The show is about June who move to New York for a job that went out of business and end up moving in with a girl name Chloe who tries to screw over June at times. James Van Der Beek plays himself on the show.
The show is pretty good for an ABC comedy. I hope the show last for awhile.

Yeah lol, plus Suburgatory is basically the same except they just swapped the goth with an "urban" (lolll) redhead. Same tiresome sarcasm thing.
Hah well I'm not too surprised they have multiple shows out with similar premises. Happens with every It fad. Cop shows, lawyer shows, medical shows. Reality shows do that too…Why are there like 5 different "Hillbilly" shows? Feels like 8 pawn shop ones too.
Don't trust the B- in Apartment 23 doesn't make me think it'll stick around based on the title alone. I only recently saw a preview of it, but it didn't make an impression with me other than the odd title choice.
The show is more like the Odd Couple then 2 Broke Girls. The 2nd episode of Don't trust the b in Apt. 23 is way better then the pilot episode.
Using a cliche doesn't automatically make a show bad.
I've only watched one episode but I enjoyed it.

It's a cliched concept, but the show really owns the fact that it's a television show. And does it very, very well.

They both can get more episodes if they do well enough. And it isn't that hard to last a long life on NBC. Look at Chuck with is hilariously terrible ratings which last 5 seasons.

That was just a rumor. Only 30 Rock has a confirmed short episode order that ends the show. Parks has a full 22 episode season and Community has a 13 episode order, that depending on how the show do could either end the show or just be the initial order.

Phewwww, to be fair 30 Rock was starting to enter a decline so this lets it bow in grace (if only the Office had been ended after last season).
Parks and Rec is too damn good right now to be canned! And I don't really watch Community but I like it.

I don't know how caught up on 30 Rock you are, but I'd say this season is a decent improvement over the last two, but it's had a good run and I'm ready to see it finish strongly. I was really surprised to see Parks and Rec get a full season pickup, but damn I agree it does need to go away anytime soon. And with the Dwight Schrute spin-off, and Mindy Kaling having a show picked up by Fox, I'm not sure if the Office can continue past next season. You should totally watch Community. Such a good show.

Oh finally, here it is~
Last night episode was pretty great. I love the bath tub scene with June and Chloe's faces reactions. I just think the face reactions on the show makes the show even more funny.
I think my favorite gag of the night was probably June's mom being James's advisor. But it's all pretty great for the most part. Sure, it's not Community or Parks, but it holds its own surprisingly (I went in expecting nothing great). Glad it's kept on getting better over this abbreviated season.
They need to bring back Kiernan Shipka.

! I got some great lol's during June's presention why they need to have the Dawson reunion. James trying to get a Malcom crossovers was great. Mark's cameo was great as well. The ending scene was great with the destorying Jame's stuff.
I don't think I've seen cartoon humor pulled off so hilariously in a live-action show. I wouldn't say it was a perfect episode, but it landed nearly every joke and the recurring jokes never felt repetitive, like the tranq and Busy Phillips' horse. And the end tag killed me as it gradually progressed from badass to horrifying.

! I did got a great lol'd of the little Happy Endings and Don't Trust B…. crossover scene. Zog was great minor character throughout the episode. June was a cute hobbit. lol.
