Why was kicked from the presidential election thread? Because I didn't find either candidate appealing? I wasn't racist or rude or disrespectful to anyone, I just made a point about voting. I didn't get a warning, not asking to be let back into the thread just wondering wtf happened?

Don't take my word for it, but it was probably enough detours that just consisted of you posting something that invited people to insult you that it was considered best for the thread to just temporarily keep you out of it. Like the first time or so is considered discussions, subsequent visitations to the subject just become retreads and perhaps slight derails, despite seemingly on topic topicality
I.e. the George Carlin video post had a kind of inciting ring to it because you had mentioned "people made fun of me for saying this but here's this video that supports what I said"
I guess consider it more of a mod just preferring you to not become a point of contention every few pages or so, although I've been gone for a few weeks so i can't say whether it was happening nonstop
