Whitebeard's dying speech followed by his death standing upright is the greatest scene in the anime for me.

Just a suggestion but I think that the scenes that were animated twice (like in "Episodes of …") should be added in two versions. For example, the death of Hiluluk was (IMO) executed excellently in movie 9 and it would be a shame not to include it.

Yay I don't know about that. While these movies have better animation I think they lack something and the character designs are kind of weird.

I know, that's why I suggested adding two versions and not replacing it. About movie 9 again, one of the reasons I'm writing this is that (as far as I know) 3 of scenes included among 'greatest scenes' (protecting the flag, Hiluluk's death, Hiluluks's sakura) got tracks designed especially for them (at least judgung by names) that (again IMO) fit the scenes perfectly and make them adding worthy. Your project, your decision though.
