It's too early for a that. The Dressrosa flashback will probably tie into Law's backstory, so it will most likely happen right before the fight with Doflamingo.

I don't know about a flashback, but I wouldn't mind it. I am really interested in this 'tragic history' of Dressrosa, so flashback or not I would be very happy of more information about it. Either way I would be happy with a dialogue heavy chapter. If not, I can see the chapter being broken up into two parts, and the first part would be more of an exposition about the dressrosa history and the second half would have Block C starting.
Edit: Right now I am more interested in this history, than the tournament itself. I like when Oda provides more information, and adds even more of a story for the antagonist, especially when Doflamingo is my favourite one.

doubt there will be flashback for a while, chapter 710 will be either Block C starting or will see the rest of the SH's stories, or both.

Any last minute guesses as to who's on Sunny, since we'll likely find out this chapter? I know it's an unpopular opinion, but I'm inclined to think it's Monet. Assuming it has to be someone from Punk Hazard, i think it could only be her or Brownbeard, who I think had a proper exit.

I don't think so, nobody could have sneak on that ship while those guys where expecting somebody to show up and try to destroy them, it is probably a fairy trying to get something for free again

I doubt someone from punk hazard could have sneak into the sunny because luffy,zoro or sanji would have sense them with their haki, so is most likely some fairies on the sunny.

Some people like to read spoilers, and some would rather wait for the actual chapter to come out. There's nothing wrong with either. This is coming from someone who prefers to avoid them.
