Gundam-Pokemon? Am I reading that right?
There's some great stuff in here!
Color me interested.
Kill la Kill is the one, right? Since the Magi's anime fiasco.
Also, Log Horizon caught my attention because if it has that artstyle, I'll see how it's. Though it's plot is like a blatant copy of a certain anime that was a fiasco in a certain degree.
STILL no Jojo season 2?
kill la kill cha la
Kill la Kill looks to be The One of the season. I'll probably watch that and see Valvrave through to the end.
Isn't that like the third series for Yozakura Quartet? lol at Gundam.
First impressions:
Galileo Donna: Sounds interesting though it´s hard to imagine what it´s about. I hope for a modern version of
Samurai Flamenco: Just as hard to figure out as Galileo. I guess it could be everything from a hero series to a boys love anime. If it´s the former, maybe even a more serious version of Tiger and Bunny, i am interested.
Magi 2nd season: The early exploration chapters of Magnostadt, including Alladin´s time as student, are among my favorite parts of Magi, so i am gonna try to forget the fiasco of the first season.
Kill la Kill: No explanation needed
Coppelion: Manga is not bad, so i am probably gonna try this one
Golden Time: A college romance series is always welcome, i just hope that the female protagonist is not an older version of Taiga, the latter was annoying to say the least
Love Song of a Certain Pilot : I watched the movie adaption of the spin-off which was impressive, so gonna try this one as well
Pupa: Unfortunately, the manga has not been scanlated at all, so i have no idea if this is good. It definitely sounds interesting but i heard the manga is very gory
Movies:
Kaguya-hime no Monogatari (Ghibli is a must)
Captain Harlock
Chuunibyou
Madoka
GitS
Sakasama no Patema
and of course the highlight, Kara no Kyoukai: Mirai Fukuin
Finally, after 2 years and a half. Infinite Stratos is back.
Log Horizon seems to have a interesting artstyle. SAO's story and characters sucked, .hack is boring and confusing because it's spread over so many mediums. Is it really that hard to make a good story with this concept?
Also, of course Kill a kill. I really like Gurren Lagann, but I have an uneasy feeling about this because the main character is a girl, it'll just end up as well-animated fanservice crap, they went all out with the fanservice in Gurren Lagann, too, but it had many other things to it than that.
I find Pupa interesting.
I'm really anticipating:
Magi - I know the first season was bad, but is still magi.
Gundam Build Fighter - Well, let's see if this is the first Gundam series that I watch from the beginning to the end (If Unicorn wasn't Ova, It would be my first).
Kill La Kill - Because, WHO THE HELL YOU THINK I AM!!!
Kuroko no basket - Let's enter the ZONE!
Daiya no A - Never read it, but is one good series from Weekly Shonen Magazine, so it must be good, I hope.
Pupa - Something tell me it gonna be a great series, but who knows? The Japanese readers do!
Guys, whatever anime rises to become the best of the fall season, will have to compete with the second cour of Monogatari Series 2, remember?
For sure :
Kuroko's Basket S2
KILL la KILL
Daiya no A
Blazblue
Freezing S2
Magi S2 (hopefully they stay faithful to the manga this time)
Maybe :
Gundam
Samurai Flamenco
Coppelion
Log Horizon

never liked the monogatari stuff. I watched the first episode of monogatari and I found it wordy, but not in a interesting way, seems like otaku-bait with an attempt to seem sophisticated. But that's only the first episode, so…
Oh, looking at it, I'll probably also follow the S2 of Magi and Pupa also seems pretty interesting.
Here's what I'm interested in (not blacked out) and what I'm kinda iffy on (shaded). Everything else is blacked out.

You like Valvave?! WOW.
Like everyone else, I have been anticipating Kill la Kill since it was announced, so I wont be missing that. I will also be checking out Aoki Hagane no Arpeggio: Ars Nova, which is based on a surprisingly entertaining manga about sentient battleships that I am currently following.
Nothing else really stands out.
Kill la Kill will either be total awesomesauce, or mediocre. Either way we can all be sure it will be incredibly entertaining.
I'm also quite anticipating BlazBlue Alter Memory. I've been waiting for an anime of this game for a year! I wonder if the Persona 3 movie will eventually get dubbed with the original voice actors of the game.
Overall, this seems to be a very good season, might try to give more of those series a try.
Wow, I have no idea what to watch
I'll probably catch up with KnB and watch the 2nd season…Non Non Biyori looks cute so I'm definitely watching that. The thing is that I don't like female protagonists and almost all of those have one @.@
Not looking as good as the current summer lineup, but there's a few interesting titles that catch my eye. Kill la kill (or whatever it's called) is a given because I loved Gurren Lagann and Panty & Stocking. Magi is also a definite. Infinite Stratos is a maybe, but I need to watch season one to see if I like it. Monogatari Season 2 will be continuing into fall, so that's also a given. I hear good things about Blazblue and Hazama is fucking awesome from clips I've seen, so you can count me in on that as well.
There are many new original series that really felt like the usual rehashes. I don't start deciding what I'll watch until a month into the current season, so I'll have to look them over again in August.
There's basically no way kill la kill won't be entertaining. Also there's a high chance it will be amazing.
People, Kill la Kill isn't because of Gurren Lagann or stuff, it's because of Inferno Cop. Just search for it on youtube.

