Pell and Wiper stood face-to-face in the arena. Pell held his sword, while Wiper gripped his bazooka.
"So, Blue Seaman! You think your little sword can stand up to my bazooka? Why don't we find out… !!!"
Pell scoffed, and drew out his blade. "Do not be so confident. My sword -- and Devil Fruit -- will be more than enough to defeat you..."

Wiper definitly.. He looks more cool than Pell.. I don't like Pells outfit. Wiper was also my favourite characters during Skypea.
Pell was awesome, but Wiper is one of the bigger badasses that isn't a Strawhat.
I was never much of a fan of Wiper. Definately one badass dude, but Pell moved me a lot more.

As cool as Viper is, he didn´t pull anything that can be compared to Pell´s sacrifice. So I vote for the Falcon!

Wiper….hmmm....survived the countless number of rejects, the priest attack, Luffy's bazooka, and Eneru's millionth kajillionth volt attacks. While Pell.....surivived the biggest hugest massive giant ass bomb attack the whole world has ever seen thats supposively should of killed all the Arabasta people, and lived with all his body parts still intacted. Man this is a tough choice. But I'll go with Wiper since he's such a badass!

Knowing virtually nothing about Wiper (except that his name makes that old joke pop into my head every time I read it), I went with Pell. I love Pell. I'm sure I'll like Wiper, too, once I see some of him, especially since I seem to love everyone in this show.

As much as I like Viper and his bazooka, I'll go his Pell since I like his Devil Fruit (Really fits well in Arabasta) and for suriviving the Bomb that should of killed him.

I am, mostly, it's just Skypeia I'm more unfamiliar with. I didn't read all of it 'cause it's really long and the site I was reading them from shrinks the pictures down just slightly too small for me to be able to see everything on my screen, so…. I skimmed it. ^^;
All I have to say is , Pell has Gatling guns. BIG Gatling guns.
Wiper did kick major ass but My vote goes to Pell cause the bomb scene left me with my jaw dropped and a tear in my eye.
Pell attempted to beat Robin, but Wiper wore a grass skirt. Guess I'll go with Wiper.

"Tori Tori no Mi, Model…" Pell's body twisted and morphed, assuming the shape of a half-man, half-falcon. Sword at the ready, the Guardian of Alabasta shot forward with astonishing speed. "... FALCON!!!!"
"... Shit--!! BURN BAZOOKA!!!" Wiper's shot burst from his weapon; Pell flipped into the air upside-down-like and thereby narrowly avoided it, but the bazooka shell continued on to destroy a good portion of the stands.
"Soaring Blade..."
"B... BURN BAZOOKA!!!"
" 'Falcon's Claw'!!!! "
Again Pell flew away from the explosive burst, and with all his strength, he landed a violent series of cuts across Wiper's chest. The Shandian fell back, staggering, but not falling, as he again readied his bazooka.
"From this distance, you can't... !!"
"Soaring Blade's 'Falcon Wing'!!!!"
All it took was a single stroke of his sword, for Wiper to be sent flying back into the stands. Pell hadn't actually cut the air, but with his sword, he'd created a deathly-strong gust to defeat his opponent. Pell reverted back to his human form and sheathed his sword, walking silently away from the arena.
