but if I good remember, in a older poster of One Piece Ten, it's been revealed that there'll be a new opening announciement in it. So, I was thinking that can be this song… however it doesn't seem to be an ordinary opening...

I do not think, it is just the music which was made for this event.
this music is neat i like it!
i guess to get stuff sold at this event it will be yaj, i will try somehow there is a lot of nice stuff :D
Shame theres never anything as good as that over here >.< In the middle of looking for a desk if i could buy oda's i would xD
The music is just the one from the videos. It's title is Panoramic Experience. It's about the 3D manga.
Okay, heres the skinny: Im in Japan right now for a week, the Fukui prefecture. I really want to check the exhibit out, but its a long trip from here to Tokyo, and I dont even know how much in Yen it will all run me. Any advice you guys can give?

If you take the Limited Express Shirasagi from Fukui station to Maibara, from there you can get a Shinkansen to Tokyo station. That comes to 8,510 yen one way, plus 6,050 yen seat fee, so 14,560 yen (would have to pay it again coming back).

went to the event yesterday evening for the 6pm-7:45pm slot. was quite impressed with what i saw there, but the highlight of the program was definitely a montage movie of everything that's happened in one piece so far and a video of oda talking about how he draws one piece wanting it to be like a theme park ride among other things. the room with the wanted posters was pretty cool but they didnt show the bounties of characters i really wanted to know about such as whitebeard. i thought it was funny how for all the characters who became shichibukai they stamped "case closed". and it was nice to find out that bon clay is not dead. over his bounty they stamped "captured.". there was heavy emphasis on the whitebeard war and ace's death in the other exhibits.
i wanted to buy luffy and zoro's wanted posters but the store wouldnt allow us to choose: it's selected at random. i ended up buying the autumn/winter puzzle for 3,000 yen which is about $38.
edit: over buggy's wanted poster they stamped "under review."

I wonder if that means they are awaiting his answer(if letter received was a invitation to Shichibukai) or are deciding to increase it or not.

NEAT…. is that video you're talking about uploaded somewhere (especially the How Oda Draws One Piece part....)....
My boy Buggy is a Warlord!
I imagine ''under review'' is just a way to avoid giving out outright spoilers.
Bon-chan is not dead?
Hm, I don't know what to think about this, one the one hand I really like him and thought his sacrifice was sad, on the other hand, this sacrifice now feels so… I dunno, cheap? Everyone thought he was dead, but it turns out he's alive... again. The same thing twice :/
Asked this in the Collectables thread a while back, but I'll try here too:
Is there anyone who lives in Japan who'd be willing to purchase tickets for One Piece Ten and mail them to me? Of course I'd pay for the tickets, shipping and whatever commission you'd like to charge.
Looking for two tickets, sometime between May 15-25 - tickets for May go on sale at Seven Eleven on March 31, and I'm worried they'll be sold out by the time we arrive!
and it was nice to find out that bon clay is not dead. over his bounty they stamped "captured."
YES! I knew Bon-Chan wasn't dead I will now await for his glorious return.

He sacrificed himself… He could have made everyone stay with him, but he decided to stay and so all the others could escape... I don't think it was cheap, but that's my opinion, though.

If Blackbeard can "capture" a 550.000.000 bountie 2 years ago+ become a traitor to the government+ take out level 6 prisoners= I think his bountie may be now +800.000.000 easily. I want to see one day the bountie of alll Whitebeard pirates!!!!!!!

