Men, I'm worried about Saitama.
I can feel the new interesting and fresh arc coming. I completely forgot what's ahead except some "fights" but it's very vague in my memory.

I'm a little worried about the writing since the middle of MA arc. It's become kinda too hard juggling too many plots at once (the god thing is what I'm talking about), and sanitizing some characters too much.

I'm liking Tats character development, she's still a brat but for sensible reasons, other people (particularly Fubuki and the Blizzard bunch) are her only real weakness and the bad guys are starting to realise this.
And like she says, she can't protect everyone. -
@aku-chan While I understand your point, I think that by the progress of the redraw we ended up with a Tats that's just too nice and a Fubuki relegated to comedic relive incompetence.

I do agree with you on Fubuki though, she was holding her own during the Monster Association Arc, so it's a shame to see her character going backwards to being more of a hindrance than anything.Since it popped up again this chapter, I wonder if the Hero Associations continuing need to suck up to the rich is going to bite them in the bum soon?

@aku-chan that's ok. I think Fubuki suffered a tad too much waifufication on the redraw, and while she did perform well in the MA arc, her key moment was the one relegated to be skipped in a flashback.

Now that I think about it, I think this is the first time disaster level wolf monsters have appeared. Everything else was at least tiger.

Not sure if his disaster level was identified or not but Tongue Stretcher was in the chapter that introduced King. The first time I remember seeing Wolf used though was the bonus chapter about Child Emperor's scouter since that spider monster was a weird Wolf Level-Demon Level hybrid.

Right, I am immensely enjoying this fight. Because there's less fighting and lower stakes, it feels like we got back some of the light-hearted humor the series had strayed away from during the Monster Association arc.

I'm not in the shipping business myself, but this whole fight has been truly delightful. Packed with the light-heartedness that had taken a backseat during the Monster Association arc, I hope the next arcs are also in that vein.

@MDL you're right, Murata really is shipping Tats with Saitama, for him to have Fubuki to himself.

@aku-chan Maybe Saitama's power is actually as an esper without realizing it. If you think about it, telekinesis used on yourself could give you super strength, super speed, invulnerability, and a host of other super powers.
Life flows on. I'd just go with it, if I were me.

I've always just figured his powerset is basically Silver Age Superman's; his powers will do whatever they need to in order to fulfill the plot requirements. At a guess, the only reason Saitama doesn't fly around like Supes is because he's never stopped to consider whether or not he could.
