Okay without spoiling it best you can, the latest episode I have on my hard drive is episode 175. It's a Hong Kong episode and Im having trouble finding other ones.
Anyway, I wanted to start downloading Gerusama's fansubs as well but.. if I did, is there anything I'd be missing after episode 175?… Basically I'd watch KF and Geru at the same time. I want to make sure I'd understand the episodes and also not get any HUGE spoilers... err do you get what Im asking?.. yeah just lemme know <_<

I suggest you start all over from the K-f sub until you get to their last ep. Then read the manga until the place where gerusam starts. You can watch the BALF eps later and it won't be a spoiler since you already saw it.

Yes, you will be missing some things…although not HUGE things if I remember correctly (I mean, if you don't consider the defeat of the main villain and all the plot elements of Skypiea resolved huge). The Davy Back Fight doesn't have any important plot points. I can suggest that you read the rest of Skypiea in the manga. There are more HK subs available past 175, but I don't ever recommend those things anyway, you might create more plot holes for yourself.

You don't even have to download them. I read the ones at the MSN groups, Though I do down load the new ones.

Oh I know, I love how they call Zoro Solon and Chopper is Jeob. I mean.. Jeob? WTF! and Upper Yard was like Upardo or something XD I did enjoy them though, I mean for the most part I understood what was going on but every so often I'd watch an episode and think, "Okay I can't wait to see the KF episode so this'll make sence…"

I would get a Viz Manga reather then a scanlation. Scanlation can be dull when you read them from a monitier

Im reading the Crocodile defeat part in these magazines and I dunno if it's the scanner or what but even though I'd seen the anime, it was hard to tell what was going on O_o
Now the scans are good though, but those few were kinda crappy =/
and maybe Ill get back on the 4kids forums, I have some ideas.

Well, that doesn't happen, but I know that in Skypiea there is some information that comes in to play later on, and some things that may be important in the future regarding poneglyphs and stuff…but you may have seen those parts already, I'm not sure what chapter episode 175 is up to. It does help to know about the condition of Going Merry and the dials and the dials and stuff.

For Hell/HK/Xeno stuff, I think you can still get them via IRC! I suggest getting 183-186 from [BalF] but it's kinda hard to get(not many people seeding)! Get the rest upto 209 from Hell then 210 from [BalF]! You would only be missing 211-219 which is what i'm missing also!
