I think I'm more excited for three, but not by much. Only because of all the new voices and the dubbed theme. The events are mostly a tie.

gum gum, there is a lot going on in these sets, but I feel like voyage three actually contains more story/information than voyage four. In the latter, they spend most of the set in Iceburg's room.
I asked because it's a hard question. In my mind Luffy vs Usopp and the CP9 reveal are almost equally awesome plot twists. LvU moreso because of the emotion behind it. But yeah, I think you're right. Voyage three definitely takes the cake because of all the voice reveals.

! You don't know that the voice is Lucci until after the reveal though. For the ventriloquist act he uses an entirely different voice, a really high and cartoony one in the Japanese and likely in the English as well. In any case it's instantly meant ot be obvious that the voice he does for Hattori isn't his natural voice. Or am I confused and you're asking about something else?

A: Episode 205 is the end of FUNimation's "Season 3". That is the final full season that is currently available. FUNimation is in the progress of releasing Season 4, as of this posting two of those sets have been released taking the total up to episode 229 released as of now.
! Q: Are more episodes coming and when?
A: Yes, FUNimation has confirmed that they have acquired "Season 4" which consists of the entire Davy Back Fight, Water Seven, and all filler that falls between. This season will encompass Episodes 206-263. Parts 1 and 2 have been released thus far and Part 3 is coming in December. They have also acquired "Season 5" which spans the entire Enies Lobby Arc and ends with the Ice Hunter Arc. This season will encompass Episodes 264-336, and will be released in the summer of 2013.
! Q: What about the movies?
A: FUNimation's original license included Movie 8 (Episode of Alabasta) and it was dubbed and released on both DVD and Blu-ray. They have also acquired the rights for "One Piece Film: Strong World", and will release it sometime in 2013.
! Q: Wait, I read somewhere that FUNimation ALSO has "Season 6" which is supposed to include up to the end of the "Impel Down" arc and Movie Z. Is this true?
A: When Season 5 was announced, it appears as though the official press release from FUNimation included an announcement of "Season 6" and "Film Z" and was very specific about the episodes in that season, indicating it would end at the end of the Impel Down arc. As it was in the press release, most news sites began running that information despite FUNimation not actually announcing any of that at the official panel, and later made corrections due to FUNimation claiming that included information was a mistake.
! Q: So… it's a mistake then? Don't believe it?
A: FUNimation did include this information in an official press release and were very specific about the episode count contained therein, however yes, they did later claim this was a mistake and recanted it. This could mean that FUNimation actually has acquired those episodes, but cannot legally disclose that information yet, but take that with a huge grain of salt. You are free to draw your own conclusions, but at this time the official answer is that they do not have those episodes yet.
! Q: In what format are the DVDs? IE: How many episodes per set?
A: There are currently two release formats for One Piece. First a set of 12-14 episode "Voyages" comes out as the initial release for a given season. Then, shortly after the season finishes its run, FUNimation re-releases the series on lower priced "Collection" sets which are each comprised of two voyages in new packaging (22-26 Episodes Each). Despite this, the disc contents are exactly the same as the voyages right down to the menus. Each collection has an MSRP of $34.98, but prices may vary depending on the outlet you purchase from. As the voyages for Seasons 1-3 have finished being released prices will vary on those. Starting with Season 4 however, Voyages will be priced with an MSRP of $39.98.
! Q: When should I expect the next release?
A: Be sure to check different sources/outlets when you can for updates. Suggestions for areas to find these release dates as they come out include amazon.com, rightstuf.com, animenewsnetwork.com, toonezone.net, and crunchyroll.com, among others.
! Q: What episode are available in those formats?
A: The entire first 3 US Seasons (Episodes 1-205) are available in Collection format with Season 4 being available in only Voyages thus far. For this reason, while a Blu-ray release of this material is possible, it isn't exactly sound. Either way, there is no information whatsoever about such a release.
! Q: But what about 207+ then?
A: That is the point by which the series began to be produced in Native HD. FUNimation has revealed in their press release that they have the 16:9 Widescreen HD masters of those episodes.
! Q: Then, will we get a Blu-ray of that?
