yes, get a bittorrent client, such as Azureus
http://azureus.sourceforge.net/
once you have it, start up the batch torrent, then look around for an option to see all the files you're downloading in the batch. Once you do that, right click on the files you don't want to download and you should be able to select that.
I have trouble downloading a torrent from Saiyaman for some reason. K-F and Gerusama, no trouble. Whenever I try to download the torrent from Saiyaman, it just comes up as "download.php". I tried messing around with all the security and privacy settings but nothing seems to work. =(

Saiyaman is for downloading raw Japanese eps.
when you download something called download.php that usually means you are right clicking on the link and chosing save file as. You need to simply click on the link and then the link will activate, redirecting you to the correct file for the torrent, the download.php is usually the the file that tells your webbrowser to redirect to the correct link, this is done to prevent hot linking. If that's not what you're doing or doesn't solve your problem, it may be a problem with Saiyaman's site. Though I highly doubt it.
Nope, I was just clicking on the link. I tried doing it both ways, I even tried copying and pasting the link. It used to work with Firefox, but not IE and the SBC Yahoo browser. Firefox will not work on that computer anymore for some strange reason.
