They're fairly minor, but they were added to the roster before Oda revealed he was going to drop 50+ new characters into this arc.

It's clearly a trick question. Snips is, in fact, the viewpoint from which the picture is shown, for he sees all.

Oh, I know, I was somewhat teasing. Of course people are free to vote however and whenever they so choose. I just personally have always found the campaigns to be the most entertaining parts of these tournaments, and I feel that will apply even more-so this year, since the vast majority of these new characters are so minor that the only reasonable way they will have any support is from campaigns being made for them. These Blocks are quite large, them all ending in a runaway victory for just one or two characters in each wouldn't be all that exciting!
