they're all nice and well done. only problem is with shiki, it looks like they did not attach perfectly one of his legs to the body, so one is clearly longer and he leans, but i'm afraid of trying to broke and reattach it.

I have a really important question for those of you than own both Garp DX and Ver.0 EX, are both boxes the same size?
They look it to me. Garp DX dimensions are quoted as roughly 30 x 28 x18. I got my Garp from HLJ via SAL. He is also available SAL through Plamoya. Nippon-Yasan have Ver.0 in stock and they are offering SAL as well, however, Hiromi is telling me he can only ship EMS. Usually I wouldn't mind, but considering i'm already making a loss on this purchase I really can't deal with paying EMS as well.

Me? No somebody posted a list a few months back saying that this was apparently the new Scultures and had the ones we know and a handful of others. WB was certainly one. All I remember is that I didn't care about any of the list enough to actually want to buy any of them.

On the weekend I went to Toronto and there was a small Animecon that just happened to line up with my trip and it was small but pretty cool. There was no more then 15 vendors but they had some cool stuff including some One Piece figs. One guy had every recent POP, I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw how big Arlong and Brook's boxes are. I just went for the merchant area but alot of people were cosplaying, only saw 1 person doing One Piece, a guy dressed up as Ace. Naruto was the most popular to cosplay to. I had alot of fun, it was my first con.
I bought some trading figs, found the Film Z stylings so I bought Franky and Luffy/Chopper, got the Valiant Material Styling Drake and a SA Robin mini fig which I don't know what line it actually is. I also found a figure Ive been looking for a long time ever since I passed on it something like 10 years ago when it was released. The Play Arts FFX-2 Rikku, I couldn't believe my eyes when I found her. She wasn't cheap but it was still fair so I finally bought her after all that time.
I also went to every comic book shop and an anime store that I could track down in Toronto. Found some more OP trading figs. I bought an opened Tashigi mini fig at the anime store, then at a comic store they has some unopened for cheaper so I decided lets roll the dice, their blind packaging but a set of 10 and ….......I got the exact same Tashigi I bought earlier in the day. 
I loathe blind packaging, I had a 1 in 10 chance and I got a double. If anyone wants her she is unopened and I'm willing to trade or sell for cheap. Pm me if interested.

I had wondered as I had no idea what it was, everything looks the same accept for the design on her shirt and maybe the skin colour, mine looks more tanned. Oh well, its still a decent figure. Thanks for telling me what line its from.
Tashigi is from the Deformaster Petit line, Ocean Blue set. They look really bootleg… Also, no toei sticker on the Kyun one is a giver.

I would say yes to Robin but you think tashigi is aswell? I mean I bought from 2 different stores and the sealed one has a Toei sticker and all. I don't see how I could have that bad of luck that 2 seperate stores are carrying bootleg sets. What makes you think tashigi is?
Oh, sorry, I was mistaken then. I don't own any Deformaster so I'm not sure of their quality. I based my assumption on the quality of the paint, but seeing she is from Bandai, the same company that has greeted us with low quality paint control on the FAZ line, I wouldn't take that as a probe. Sorry!!

You're thinking of the Hybrid Grade Line that featured Newgate, Ace and Marco, yes?
From this new set of SCultures on the Dragon Ball side there is confusion as to whether or not the line will be SCultures or Hybrid Grade, seeing as the SSJ3 Broly is listed in both lines.
The One Piece set will be 100% SCultures, as we know so far.

What can I say? The Neo Nami is excellent. Not one single flaw in this figure whatsoever. She made the jump from 2D to 3D seamlessly. Perfectly rendered, I literally can't say anything negative about it. Seriously there's nothing bad to say. Paint apps are all spot on, the sculpt is dead on (even down to her large clown feet, the way it's supposed to be). The climatact is the finishing touch, Wonderful. I love it. I also like how the SA can hold the climatact too (seriously Megahouse wtf is with you and your lack of inclusion in regards to accessories?)

In other news. Just got my parcel from 1up with a whole bunch of goodies in. Thanks again! Unfortunately Kung-Fu's box was pretty badly squished. Which is a shame because I was hoping to keep the box. But aside from that everything fine. I'll take some pics later today/this week.
GLL are a lot nicer than expected. And they stand without bases! Finally Banpresto have learnt. I dunno why but I got two guns with Olvia. Yet she can only hold one. Seems random. Robin went with Chopper and Olvia went to the FAZ range. May end up moving her later.
Chopper POP is very nice. Like the swivel action. Unfortunately that's about it. You can't really pose him nice due to the arms. And just looks wrong due to the size.