It would seriously be awesome to see all their bounties, and there are what 15 commanders? That's enough that Oda could release them over time.
Did Sanji still have the same Bounty poster? That'd be hilarious.
I'm okay with Bon clay being alive.
Blackbeard and co. were in Impel Down at the time and did take him down, which probably interfered with things and makes his survival believable.
It's certainly not a Pell situation.
ASL. Not a shirt I would want to wear in public lol
Oda waited for Ace death to finally revealed it and yet we dunno Whitebeard one i really wanna see also the other member of strawhat bounty grow up, it looks like Zoro is so weak compared to luffy when he is not (even though luffy participate to something big it's the reason why he got such a bounty)

They will all go up sooner or later, and of course the captain's gonna be so much higher, he decides what they do (kind of). And the bounty isn't directly related to the strength/ fighting ability of the person, as shown by Robin's bounty.
edit: over buggy's wanted poster they stamped "under review."
Was that written only in his poster?
In the scans redon posted from that magazine, we somehow identified a red mark over Buggy's poster and people thought the same mark could be seen on Crocodile and Jinbe's posters.
If that's the case, I assume it only means those are the bounties that were raised after the Impel Down and Marinford incidents (and we would also see that mark on Daz Bones, Galdino, Ivankov and Inazuma if their bounties were visible).
Not that it would mean he didn't became a Shichibukai, but would mean this "under review" has nothing to do with it.

yep i know, it's kind of related to the action the person take and how dangerous he might be, like captain kidd who destroyed everything on his way that is the reason why he got a higher bounty than luffy!
i can't wait to see some new bounties, wonder if they will keep the same pic or add new ones btw?

Yeah, thats about what I heard, too. So, over $300 just to get there, and I dont even know how much it is to get in. Thursday would be the day I could go, but it doesnt look likely…

i think jimbei's wanted poster was stamped with under review too but im not entirely sure at this point. all the other strawhats bounties remained the same.
@kirjava tickets are not too hard to get so i wouldnt worry about not being able to obtain them. you might have to settle with a time slot you dont want though.
@tjalling i dont know if there's a video online… they were strict about no cameras allowed

Ah, thanks! The time slot doesn't really matter to me, as long as I can get in ^^
@Shift, the tickets are 1800 yen if you buy them at a ticket machine in a 7-11 (I believe it should be possible to do this at any 7-11 in Japan?) and 2000 yen at the door if tickets for that slot are not sold out already.
Did you noticed that Doughty has captured in his bounty but Albion not?

Let's put it this way:
We knew beforehand Jinbe and Croc's bounties; They got an increase after MF so Oda will probably tell us the exact amount later.
Ivankov and other characters got an increase too, but in this case we don't know their bounty since the beginning and their posters are simply covered or stripped like Shank's or Big Mom's.

Yeah will be good to see their new bounties and only people too get new bounty photo will be Usopp (in replace of Sogeking) and Sanji (if Oda feeling nice to him)
I'm going to this on Friday! Pretty excited. I've been avoiding looking at photos so that I'll be surprised (I've only listened to Greg's story about it on the OPP) but is there anything in particular I should be on the lookout for, or anything anyone wants to know?

I'm 99% sure that every 7-11 in Japan has a "7 Ticket" machine…someone correct me if I'm wrong.

I know that it´s difficult take pictures inside, but I´m interested in all the pictures you can take, especially all Oda original draws (Color Spread, B/W pages…). And, if you can take a closer picture of this Oda message at event entrance, I really apreciate ^^
it will be surely usopp on the future bounty, after all now he is not wearing any mask while fighting!
as for sanji i dunno i guess he will get a pic or ODa would make another weird draw for his (that would be fun though that way)
my wish is that they can export this exhibition worldwide, it's one piece after all i'm sure it would be sold out everywhere!

yeah, every 'seven eleven' has a machine to pay your bills, buy things, etc…
in fact, almost every konbini (convenience store) has one...

