

I suppose the Sins don't feel the need to support another Sin who's a bit down (be it emotionally or physically) since they expect from each other to be strong both mentally and physically. That kinda thing I'd say. And the lack of teamwork only adds to that.
On another note- how's the anime's OST? I remember that one awesome OST playing in the previews of the show but I haven't heard any of the other tracks yet.
