How's that any MORE of a good theory than Law being on the island and responsible for the Half-Samurai?! I know that wasn't related at all but where's ANY support on this? Most swords in OP are katanas! Where they all stolen from Samurai? I really doubt that.

Seriously, some of the "theories" that pop up are just pure fan-fiction with NO supporting evidence whatsoever.. I know that this is kind of the point but it gets really frustrating when people continue actually believing in it and making up evidence to support their case.

Buggy is NOT behind this, he can't be, his fruit has nothing to do with "halving" someone beside himself. It's just not a possibility within the OP universe and the powers of his fruit, plus, the Legs wouldn't be stuck to the dragon then. Don't go about suggesting that he "honed his skills" and can now apply it to other people that's just plain redundant thinking and stupid. The only explanations so far that I can THINK of are either Law being responsible, because THIS IS EXACTLY WHAT HIS POWERS DO! - or the Samurai himself having an unknown ability (which is not probable since Buggy's fruit already is about splitting oneself.)

There's always a lot of things open to interpretation in a new chapter, but just try and keep it reasonable.
PH=Punk Hazard. Those guys are, in any way, FROM the facility. What that MEANS is left to be answered.
-> Things to rule out: those guys being Law's crew or Smoker's guys. I mean, seriously?

Legs=Samurai. If there's more than one, if this is the one that stabbed the guy on the cold part, is left to be seen. Why exactly and how he got stuck to the dragon - left to be seen.
-> Again, there's always things we can rule out though. Including Buggy. Or that this is the guy we saw on the cover with Crocus. Or that he's Shiki (whoever came up with that thought in the first place?!)

Dragon: Probably not the only one, it'd not seem right - it's still possible Luffy heard him thinking, from that last panel of chapter 655. This chapter, however, he didn't. Just "Gurororo-ing" all over the place, which I personally loved.
-> Things to rule out: Being a Zoan.

Anything else?! Feel free to challenge me on these points if you really feel like it. But I'd think most reasonable people here see it the same way.

Actually the way i recall it Law can only dissect people without dropping blood or harming them or injuring in side a special barrier that he creates. That's how I remember the fight back in saboandy been a long time too lazy to check it up again though so please don't mind if I'm wrong.
And the Body parts except the mouth can't speak. All law could do was dis-sect the body without harming anything and still keeping the parts alive. He could not make parts like legs and his genitals talk. So I don't think its law its gotto be someone else someone/something new.

No argument there. Oda already showed that all the Supernova are going to be important to the future of the One Piece. At the time of writing that, Luffy had the 2nd highest bounty of Supernova and Law was 5th behind Basil Hawkins(3rd) and X Drake (4th), yet at the Auction House, and the War, showed far more of Law than Hawkins or Drake, implying he's going to be more important than they.

I would love to see their current bounties. If Law is not a shichibukai (I am havign trouble believing that without more info), then surely his bounty went up for saving Luffy from the Marines.

I think Law is the 10th most popular character.Now,I know Oda wont change the story he wanted just to fit in a fan favorite,but with the type of love that Law gets,and how Oda made him out to be one of Luffy's main pirate rivals,its no mistaken that Oda will have Law in more prominate roles then originally planned.

(FYI many saw it and it's different, most certainly, because of the totems shown in this image which are definitely absent on Punk Hazard - Oda made an effort to show them on most of the images in that chapter. Plus, the Sea isn't red, et cetera.)

Well, that's why I included "OR a new, unseen type of ability". Thing is, there could be some other explanation for the Legs being able to speak, but in any way, Law's powers come CLOSEST (note: not PERFECTLY, but in the same sense we don't know the limits of his power) to what we see here, since he is SPLIT, still ALIVE, feels what the other half feels, and STUCK to something else -> all of these attributes is exactly what we've seen Law do. Therefore, out of everything we actually have seen and KNOW, Law being responsible for this is the MOST LIKELY POSSIBILITY.

Concerning this chapter, I'm still laughing at the fact that Luffy just kicked the dragon like it was nothing
I can't wait till they show this part in the anime. It will be sooo awesome. My guess is that next chapter they will chase that guy towards the ice part of the island.
I'm going with Law being an Emperor because it seems like something he'll do to get the gov't off his back.**_ Though he helped Luffy escape, I'm sure he gave them an excuse for that considering the gov't aren't too bright lol. But as to why he could be on the island, this is where we just play the "wait-and-see" game. Oda is too unpredictable.

