Oh lord… And I thought I had an issue with FFRK. I've finally started taking this game too seriously.
I'll say this much: Don't spend orbs until the end of the banner's life. Or at the very least, understand that it is entirely possible that you will get the character eventually. I didn't get Ike when he first released, but I did get him in the Hero Fest. That was enough.
Also, more importantly: The ability/chance to get characters you love can improve in the future. They may give more freebies. They may even offer a celebratory free-full pull for five free characters.
Take those things into consideration. Trust me: This won't be your last chance to get Seth.
EDIT: Granted, I can't judge, because I know how much you love Seth. If this were Ranulf we were talking about, I probably would have already spent $50. Still, consider using future time to level your characters and try for better prizes.
I'm actively working towards that 5* Clive. 10,000 points remaining.

Don't spend money on this guys. You'll still have shit chances, and it goes by fast, so you'll just wind up with less money and probably repeats of the same characters.
Orb fest thingy is happening now where you get pretty much two orbs a day, and there's new chapters too. Just grind for orbs and keep trying.

Yes. Just stick to the grind of the game, and eventually, the opportunity will come up. I mean, I'm looking at a lot of my 4* characters and I don't care about leveling them, but if I get a level 4* Ranulf, you better believe I'm going to get him to 5* and so forth. It just takes time.
I will admit, it's hard with this game. FFRK, you're only rolling for weapons. Vivi is my favorite Final Fantasy character. I don't have a single one of his weapons/armor or whatever that give him his awesome Soul Breaks, but hey, Vivi was the first FFIX character they gave us and I'm always happy to use him.

I meant to say Fates VAs, Xanders sounds a little off, Camilla's I know for sure isn't her Fates VA, may be her Heroes one but sounds a tad different, it's off putting and I much prefer Lulu Camilla. Hinoka's I figured was her Heroes one though less raspy which is…ok?

I've often wondered about that myself; seems like being supported by people who only want you there so the world can end in fire (with you going to Hell in the process) would be somewhat off-putting

I think i like Camilla's voice in this, although I can't tell if it's the same VA in Heroes.
For Takumi, it definitely is, which isn't bad, but I always preferred Roger Rose.