A: FUNimation currently doesn't have Blu-ray rights for those episodes but noted it was possible and they would be looking into the release format in the future. It is not likely Toei Animation in will give FUNimation those rights. So while it is POSSIBLE we may see a Blu-ray release eventually, currently it does not appear likely, at least in the near future.
! Q: But Why? FUNimation released Movie 8 on Blu-ray, why not the series?
A: There hasn't been any direct information as to why Toei will not release the Blu-ray rights to FUNimation despite providing them with HD Masters, however the most likely answer is that since Japan currently does not have any form of a Blu-ray released planned for the series, and since Blu-ray shares the same regional locking code as America, this would allow Japanese fans to reverse-import the FUNimation Blu-rays, and Toei would not want that to happen. The movies, however, DO have a Japanese Blu-ray release, making it ok for FUNimation to do the same.
! Q: So, if it's POSSIBLE, then how will the Blu-rays be released when/if it happens?
A: Most likely, if a Blu-ray release happens it will either be a dual-release (IE: Both a DVD and A Blu-ray release simultaniously) as they have done with Dragon Ball Kai or they will do a Blu-ray/DVD "Combo Pack" with both formats in one box as they have done with Fairy Tail.
! Q: Are FUNimation's releases Uncut?
A: Yes, Absolutely no in-episode animation content has been changed whatsoever from the Japanese DVD release.
! Q: Are there any differences at all then?
A: FUNimation has a new "Gold" logo that they use for their releases, the Logo has been replaced wherever it appears. (IE, opening and closing themes and Eyecatches) Also, the episode title cards (Reading off the name of the episode) have been rendered in English and no Japanese option is available for them. Other than that, the material is left alone.
! Q: What about the Opening and Ending Songs?
A: All opening and ending songs are presented as originally broadcast with one exception. Before Season 4, all are dubbed in the English language track, and left entirely alone in the Japanese track. The first ending theme of Season 4, "Mirai Koukai" was skipped by FUNimation, and those episodes where it should appear instead use the next song, "Eternal Pose". The situation caught FUNimation off-guard and caused them to be unable to dub the opening and ending in time for the release of the beginning of Season 4, so at that point the English track begins to default to Japanese OP and ED music. A title card indicated they would try to correct this in the future.
! Q: But why did FUNimation do this?
A: It was not their choice. Every time FUNimation gets a new set of episodes, everything right down to the music has its own set of rights that must be secured. Somewhere in the process, most likely with the artists, someone refused to give the rights to that song so it had to be omitted. This is a problem caused by the Japanese rights holders. FUNimation is not responsible, nor can they do anything about it.
! Q: They stopped dubbing the songs then? Will they ever start again?
A: The title card at the beginning of the first Season 4 DVD explaining the rights issue did say that the same issue also caused them to be unable to dub the songs there, they specifically say this hindered up to episode 230. Most likely the loss of those rights caught FUNimation off-guard and therefore they didn't expect to have to have Eternal Pose dubbed yet, and therefore didn't have the work completed yet. They did however specifically state that after episode 230, they at least Intend to begin dubbing the songs again.
! Q: Is Zoro "Zoro" or is he "Zolo"?
A: Zoro's name is rendered as "Zoro" in all text appearances (Subtitles, title cards, packaging etc) and spoken word (dub, special features) on FUNimation's DVDs. For some reason, his wanted poster in the Eyecatch will occasionally say "Zolo" on the season 1 discs, but this is both an unintentional error that was corrected and is on screen for less than one second and to see it, you must frame-by-frame view the scene. Otherwise he is "Zoro" at all times.
! Q: How is the quality of the English Dub?
A: This is subjective from person to person, but has received positive response from fans overall.
! Q: Is the translation accurate in both formats?
A: Yes, the subtitles are accurate to what is being said, however nothing is left in Japanese except for honorifics and the occasional name. All words are translated to English including Devil Fruit names, attacks, Shichibukai (to Seven Warlords of the Sea) and "Nakama".
The dub is mostly accurate but occasionally has to make slight alterations to match Lip-flap
! Q: What about all the series-specific terms?
A: Everything is translated. For the first 2 seasons, a very small number of terms had to be left in their Viz/4kids forms at the request of Toei animation. However, they are few and far between. (Such as one or two of Kuro and Arlong's attacks)

This was my first time watching the Ocean's Dream filler arc and, sweet Jesus, it was terrible.
I think I can easily say that this and Little East Blue are the worst filler arcs in the anime.

