I think that Kaido may have taken over Wano and the person Kinemon/Momonosuke are looking for is the King/Shogun/Leader Guy of Wano who was sent to Doflamingo from Kaido after he conquered Wano.
Regarding Doflamingo's DF - It's quite possible that his string was all soft in the beginning, but that he sharpened it with CoA

So Laws condition for DonFlamingo to stop beign shikibukai was just a feint. It was fishy since DF was given less than a single day to do something to be in yesterdays newspapers and now it makes sense. And Law saying to Smoker that they will be going to Green Bitt island was another feint, because he throught that if in case DF arrives before marines are left then Smoker could give away a wrong direction for DF to follow. p.s. ah yes, and hes already calculating that DF and Kaidou will have to fight regardless. I just wonder how he`s gonna deal with DF finding him first before starting this war against Kaidou.

Anyway my take on things:
The cover story makes no sense, seems like granny just wants to get Caribou off the island as soon as possible, but I've got no idea why…
Skywalk was interrupted right wen DD reached the raft... now it works again... very cryptic. Still no clue on how it works.
DD uses strings... confirmation of what we basically knew since 400 chapters ago.
DD has CoC... fine to me, I don't see how it's such an exceptional discovery though, just means that he's a very strong ambition/determination and that he's no common guy, but we already knew that. Hope you all remember that CoC has no battle implication whatsoever in a one on one fight with someone who's not fodder. PS. I just hate all this haki stuff, it's becoming more and more the ki (or whatever) of DBZ: it's not explained well enough, it becomes a cheap way to show the strength of a character and it can also become a sort of deus ex machina to make anyone win a fight with no strategy whatsoever. Devil Fruits were MUCH BETTER, cool different powers, which had a sense and a clear explanation: winning against a DF user actually took strategy, not just <<ugh, ugh, my haki better than yours>>. Just compare Luffy/Croc and Luffy/CC: the fight with Croc involved strategy to counter his logia powers, with CC not so much, if Luffy didn't have haki, we would've got a much better fight, which woul've ended thanks to a clever strategy.
We didn't really need Franky's obvious explanation, just as we didn't need Law's awkward explanation to Smoker about his heart a few chapters back. Oda's becoming TOO meticolous, he wants to leave no space to imagination and explain everything.

This repeated beating of Smoker, who's been KO'd by Law, Vergo and DD is becoming unsettling... I loved him so much but I just can't take him seriously anymore after all this beating... he's basically lost his role as Luffy's chaser and has been downplayed as hell, I hate that!

I don't mind smoker being beaten so often, if only because it was stated that he fought Vergo in a way that would maximize Law's ability to get his heart back, not in a way that would maximize his own chance of beating Vergo, which suggests that he might have been capable of beating Vergo if that was his goal, but it wouldn't have been such a sure thing.

I wonder what Kuzan is doing in Punk Hazard. Whatever it is, getting crashed with Doflamingo can only end ugly. I don't think that Kuzan is just gonna let him go that easily but he still has to fight with Straw Hats in Dressrosa. Guess we'll just have to wait and find out.
Franky's twintails and Caesar blushing were the highlights of the chapter for me. 
I still don't mind Smoker's beatings because most of them are by characters that are above him/have broken powers or because he's somehow handicapped. He has kind of kicked Luffy's ass every time they fought without any handicaps.
I do hope he'll get a legitimate win eventually, though.

Personally, I´d be the happiest OP fan if Kuzan froze and smashed the stupid grinning face of that Joker bastard.
But to be objective, I believe the marines are saved and Dofla leaves without a fight.
Law telling Smoker he is going to Green Bit knowing that Smoker is obligated by his pride to not let it loose. Both Kinemon and his son knowing about Kaidou tells me he is involved in their island (and not just kinemon being knowledgeable about pirates). Law doesn't care about negotiating Dofla, it's not in his interest that Dofla loses his title and alerts Kaidou, so he did something to piss him off (thus making sure he tries to go after them rather than head for Dressrosa.
They will have no opposition in Dressrosa, they will probably find the first act towards Kaidou in Wano given that they will head there. Wano will be freed, I wonder if luffy/Law will claim it, it's proximity to Dressrosa tells me they can never really own it unless they become stronger than Dofla.

