Nice chapter - interesting groups this time, it's rare to see the monster trio all in one group. I loved their disguises (Franky's braids plus hat = supa!).
New character - I'm jumping on the "probably the new admiral" bandwagon, because of reasons stated by others.
Love the idea of the sentient toys - it's a bit like Thriller Bark with the zombies, when I imagine what the fights later might be like.
Also, Nami's shirt says "meat". Too funny.

He's talking about the fourth member of the group. The one that got lost somewhere along the way and didn't make it to Dressrosa as far as we know.

He's an admiral, maybe he's not fujitora (or maybe yea because he hides his dress) remember that there are TWO SPOTS left, the only one sure is Kizaru. Akainu is now fleet.
And i will say that this guy is a D.
How the groups were split up is no coincidence. I mean the guys in the destruction group are the least likely to recognize a new admiral. I can only think of Robin from the SHs and of course Law. Otherwise we know from the past that even Robin didn´t recognize Kizaru before Sentoumaru called him by his nickname.
On the other hand, I wonder how Fujitora recognizes pirates…oh well, it won´t be a problem when Luffy does his usual speech.

"Fujitora" follows the same naming pattern as "Aokiji", "Kizaru" and "Akainu".
I guess it's safe to say that Fuji should also follow the character designing pattern.

I think this chapter firmly rules out the possibility any VAs getting promoted to admiral, with the sole exception of Coby later in the series. Oda is sticking with the actor face theme, which means that people like Onigumo have no chance of being promoted.
The blind guy is totally Fujitora. He shares the design of Aokiji, Akainu and Kizaru.
he may be fujitora, but isn't it weird that nobody recognized him? not only he's an admiral but he's not to be mistanken with that scar, so why ppl in that place didn't know about him if he is fujitora?
Remember that back in Sabaody Apoo waited for Kizaru's arrival "just to see an admiral". It's not like their faces are well known

What I'm actually curious about in this chapter:
-Why didn't the soldier freak out when he realized who Luffy was?
-Is the stabbity-stab-women thing going to be a plot point or just a funny throwaway line?
-To Sanji's point about the lack of panic… Last week and the week before, we saw (heard?) people outside Doflamingo's estate, yelling to him regarding his no-longer-king status. Trebol mentioned that the country was starting to riot. But everyone in this chapter is just going about their business. Did DD issue an order to keep calm and carry on?
-The diners say that the gangsters are shaming DD's name. In other words, they expect people who are running a gambling establishment for DD to be honorable. More evidence that DD is actually a decent guy when it comes to his own country. The fact that the gangsters "make more money when Buffalo isn't there" supports the idea that Buffalo keeps them from doing anything dirty.
-There has to eventually be an explanation for the toys. One of Oda's key themes is that in the OP world, the only "magic" that exists is via Devil Fruits. That's a consistent fact that we can rely on. Everything else has a scientific or at least pseudo-scientific explanation.

Anyway, this is an ok chapter so far. The city looks pretty damn cool and the blind guy at the end seems pretty powerful judging by that shit he pulled at the end of the chapter.

He certainly fits all the patterns. The only weird thing is how fast he got to Dressrosa. Akainu got the report from Smoker the day before and so he sent Fujitora. Is the Marine HQ that near to Dressrosa that you can reach overnight?

Speaking of which, are the toys' personalities really theirs or are they artificial, modeled by the one controlling them? That would explain their calm attitude since the puppeteer behind it wants them to remain calm and collected; even upon facing the SHs. That would also explain the people outside of DD's castle being in panic while the toys don't seem to give two shits.

Akainu said he has fujitora on this case so this blind guy maybe an admiral and must be investigating there so after 1 day he will report the situation to Akainu and then Beast mode on full on pirate stomping in dressrosa.Also the map is so predictable that law n ceasar have to pass the bridge to get to green bit doflamingo will have spies set up on the way he aint dumb

?? Almost every character has a dream. Hachi had a dream. Where is Hachi now?
Wasn't it finding the secret takoyaki sauce? So currently he's resting up on FI, living the dream and selling octopi for food. Which is really creepy for an octopus-fishman, it's like cannibalism. Still, I love Hachi, Momo not so much but this is going to be a long arc and this chapter did set him up with more story. Would like an explanation of the difference between artificial and natural DF sooner rather than later, though.
