Is it usually once a week that KF releases episodes? Also what day of the week do they usually realease these episodes? Oh yeah what will happen when KF catches up to GeruSama fansubs? Will KF continue to sub the episodes that GeruSama already finished?

K-F releases episodes whenever they can - I don't think there is a set time frame or date that they release on, but generally it seems they release on a weekend. It's usually about once a week, but sometimes a little faster, sometimes a little slower depending on the lives of the people who make them.
When K-F gets to the episodes Gerusama is doing, they'll continue on as they normally do, unless for some other reason they decide to stop. But it won't be because they've already been done.
Friday nights at midnight is the usual release time. It doesn't seem to be an iron-clad rule, though. They may be early, or late, or miss a week entirely, or release more than one a week.