If we were already to go to Wano now (and im not even talking about Dressrosa) a huge part of the story will have been wrapped up since it will be a very important island regarding Zoro. i always imagined Zoro vs Mihawk would take place there but i think we can forget about that now if it's this early. i couldnt really imagine any other place where that fight could take place.
EDIT: i should elaborate more on this / change my way of phrasing. Wano will be a huge part of the story for Zoro because of all the insane Samurai there, and my prediction that Kitetsu will be there as well. I do not think the final fight will HAVE to take place there, dont get me wrong. I'm completely well suited with Wano being just a big development for him!

must say law is a smart man going to derusa while he knows he's give doflamingo basically a day to find him or make those choice, it's pretty clever because by destroying the machine in deralosa he removes all choice from doflamingo, and if do flamingo quits the shichibuki before realizing what law is about to do then doflamingo will have both the marines and kaidou on his back, this will force doflamingo's hand and hwo he behaves after that could be very interesting

Btw Kuzans arrival on PH makes an question if it was Smoker who invited him there (he come straigth to him after arriving on island after all and with "perfect" timing as well(could have arrived before SHs left)).
Anyway if its true then it makes sense, because Kuzan might have left marines, but its because he couldnt accept Akainu becoming the next Fleet admiral. He have power of admiral and he wouldnt use that power to do direct orders from Akainu with his twisted sense of Justice, however it doesn`t mean that he gave up. Smoker is someone whose idea of Justice is compatible with Kuzans lazy justice, so them having connections makes sense and so maybe Kuzan have sayd something along lines "if you need a help, call me an I will come".

-So, the gas will kill them if they aren't saved quickly enough. That's good.
-Brownbeard is free. Next cover story maybe? Though I hope not.
-Doflamingo finally confirmed to have some kind of string fruit AND he has CoC. Nice. Hopefully all that build-up won't be for nothing.
-Smoker is fucking with Dofla. "I'll have to apologize to Base Captain Vego" Hahaha.
-So Law lied to Smoker about themgoing to Green Bit in case he talks. Smart.
-I wonder how long CC is travelling with them. Ceasar for nakama, anyone?

I'm not surprised that Doflamingo's base of operations is this close to the entrance of the New World, he's just keeping a distance from the Yonko. It's similar to Crocodile, who preferred to stay in the early part of Paradise.
But even if we see Dressrosa and Wano this early, there are still plenty of New World Islands to see.
Some that come to mind are Elbaf, the Emerald City, Whole Cake Island, Yukiryu Island etc.

Nope the first 3 are Raijin, Risky Red and Mystoria, as said by Smoker in chapter 655. Punk Hazard is another one near the Red Line, though its magnetic field has gone awry; seeing as Dressrosa is straight ahead of PH, it means it's farther into the NW, not right at the beginning. Besides the latter island will have mostly to do with Emperors, so it's logical that this stuff gets placed earlier on.

@ Aohige, yes thats true, but then again smoker didnt tell him. If Law really intended to misinform DD he wouldve said to smoker "if Dofla comes here, tell him im going to Green Bit" or something. otherwise, law couldnt have known if he was gonna tell him or not and if smoker didnt tell him (like he did) and Dofla wouldve just gone back to Dressrosa in time, say goodbye to Law's plan.

Also my reasoning was that an island that would wrap up a lot for Zoro would likely come later than an island like Elbaf where Usopp would be wrapped up. but then again Zoro wont be wrapped up entirely in Wano as we can see now, so Usopp's dream will probably still come before Zoro's.

For my post, i conveniently assumed Dressrosa was one of the first ones on the Log Pose, because PH didnt have a magnetic field as you said, so i didnt think that the pose would set to the next islands. My bad probably, since even though PH didnt have one, the Pose probably still set to a later one.

Smoker just hit the wall that is the top dogs in the NW. Imagine SHs not training for 2 years and going to the New World. They wouldn´t survive 2 seconds (not to mention get through Fishman Island).
Not sure what exactly will happen next, but he´s not one that gives up easily. It would be amazing if things played out in a way for him to leave/rather be thrown out of marines (Tashigi second in charge of G5 marines) and team up with Kuzan.
Kuzan and Smoker, a dynamic duo. Lazy Justice of Smoke. Vigilantes taking down pirate crews.
