Man At Arms is a youtube channel featuring a blacksmith who makes props for feature films for a living. He takes requests from his comments section, and I know that Arlong Park can convince him to make something awesome if we get enough likes (I suggest Kiribach, Arlong's sword).

Really cool, but a shame he went for the key.
As for a request, I can't think of a sword good enough to vote on. Mohawks has too many jewels, arlong a sword is too big, the rest of the swords shown are mainly too plain.
I guess whitebeards staff is the only thing that comes to mind.
I'd like to see something weird and impractical (if not impossible), like Vivi's Kujakki Slashers, or Kuro's weird cat claw swords (that would probably tear the glove apart at the first swing).

The crazy bastard did the Minecraft sword, I think weird is totally up his alley. I just lol'd when he was saying that the Keyblade doesn't look sharp, but "we'll find a way to make it dangerous".