I like the idea of calling the next thread "Romance Dawn: For the New World" considering we're starting to see so many post time skip characters now. Law + Caesar FAZ, Hody SCultures and POP Perona + Law + 2013 will finally be the year we'll be able to have a complete POP mugi line up. Come on Franky!!

Nami had yet to reveal her Sorcery Clima-Tact yet in the manga even so they didn't know what exactly to give her as far as weapons and accessories are concerned. Yeah, I agree. If they had waitied a little they could have given her the neat belt and holder as well and allowed the climatact to be dismantled and holstered.

I have a feeling they jumped at the SA line too early myself. It seems quite evident considering that Nami is accessoryless and Chopper is a resculpt of his SW figure. Not to mention they done them, dragged out Zoro and Sanji's releases. Then stopped them for three months to get minor chars out and now have stopped again because they have problems with Franky.
Makes me wonder if they held on, put the likes of Benn, Dofla, Moriah etc earlier and started the S-A in April time if we woulda gotten some extra stuff for Nami. And if Chopper had the treatment his limited edition version did.
Only 1 week to go until the release of the Official POP Guide Book!! Although I'm not getting it i'm really intrigued to know what the 144 color pages will contain!! Hoping for lots of HQ scans soon after release!!
Do you think MH will have created some neat Diorama's to display the figures, or do you think it'll be more a chapter on each sculptor and a design walkthrough from start to finish for each of their creations, along with prototypes.

Yeah, it'll be interesting to see whether there are any new reveals in the book, but I wouldn't want that to ditract from Jump Festa in Saturday in that everything new we see we already know about from the book. That would be a shame. I always like to be suprised by the event photos!
After Jump Festa we've only got a 7 week wait until February 10th when it's Winter Wonder Festival!! WooHoo!! The never ending conventions!! (haha i like that title)

Yeah, I agree with you. With EMS it'll be just way too much. Like 15,000 yen which is just crazy. I'm sure she'll ship on her own for about 1,000 yen registered SAL if she goes up at Manda, so any thing under 14,000 would be a saving. I'm sure she won't go up from that much…...?......will she?
Also, bear in mind she's doesn't even appear to be Japan exclusive as she's been up on ToysLogic and KingPlayer, which suggests she may be easy to get after release. I mean look at Shiny Repaint Robin, she was on Manda for 4,000 yen for like a whole day before being sold out.
The truth is POPs are not worth preordering anymore which is good for us to save some $$$
The price drops after release especially reissues, repaints and side characters.

It's the same with some games like Assassin's Creed 3 and Lego Lord of the Rings. I know they're gonna be cheap next year but it's just the way of the world. Get on release and possibly have to spend more or get a few months down the line when nobody is buying/playing and lose out on some great discussion.
Anywho. Here's some pics on my recent hauls. Still not opened the HOOKs yet so cannot comment.

Kung-Fu! Wha! Ha-Cha! Phwoaaaaaaah! Yeah. Too small. But I guess I could always imagine that both Robins are giant clones of herself?
GLL Robin and Olvia. Olvia looks way too shiny and brown for my liking. And Robin just doesn't feel like Robin at all. Also not as noticeable in the picture but the shading on her is terrible. Looks like she's got major crotch rash. Chopper looks kinda derpy lol. Nice that they stand on their own unlike he does (and Bonney)
And so the WCF shelf grows. Soon it will be the size of a small town. Chopper is the worst out of the new three. He has a blue blotch of paint on his right cheek. and they sculpted his mouth instead of just painted it. Causing some noticeable lines where his head comes together. Looks kinda like a Ventriloquist's dummy. Shirley has a problem if you use the boxes as risers as her hood comes out quite a bit. Keimie is a lil dull but she's nice enough.
And finally the lil Petites. They're quite nice once on the shelf. I wish they did more like Sadi and Keimie tho. And the alt secret shoulda been Nami or Robin pre-TS. Dunno why they don't do that.

I didn't see anyone else get him but how is the Chopper from last month (with Brook)? Is he good or? I kinda want him to complete my Chopper collection but I'm not sold yet
For now, she's a space-filler in the Supernova shelf.
Once the FAZ Supernovas come out in march, I'll take out the Buggy, Olivia, and Sanji out of that shelf and find a home somewhere lol.

The price is only because its a store exclusive, you can't get Zetto, Ain, the other dude or that Luffy scuplt anywhere else in the Styling format. They won't have a regular release. Stylings are nice but their trading figs, averaging $8-16 individually. The size averages 5 inches I think, I'm not at home so I can't say for sure. Theres so much Film Z stuff being released that its a waste of money in my opinion. I mean you could buy GLL Ain, GLM Luffy and the Film Z prize set which has GLM Zetto for the same money. So your only missing out on the pink guy.
