Good episode, slow first half, better second half, the reused Monet drawing scenes kind of irked me, although Caesar staring right into the camera really creeped me out so that added to insanity. Gotta say i loved the Straw Hat Entrance with Overtaken and Tomita's animation. Punk Hazard needs more Shida and Tomita, hopefully they save them for the upcoming fights.

Episode was meh.
The first half was boring (except for Sanji, Zoro and Brook walking over Kin's frozen body, that was funny), and only the last five or so minutes were noteworthy.

Pretty nice episode. Not as great as last week's, but that's mostly to blame on the actual content they were covering. Highlight was the last few minutes with shiny, (rare) above average animation work. I also appreciate that they take the time to flesh out the backstories Oda just skims over in the manga like the gas explosion and Caesar's intervention after.
Oh, and it is it me, or has Chopper been extra fuckin' cute the last few episodes? And I don't mean mutant lolipop-head-Return-to-Sabaody-Arc Chopper, I mean old-school-Water-7-genuinely-cute Chopper. His "Go Luffy!" at the end was sho fwakin' adorable I jush wanted to poo

Glad to see the anime expanding on stuff like the origin of Smiley. That's padding done right. Everyone walking on Kinemon was amusing. Highlight was definitely the entrance at the end. Animation was very solid for it, especially Robin and her landing. And yeah, Chopper was fricken' adorable.

The first half was a little boring with it being nothing but flashback but it was okay. I loved how they showed gas killing Punk Hazard. Seriously Oda should show that kind of stuff in the manga too instead of showing like, one picture and some exposition on top of it! My favorite part was definitely Caesar breaking the fourth wall! 
The only thing I have to complain about is how retarded Robin looked again! :getlost: Seriously even when animators (and Oda) give _Nami_ ridiculously unrealistic body proportions at least her face usually looks cute. But anime always messes up Robin's eyes and nose!

This arc seemed much longer when reading it, it feels like the anime is just zipping through it in a race to catch up or something (not actually the case, i know)..
First half was perfect, the rest not so much.. I had really high hopes for Nakao's job with Caesar and at first I was really into it, but he's just not as menacing as he should be, imo.. It kinda redeemed itself at the end with the big entrance and Chopper's reaction, I thought that was a nice touch. But the whole 15-20 seconds of them just standing there while the camera zoomed out and back in was a bit much, but then Robin's face just made me laugh and all was well.

Very good animation at the end there, the entrance was really well done. Law's reactions are just great.
Always appriciate when Sanji gets a moment other than swooning, liked this in the manga and liked it here, the soundtrack helped, too. The anime has definitely improved in the last few episodes. It was still pretty slow, but considering the chapter itself was one of the slower ones, it was pretty well done.
A decent episode overall. Some good art and animation, with the highlight being Luffy's grand entrance at the doorway to the lab. The comedy was pretty good (Brook's double take was gold) but it seemed Funimation's episode translations this time around were a little awkward.
Didn't expect Toei to reuse the Sanji/Nami x Zoro filler again at the beginning to this episode. Someone there must be very proud of it.
Though the beginning dragged a bit and the anime extended it even more, it was Oda who decided to put the flashback in, so we can't blame them entirely. I felt the flashback to be a bit annoying even in the manga. I mean, it has its moments, but I felt like it went on for too long and showed us stuff that we already knew.
While Punk Hazard has amazing moments, there are some running around/wasting time chapters that I worry about the anime really stretching out. 
But the episode was good overall, and Smiley continues to be well animated.
Ayone else notice their running out of ideas for the title cards, these past 4 or 5 episodes have been the title of the episodes with the background being the moutains and snow.

But they could have put the yeti brothers behind a mountain so that way they wouldn't look like idiots staring while they were aiming.
I had two major gripes - Nami had blue fucking eyes (they're brown goddamnit! Even if Sanji is inhabiting her body, her hair didn't change colour so why should her eyes?!) and … ugh... it was better this episode, but poor Robin and her undershirt melons. She looks like a breeze could topple her, poor girl. I'm starting to think the animators do it on purpose to troll we viewers because her breasts will look relatively manageable in one shot, then humongous round and deformed in the next. Ugh!
That said, I loved the little things that really made this episode - the filler parts were really well done, the animation in the last scene was great (that Robin Wing~) and the scene where they walked on top of Kinemon. Dunno what it is but the anime is making me like him more as a character than the manga has done so far. It's strange because for me it's usually the opposite, but I'm just really enjoying his parts more than I did manga-side.

I thought the first half was lackluster (as funny as it was why did Toei recycle Brook's "romantic" filler?), although stepping over the frozen Kinemon was amusing. Oh, and Smiley's awesome.
Second half was a lot better, though mostly due to two factors….
a) Caesar's monologuing....Nakao just keeps getting better and better, and talking out loud to no one just makes him seem even more insane. I know I'll love every following Caesar scene from this point
b) Luffy's entrance at the end! Great animation (plus Law's wtf face and Chopper's 
face, though I think Robin looked very off in that scene)
All the eye colors got switched. You'll notice that Sanji's body has gray eyes while Chopper's in there and now brown with Nami's presence, and Franky's were brown instead of his usual gray when she occupied it.

Fantastic episode. There will always be a few small things to critique (the 15 seconds of zooming at the end in silence), but the pacing moved very well and it was quite an enjoyable episode to watch. I don't remember Caesar having so many monologues in the manga. I feel like he gives a speech to himself every episode. They're overusing him.
