What I get from this chapter is that Uchihas were a bunch of bronies and Tobirama wasn't having any of that because he was more of a Dan Vs kind of guy.
Also, in the world of Naruto, What Is Love perpetually plays in the background, but that might be just my impression.

Im still wondering how nearly all of these ninja's died in the prime of their life somehow, yet we only learned of how a few of them died. Are we led to believe only hiruzen and chiyo managed to live past their prime among all these ninja's?

I would've liked it if Sarutobi had asked why Jiraiya didn't succeed him as Hokage, just to see if Orochimaru is also aware of the fact that Jiraiya got killed (which he shouldn't be). And, as others before me have wondered, does Minato's revival mean the half of the Kyuubi's chakra he sealed in himself is also released? Let's see if Madara and Obito's "love" saves them from getting wrecked by Ultra-Jesus-mode Naruto (and him alone).

That's pretty much the best scene in a long time. Lately when humor was thrown in, it was horribly out of place. But this time I think anything making light of Sasuke's needs and situations is a plus. He doesn't deserve stoic drama.

The older Hokages were always talked about as like mythic beings. It still seems off to me that the First Hokage has only been dead for about 50 years. Which means the village has only been around that long which means that most of the entire history of the ninja world that we know only takes place within the last 50 years or so. Before that no one really did anything except fight with what im guessing was extremely poor quality ninjutsu and this is only a couple centuries after the Sage died and before that there was no ninjutsu and everything was being ruined/created by the 10 tailed beast which means the entire world naruto takes place in has only been around for like 400 or so years.
Kishi somehow made me hate the Uchiha even more by making them genetically predisposed to be whiny, emo douchebags.

! Ok here is a theory, not sure its a crack theory because i have quite a few points that accredit my theory imo but here it goes.
! JUHA BACH IS THE ORIGINAL SOUL KING. Ichigos relationship to juha bach; we know that ichigo has quincy blood and his mother was a quincy. Also juha referred to ichigo as "My son", and wanted to "reeducate" him. Also Haschwald looked pretty upset when juha was beating up ichigo. This leads me to believe that YES ichigo is somehow indeed related to Juha Bach (either as a son or a descendant) and that ichigo has some juha bach in him too. This is solidified by the fact that ichigos FGT form and Zangetsu look like juha. There is indeed a resemblance! So yes people Juha Bach's power does lie deep within ichigo. So its safe to assume that the FGT form is derived from juha bachs power.
! Next part; The Hogyoku has part of the soul kings power. Remember Aizens evolution forms. He went through the chrysalis stage and became a butterfly. The soul king awoke from his slumber (just like a butterfly) and his eyes resemble those of aizen. Coincidence, i think not. The hogyoku was created by urahara. Recently in the manga it has been stated that urahara has been to the royal palace in the past and did some research. So urahara probably analyzed the soul king's power and tried to recreate it. If the hogyoku senses the hearts of those around it and materializes their deepest desire, the soul king can do the same thing. In fact the soul king probably uses this power to keep the balance of soul, basically do his job lol. In order for aizen to kill the soul king he had to be on the same dimension! So he acquired part of his power from the hogyoku, and therefore becoming an ascended being, making him confident and capable enough to kill the soul king.
! With all that being said heres where everything comes together. Ichigo in his FGT form was standing on a higher dimension then butterfly form aizen or "soul king form", that same form that would make aizen capable of killing the soul king. See where im going? Does that mean that the power of juha bach is standing on a higher level then the power of the soul king? But there is no level higher then the soul king himself, its impossible! if thats the case then who is juha bach? ?????
! For my previous 3 theory's to make sense and for EVERYTHING to be connected, there can only be one answer to this question…..

Although he never acknowledged him as the soul king, Yammamoto respected juha bach and decided not to kill him, and banished him.(Into the shadow realm?) Now Juha Bach is back to reclaim his throne, restore the former glory of his clan and take down his successor.
! Theres probably alot of loose ends, but we know the Juha Bach needs to be powerful enough to take down squad zero and the soul king.

I have been thinking somthing like this theory as well. I am still going for the theory of Ichigo being somwhat not Juha Bach's biological son but rather is "spirit" son in a sense.
I remember in Ichigo's fight against Jackie, the symbol Ichigo where trowin at Jackie is the same shape as the Quincy medallions(See my signature pic)
And Bach does resemble Zangetsu a lot, somthing I have a feeling being more than kubo's recycling designs… Plus his sword has a simmilar desing to Ichigo's new Shikai sword

Within the story world, that'd probably make Ichigo's mom Ywachi's daughter.
! Now, where does Isshin fit in? Isshin is the 1st "Son of God", whose advent was necessary in order to create the ideal one, Ichigo. Proof is in the name of is Zanpakutou: ENGETSU ("moon incinerator", vs. Ichigo's "moon cutter"). They are both ALPHA & OMEGA, CREATOR & DESTROYER, but Isshin likely abandoned his duties (as DESTROYER) for the sake of woman (hence his exile, hiding, and the downfall of the Shiba clan). This is something that biblical sources refer to in numerous places as well.

Uchiha are pretty much Jedi. Real original Kishi. That said, I actually enjoyed this chapter. Kishimoto can still write personalities when he tries. Hell, I even loved the joke about the Edo Tensei being too easy.

The First sees Madara and says that he is sorry and he always loved him. They kiss as the first rays of dawn shine over the field. Madara feels something that makes him at peace. As they start to crumble and evaporate (like a pair of gay vampires) a rainbow shines over them. Without Madara Zetsus kinda go limp and lifeless, basically becoming vegetables. And that makes Obito die and finish the conflict, since he can't go into a coma from half of his body getting veggie when such a lovely resolution of the grand battle is reached. There is no attention to Juubi, so when everyone remembers that there is a fight going on, he is just not there, just wiped from the story all together. Ninjas have 'won'.
Jokes aside woodman may go to meet Madara and bring an easy, silly win through talk-no-justu.

Actually… Rikudou died thousands of years ago. The Sage Toads are almost 1000 years old, and even they're considering him as a myth.

Based on Obito's flashback, it's implied that somehow, even though it was no longer in his head, Obito's eye in Kakashi also gained Mangekyo the same day that Obito did. Makes no sense, but whatever.

I've been re-reading Naruto recently (slowly but surely), and I have to say, I really like the little bit of world-building going on in Volume 2. Team 7 actually heading out of the Leaf Village, Kakashi explaining about the ninja world and the world outside that. Zabuza arc has always been my favorite arc no matter how much I dislike Naruto nowadays

Naruto's level rised up to 'enjoyable'. Second really seems to be the political, hard-man type. In the end, he answered to force, which 1st gave him by raising his chakra or reiatsu or whatever. By the way, did we have any scene like in this one earlier? Creating a pressure on environment by solely raising up the chakra?
If we were to forget 'mechanical' issues, relationship between first and second is interesting but still they seem to stand at their own league in power levels which is utter bullshit after the Kubo spoon-feeded us with the all 'new generation' thing. Second, too was able to break free out of Edo Tensei like Madara did, but at the last second he failed only because of his more badass brother, Hashirama. Who is the elder one anyway?
Though, after learning the Tobito nothing seem to irritate me on this series anymore. Still this chapter deserves a re-read for me with more proper translation which hopefully will come form MangaStream folk.
The First is as powerful as expected. Being able to control his brother with his presence only.