It wasn't that bad. I rather enjoyed it.
It was enjoyable up until the last two episodes. Those last two episodes, for me at least, left a bad taste in my mouth.
I like the Ocean's Dream Filler if not for a number of OOC moments/screenshots I fondly remember from the older days on the forums. XD Plus, this scene not only has a couple, but Zoro's forced smile is just…XD.
It was enjoyable up until the last two episodes. Those last two episodes, for me at least, left a bad taste in my mouth.
I can give you that. The whole inflating seahorse thing was a little jarring. But I can't really think of how else they may have ended that with the way it was set up.
There were a few moments. Moments don't make a good arc, though. I've watched all of these season four episodes at least four times except those.
Guess I'm just easy to please in terms of OP. Hell, I can probably tolerate watching the Little East Blue Arc again if I had to. XD Though, I still haven't seen S4V2 yet, but the dub made me enjoy the Apis Arc a whole lot, so I think the dub will do the same for me with the Ocean's Dream Arc. ^^
We'll see how this Z's Ambition Arc turns out. Hopefully it'll give them enough time to pace Punk Hazard decently.

I didn't really hate any of the filler arcs besides the scorching done arc after Enies Lobbies. I'm not sure I ever wan to see that again.

Haha, that still sounds very silly to me.
I think I would have enjoyed it a little bit more if the seahorse wanted to be the Pirate King or something like that. At least that would have made some sense.

Well the only ones they've skipped are the Toriko ones, which were probably due to licensing issues, and I expect those to get dubbed now with them licensing Toriko.

Well the only ones they've skipped are the Toriko ones, which were probably due to licensing issues, and I expect those to get dubbed now with them licensing Toriko.
I don't think so. FUNi skipped the first episode of Toriko on the simulcast (which was the first crossover with OP) and labeled the following episode as "Episode 1". They've said nothing to indicate this won't be the case on the DVDs as well.

I can understand that happening on the simulcast, but hopefully they're able to work out the DVDs having consistent episode numbering. (For both series)
I'll buy a Toriko DVD if it has One Piece on it.
Thinking about it now, putting the special on the Toriko DVD now would require them to have already found a voice actor for Brook, which I doubt they had when recording Toriko.
They've got to find one soon for the film anyways.

Well, maybe not every ten minutes… Haha.
It took a while but I finally have S4 V2. Really enjoying it (at the end of Disc 1 right now). As meh as the Ocean's Dream arc is, I still enjoy the funny moments

Just out of interest Zephray how many times have you watched the set? Am I the only one here that watches something once and then puts it back on the shelf for months? I like to do this so that when i eventually re watch it it's as fresh as possible, and i forget certain bits so it's like watching it for the first time all over again. Do this with loads of my series including the OP manga. Last time i read water 7/enies lobby was the beginning of 2011.
Well, I watched two episodes of the set per week. So I'd just rewatch the old episodes throughout the week. Usually right before bed. Also, I watch it with my girlfriend and my friend. So that's two (or at least one) extra viewings right there. One Piece is a nice thing to go to sleep with.
Also, I multitask while watching.

God, I can't even tell you how many times I'm going to watch this coming set. You don't want to know.
For me, only Tsubasa's Acid Tokyo Arc comes anywhere near Water 7 in terms of phenomenal arcs. And even that isn't all that close.
I'd really recommend that series, but clamp's art style can be a bit messy. And the story gets convoluted, great as it may be.

I can certainly understand that. I just finished Disc 2 & my face had a permanent smile as well as a pounding chest…One Piece gets me a little too excited sometimes