They repeated too much "it shouldn't exist" or "it comes straight out of fairy tail" throught the chapter for it to be innocent…maybe..

Sorry ppl, I want to share my theory with you.
Legs:
What if the half person "legs" was from a tribe or a human species where "they" he can divide into halves?
It's possible in One Piece world IMHO since we do have long legs, three eyed and long arms tribes.
About the warlord:
He/She either is kidnapping people for human shops, or for experiments, or… and that's strange if it did happen, for sacrifices.
Also, This "M" has the other half of "legs", and that's why "legs" hates him/her, because he had been kidnapped by "M" also.
Why is that?
The rescue call was for "M", then it was addressed to any one. "M"'s followers are dead now either because of the Ice Dragon or the Samurai who they wanted to capture (A.K.A. Legs).
My big guess: "legs" is nominated to be part of SH's crew.

You know there is always the possibility that Doflamingo is involved. As we have seen MANY many times in the series when you use the full potential of your DF ability you can do some amazing things. Perhaps Doflamingo's powers have evolved to the point where he doesn't need to control people like puppets but can ensalve them from long range. especially if Doflamingo has managed to stash Moria away somwhere(it's highly unlikely that a weakling like Moria would be able to get away on his own) and has a little help from Vegapunk in experimenting with their powers

Well, a new shichibukai may be introduced soon, but also in the NW a shichibukai as first real villain? (like Croc at the first half)

Those guys who used gas to get on the TS could be a troup lead by Magellan..using poison,sleep whatevergas seems suspicious.
I would rly love to see Magellan with such a special force hunting in the NW

It was nice that Shusui was used the second time to slice a dragon

Since you're late, I assume you haven't read much of this thread and therefore forgive you for these assumptions :ninja: - but it's pretty clear that Buggy cannot be the one at work here, at least for most people. I have to admit that I first, too, thought of him, however discarded that very quickly.

Point is, if Buggy were to improve his abilities to split other people, it'd be like Luffy making other people Rubber, or Robin sprouting other people's limbs, or Bellamy turning other people to springs - it's just not possible, since their fruits have an effect on their own and ONLY their own body!
In addition, Law's powers already split other people - why would Buggy's (whose NEVER showed anything in this direction) suddenly progress to the same? Oda's more creative than that. Also, assuming it WAS Buggy - how come he was STUCK to the Dragon, another ability of Law's fruit power?

I'm on the same page of possibly just a new Shichibukai though.

About Magellan - unlikely. That point came up here a few pages ago, and the "PH" on their suits undoubtedly stands for "Punk Hazard", so they are from the facility - I don't believe Magellan would give up his post as Warden to move to such a place. What motives would he have? Certainly, if he were to leave, he would try and recapture the escapees - and I assume that it's easier to chase them than stay at an island which is not even one of the beginning islands of the New World and therefore unlikely to be reached by many pirates in the first place.
They are probably (hopefully) associated with Vegapunk, which the name seems to suggest.

My first thought too and until it's disproven I'm hanging on to it. The generic response seems to be "but it was said the incident was 4 years ago! They fought 2 years ago!"

However, that just makes it more likely, in my eyes - incident, island deserted, then they fight later - no one gets harmed. It's possible.

I'm not gonna be surprised at anything the supernova accomplished, from law becoming shichi to Bonney escaping. I mean, it's been 2 whole years, look how much luffy accomplished (in what I assume was) a couple months on the grand line.

Before seeing legs guy I was actually starting to think it was a mythical zoan.

Now that its been sliced I'm interested to know what it is but I doubt its a person right now.

no the one to resist Dofla is Brook since he can escape his own body, I don't think Dofla can manipulate someone with such a mastering of his own soul

I've been using both when they have differnt translations to see the difference. Seems Mangahere, Mangashare and Mangafox uses same translations, usually Binktopia. So it seems mangareader will be my priamary place too.

Law being the one who cut the samurai is the most likely possibility, cause why would Oda create a new guy when we already have a guy who can do it. Although I didn't think that at first, I just thought it's a guy who can split his body and attach himself to others and maybe control them like that. I don't actually have any interest to see Law again at this point; I would be satisfied if we just saw a page or two to show what they are doing now, I don't need a whole arc about him. Don't know how I feel about Law being a shichibukai… I don't actually hate it but I don't like it much either well whatever...

I guess anything is possible, but I don't think Bonney could escape from Akainu. And we already know who is the new Yonkou. Link to that page is somewhere in this thread.
