This episode was pretty usual up until the bits with Franky and Brook's musical montage, and then I was blown away. I'm not as impressed with the art though; it seemed a bit off at certain moments. Ah who cares, the flow of the episode makes up for it a long way!
CAN'T WAIT FOR BROOK'S SINGLES.
The guy with the shovel in his gut still makes me cringe. The part at the end of the preview looks Tate-ish, but I'm not gonna count these chickens before they hatch.
Preview looks good, and they didn't give away the major stuff, which is probably a good sign.

The art during Brook's concert was top notch.
"NEW WORLD" won this episode for me. 'Nuff said!!!
Franky/Chopper/Usopp part made me lol in real. Well done humor, as I expected, these stuff are better in the anime.

I thought it was cute how Brook's seiyuu was voicing his own telesnail.
Caribo's movements were good, but his voice was a little too over-the-top and clownish at points to really be unsettling. Coribo was pretty funny, however.
New World music video was a pleasant surprise.
It was a slow episode, but still a good one. It's just a shame that these episodes can't include all of the Straw Hats at once. It's making it hard for me to compile caps for each fo the animation directors.

One things I love about One Piece are the special songs written for it. I do believe it's quite unique for this genre of anime, to have real songs sung by the actual actors in the show itself. Ore Tachi wa Family, Binkusu no Sake, Bone to be Wild (though we have yet to hear the full song) and now New World. I really liked it!
Also, I couldn't help but laugh at Chopper and Usopp's reactions to Franky. It was just so cute and hilarious. They did a great job animating it. They also used Franky's 'We Are' theme, which was a nice touch. Robin and Nami's reactions to their reactions are priceless too. Man, this arc is so full of win, even with all the filler. Naruto! Bleach! Take note! This is how you create an engaging anime! Hopefully it stays this way. ^.^

Franky moving like a robot and Brook drinking water were great filler scenes xD
Caribou also gives the really creepy vibe with better fits his character than my first impression of him.
I'm really glad on how they handled Brook's big scene. It's my personal favorite Brook scene in the story and everything before the song was handled really well with the music and Brook's VA had a great delivery.
But the song itself was amazing too. He has a great range. I'm also glad it ended with a bang (literally) and I hope that the album ends the song the same way with Brook laughing after the fireworks go off.
The episode did have a bunch of scenes with moving stills, but they made up for it easily.
Wow that was… wonderful. Pacing doesn't even come into play due to episode making up for it.
Caribou is going to give kids nightmares, what the hell man. He scares -me-.
I think his voice needs to kind of... linger more though and be deeper, to really scar you for life. The actors usually develop over time in this series so we shall see.
Brook's entire section is what made the episode. No words I could give could do that thing justice.

This is what I had been looking forward to THE MOST in the anime. After reading that Brook scene I was dying to see it animated. More than a year later, here we are.

Wonderful episode. The Franky scenes were funny, the emotions of everybody finally reuniting well displayed, Caribou was well handled. Brook was the best. I'm so happy they made it a whole song this time!
Also loved the Franky, Ussop and Chopper scene, hilarious chopper it was just the reaction I expected from him and his enthusiasm was contagious but I noticed Ussop's was a little bit tame, but I guess it has to do with being more manly and stuff. LOVED the New World song, so where do you guys get this One piece albums you keep talking about?
