Nothing "foreshadowed" Luffy's X scar…..it's just the scar he got after nearly being killed by Akainu......

It's not foreshadowing of it was only in the anime, since Oda had nothing to do with it.

It's called Ocean's Dream, it is filler based on a Wii game, I believe.