You're always bringing us good stuff, redon, so I'll do my best! I can't promise anything since I know they'll be watching us like hawks, but I'll take my camera along and see what I can do.
I went on Friday and it was pretty awesome! I wrote up a report about it under the spoiler tag for people who are going to go or are just interested:
! First of all, a big word of caution for those going: get in line early. Like an hour early, if possible. There were so many people and they were so slow at crowd control. I went to the 6:00 showing and got there about 10-15 minutes ahead of time, but I didn’t get into the actual exhibit until around 6:45, so…yeah. The wait was pretty excruciating, especially because I thought they might kick us out at 7:45 like the ticket times suggested. Fortunately, there’s really no way they can do that because they don’t check the times on people’s tickets once you’re in, so I was able to go through everything at my own pace in the end (I left around 8:15 and stayed at the goods shop until about 8:45). Still, if you want to enter and leave at the time you originally selected, I recommend getting there early. The weekend showings must be a nightmare.
! I’ll start with the bad. The thing I liked least about the exhibit, besides the wait period, was the setup. Although you can essentially go through at your own pace, you do have to wait at the end of each room for the workers to let you through to the next. I wish that the venue allowed us to walk though each room freely, but there were so many people that I can understand why they did it the way they did. Still, it got a little frustrating, especially after waiting so long to get in in the first place.
! Now for the good stuff, which was pretty much everything else! I’ll admit that the models and replications of objects/rooms weren’t really my cup of tea, but they were cool in their own right. My favorite was the model of Ace in chains at Impel Down, which was really well done! There’s also a model that’s a recreation of the Volume 61 cover with the Straw Hats that was very nice…it looked like everyone was scaled to the size they would be in real life. (I could’ve done without Nami and Robin’s buttcracks hanging out, though. Ah, well.)
! My favorite parts of the exhibit were 1) the movies and 2) Oda’s original works. The first movie was my favorite, but the second one is quite touching and also very good. (Someone linked to a video that showed part of the first movie earlier in the thread.) The techniques they used to make the manga move were pretty impressive! The wall on which the first movie (and the second?) was projected is curved a little, which makes it sort of an immersive experience.
! Now for the very best! The number one reason I went to the exhibit was to see Oda’s original works, and I was not disappointed. The original works are in three rooms. The first has just two manga spreads from Ace’s death scene (the one where he says “thank you” and the following pages where his vivrecard burns up). The second room has original works related to the timeskip: the first colorspread with the Straw Hats’ new designs, the color pages for the first timeskip chapter, the manga intro pages for each Straw Hat, and then some more manga pages (I think the ones where they head to Fishman Island?). Finally, the last room—the best one in the exhibit!—has pretty much every colorspread Oda’s ever done along with some iconic manga pages (like Luffy’s first “I’m gonna be the Pirate King!” from Chapter 1, Sanji’s farewell to Baratie, Nami finally asking for help in the Arlong Arc and Luffy’s response, the crew showing Vivi their X-marks as they leave Arabasta, etc.). There’s also the video of Oda drawing Luffy and Chopper as he talks about his art (I wrote down everything I remembered about this but I don’t have my notes with me; I’ll post it later), the replication of Oda’s desk (I totally skipped this, I was so overwhelmed! Ah! I have to go back), and the most recent chapter published in Shonen Jump, which was 661 when I was there. (I can only assume that they’ll be updating the “newest chapter” section every week.) The final pieces of art in the exhibit were 1) the picture of the crew in black suits that Oda made specifically for One Piece Ten, and 2) a HUGE painting that Oda did of the crew holding vivrecards. (Seriously, it’s huge…it’s at least a meter wide. Beautiful!) Anyway, I could talk about this part of the exhibit all day, but seeing Oda’s actual brush/ink/marker strokes, white out, and the authentic colors on the spreads was heaven for me!
! At the end of the exhibit, they give you a vivrecard (I think it’s a limited time thing, though) with a picture of one of the Straw Hats (I got Robin’s) and a code to punch in online. After that, you can head down to the goods shop to buy stuff. I bought a Strong World pencil board, a clear file with the original and timeskip colorspreads, a wanted poster featuring one of fifteen characters (I ended up with Kuma’s), the Adventure Guide (it’s a book that details the exhibit), and a CD with the music from the exhibit’s first movie. I also pre-ordered the Eternal Log, a nice-looking book which is supposed to have comments from and/or an interview with Oda in it (it’ll be released in May).
Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to get any pictures inside because there are 2-3 workers in each room looking out for that stuff. It took me so long to get in that when I finally got there, I didn’t want to risk getting thrown out! However, the Adventure Guide has pictures of every exhibit, I think—@redon, it also has a picture of the welcome message you were interested in—so if people are interested in scans of it, I can probably do that much.
I’m probably going to go again before closes…it really was great!
How about the Bounty Room :D? Did you see Buggy's bounty?
Waka, you are so lucky! I would give anything I have to fly to Tokyo just for this exhibition!
I'd be very happy if you can scan the book of the exhibition and post your notes of the "Oda drawing" video! Thanks in advance!
How about the Bounty Room :D? Did you see Buggy's bounty?
I didn't look for Buggy's specifically, so I can't remember it well…but in the Adventure Log (not Guide, lol, sorry), it shows his bounty crossed out with a small stamp over it. (I think it's one type of "Case Closed" stamp? Or maybe "Under Review"? Not sure, sorry.) In the Log, there are two pages that show what looks to be all of the bounty posters (with stamps, if they have them). The pictures are very small, but it's nice that they included them.