Isn't it by the same team that did Gurren Lagann? That's why many are watching it.

Because many didn't watch Inferno Cop yet, just trust me in this one :ninja:
Also, I did some research about Log Horizon, the light novel has 6 volumes and still going on, which actually scaries me if they even try to make some kind of nonsensical original ending for it.
Oh wow, I had no idea Coppelion was being animated! About time!
Now if they can get to animating the time-traveling thriller SPRITE, I'd be thrilled.
For me, Kill La Kill is the big honcho of the season, possibly of the year. So I'll be watching these two mostly.

If I was to describe Coppelion, it sorta feels like a less-powerful Zettai Karen Children in post-apocalyptic irradiated Tokyo looking for survivors.
Kuroko S2, Kill la Kill and Daya no A are my bets this season. Especially Daya. I mean, MADHOUSE + I.G! Elite double-team.
Kill la Kill
Valvrave S2
Samurai Flamenco
Oh yus.
Not sure about all the other stuff I'll be watching as I usually pick stuff up after seeing how fun discussion is and these shows are months away.
I'm thinking maybe Gundam Build Fighters since people are looking interested.
Meganebu caught my eye because it's fujocrap, but it looks like the worst fujocrap in the year of otherwise glorious fujocrap.
Yowamushi Pedal seems fun.
Sekai de Ichiban Tsuyoku Naritai might be worth it for the sake of saying I've watched pro-wrestler idol girl anime.
Nagi no Asukara looks like it could be cute and potentially gorgeous.
Walkure Romanze seems interesting based off the summary. Might watch it.
Toaru Hikuushi e no Koiuta also seems interesting, might give it a try too.
Pupa has my attention now, gonna look into that one.
And if it's anything like summer and spring I'll end up picking up like 5+ more shows I somehow manage to keep up with.
Kill La Kill,duh!
Pupa might become quite interesting if it stays clear of the standard imouto bullshit.
Magi anime can shove it.
Also, looking at the OAV section makes me sad.The times when OAV mattered really did pass a long time ago.
Is this really a fall season? I mean, there isn't a single series I would want to watch except for the obviously promising Kill la Kill. I guess, it just will take over usual quantity with quality, but compaired to previous fall it's incredibly empty.
Movie situation is just so much better. Captain Harlock, Kara no Kyoukai, Inverted Patema, Ghibli's Kaguya-hime Monogatari, with Ghost in the Shell: Arise, Kick-Heart, Short Peace and Ghibli's Kaze Tachinu carrying over from the summer season? Once the bd releases start coming up in a half of a year, it will be a straight up festival of good anime.
Pupa: Unfortunately, the manga has not been scanlated at all, so i have no idea if this is good. It definitely sounds interesting but i heard the manga is very gory
But it has. You probably checked MangaUpdates, and they usually don't have the aggregator website based groups listed.
Anyway, it isn't good at all.
I never get too excited over these.
Mainly because I'm still waiting on a second season of Durarara!! and a reboot of Blue Exorcist which will probably occur in a few years when the manga gets further along.

Upon much closer inspection...
...I deduce most of these are typical cliches. 'cept BlazBlue I guess.

Err….what? Are you suggesting BlazBlue is not a typical cliche show/serie/whatever?
Err….what? Are you suggesting BlazBlue is not a typical cliche show/serie/whatever?
Well it certainly ain't the 'Three girls in a dangerous situation' or a 'ordinary boy who discovers secret purpose ends up going to school in an all girls school' or any shit like that.
On that note, Pupa does sound freaky but interesting.
Yeah, read the first chapters of Pupa, ugh. It's crap.
Hm, I think I'll only follow Non Non Biyori (because I read the manga), Kill la Kill (good credentials and art) and the Kiss x Sis OVA…
Where's jojo 2? and a persona 3 movie
