His bounty is higher than Crocodile/Mr.0, why wouldn't he be a Shichibukai? Please don't flame on me if this Thread is repeated. Or maybe he isn't a big treat to the WG?

Because being a Shichibukai has nothing to do with bounty. Luffy's bounty is 100 million…does that make him a Shichibukai? I'm sure Whitebeard's bounty is much higher. And that was Crocodile's former bounty. As a Shichibukai, bounties are made void. I honestly don't know how one does get chosen to be Shichibukai, but they're sanctioned by the government. That's what seperates them from other pirates.
I think I got that all right. Sorry if I left something out or said something wrong, I get confused by these kinds of details easily.
Rockstar would have to be a candidate and then chosen to be Shichibukai, by the Gorosei, right? -
I'd imagine a pirate is chosen by the government because they meet certain requirements in terms of how well they think they'd play by their rules, as well as the thing they're most infamous for. I doubt it's a coincidence that Crocodile wound up in Alabasta with his sand powers. But again, nobody really knows yet why some are chosen to be Shichibukai, but I doubt it's because of their bounties.

Ok thanks i quite understand alot now. The WG is looking for replacement and Marshall D. Teach is trying to replace Crocodile's place. Even Teach is hunting for Luffy's head because he wanted his head and show the WG how dangerous he are. Shanks and Whitebeard is an AIM of WG. Maybe Shanks refuse to be a Hachibukai (if he is included it'd be eight) and instead travlling around Grand Line contacting with Whitebeard. Whitebeard is even known as the strongest man in the world. WOW.