No problem! About the video: Oda's illustration was a simple picture of pre-timeskip Luffy and Chopper against a blue sky and sea, complete with clouds and seagulls. Pretty standard. The video showed parts of the rough sketch, inking, coloring, and finishing details (white ink, white colored pencil, etc.) and was probably about 3-4 min long. Here's everything I remembered Oda saying after getting home (the video is subtitled in English, which was nice):
! * Manga should be fun above all else. People read manga to kill time, so he thinks that creators should try to become kings of time-killing stories.
Glad you had a lot of fun at the event!!
Since there was a lot of discussion earlier in the thread about the bounties and names, I went through the Adventure Log and wrote down all of the bounty poster info. I'm not 100% sure that all of the bounty posters in the exhibit are in the Log, but I would guess that all of them are pictured. There's a ton of them, anyway:

It's also possible that some of the posters with hidden bounties just got cut off in the book and can be seen in the exhibit, but I kind of doubt it.
I'm pretty sure that I knew all of these bounties, with the exception of Ace's.
This is just a good guide to which characters will receive bounties in the future.
Some of the categorization is also telling.
Bon Kurei is in "captured", Moria is still in "case closed", while Buggy's and Crocodile's bounties will have gone way up.
I'm wondering why Moria isn't in "deceased". Maybe he's reappeared since then? Maybe he's way stronger and still a Shichi!?
I also wonder if Decken's category is named correctly. It says "danger", but should it translate to "critical condition"?
Another thought: Criminals who aren't pirates, aren't listed here.
Dragon, the remaining Baroque Works members, Lucci's crew…
The One Piece Ten Adventure Log book is the one that comes out in May? I'd like to have the scan of this but I don't know if it's from that book: http://img44.imagehaven.net/img.php?id=8LP5PRXBNB_06.jpg

Because he isn't dead…as much as I hate to say it....according to DoFla Moria "dissappeared in the shadows" I think he said and it's unlikely that he is still a Schichibukai since the Gorosei summit ordered DoFla to take out Moria and cover up his death as a KIA.

I know he's not REALLY dead, but it was reported in the newspapers that he was.
Also, I didn't think the Gorosei did that. I thought it was a mysterious dude in a bowler hat.
@TheCrystalShip: We can see Vander Deckens DANGER poster in the manga as well. This must be how Fishman Island bounty posters are. Since he is only known in FI, he doesn
t have the usual wanted poster most of the pirates and wanted people get.

That's from the Adventure Log, which is 32 pages and available now at the exhibit. The Eternal Log is a bigger, 168-page book that comes out in May and is supposed to have an interview with Oda in it. (You can pre-order the Eternal Log at the exhibit now; you pay on the spot and write down your address on the postal slip, so I assume you need a Japanese address.) If you scroll down to the last goods on this page (http://onepiece-ten.com/goods/), the Adventure Log is number 30 and the Eternal Log is number 31.
Also, the picture of the crew on that page of the Adventure Log is the huge painting at the end of the exhibit that I mentioned. It's gorgeous!
