When he was young, Takeo lost both of his parents and became an orphan. Slowly, he changed. Sometime after his parent's death, the young Takeo picked on a Cyborg-dog, which led to that accident. The dog defended himself and fired a rocket at Takeo. Even though the rocket was of an old model, it was enough to take the boy's right hand. After that accident, Takeo's missing right hand was replaced with a mechanical one.
Anyway, the years have passed, and Takeo grown into a teenager. Being hated by the citizens because of his pranks and bad behavior, Takeo had only one friend, named Jiro. He, too, lost some of his limbs, which were replaced with mechanical one. Both of them used to sneak into Vegapunk's old lab, and with the data and inventions they found, they upgraded their bodies in ambition to set sail and become strong pirates, looking for advantures.
At the age of 18, their dream came true. They went to the sea, and made a name for themself, as the "Techno-Pirates" with their small but mechanical ship.
Abilities: While he's physicaly a strong, young man, Takeo's Cyborg abilities make him much stronger. From his right arm and both of his kneees he can fire rockets that target the opponent until they strike him. Of course, Takeo needs first to a special sensor in his left eye to find the target, and then fire the rockets. His steel-made limbs are good for close-distance fights as well.

**Name: Samwise S. Savelyev

Hair and eye color: Brown hair, not short but not long either with dark brown eyes.
Height: 6"7
Appearance: Wears an unbuttoned T-Shirt with no other shirt underneath his very well developed abs are visible as well as a little bit of his pecks. The shirt has pictures of monkeys on it and on the back has the words "Captain SSS". He also is wearing brown shorts and sandles. His most known aspect of apparel is his large brown brimmed hat that hides his face easily.
Skills: Ate the "sui** ****sui" fruit, (Acid Acid Fruit). The Sui Sui fruit is a Logia fruit which allows the user disintegrate anything at will. Anyone that tries to attack Samwise will be severely burned or killed. The fruit also allows Samwise to control the intensity of the acid (can be almost harmless to extremely deadly). Samwise also wields a scimitar fashioned from an extremely sharp leaf from south blue.
Bounty: 329,000,000******. This bounty was obtained from ambushing a very large marine HQ in the grand line to save a friend that had helped him many years before.
Personalitly traits: He is quiet and keeps to himself mostly although is very competitive and trains immensly inching his way to becoming one of the strongest pirates in the world. He also has a dry sense of humour however loves to have a good laugh whenever possible. Once you get to know him better he seems like a really great guy and is always a trust worthy friend to who'm ever he sees as a nakama.
Current Location: A prisoner in Impel Down Level 6.
Background: Samwise originates from a small country in the North Blue. He obtained the Sui Sui fruit at the age of 14. After eating the devil fruit he decided to leave North Blue and form a pirate crew named the faceless crew because of the fact that Samwise hides his face with his hat. Therefore there flag is a skull with a brown hat tipped down covering the skulls face. From then one he has traveled over all the Blue's (North,South,West and East). He had no real goal besides adventuring and becoming the strongest man in the world just like White Beard. He found himself locked up in Impel Down when drugged by a so called "friend" just so that "friend" could obtain his large bounty. Samwise obtained such a bounty when completely destroying a very large marine HQ to save an old friend that had saved him as kid from slave traders in North Blue. That friend of his was quite the prestigous pirate himself.**

Bera Bera no Mi: When first ingested, it is completely useless and annoying. Bera Bera, the Japanese onomatopoeia for constant babbling suggests that it gives the user the ability to ramble on for ages about anything and everything. The user will talk from dawn till dusk if the ability is left untrained… However, after being trained, this ability is probably one of the most useful ones that there is. The user can begin to get a sense of what needs to be said in a situation to get what he/ she wants without having to resort to violence. In other words, the user becomes a 'smooth talker'. Lagann has a very easy-going personality and can make friends with practically anybody. He's probably the most positive person you will ever meet. He doesn't have much regard for his life and doesn't particularly care if he dies or not, although this slowly changes as the series progresses. Other than that, he's very much like a spoiled child and is very greedy and selfish but this kind of makes him seem even cuter. The only time he becomes serious is when someone is getting picked on because they're different.History
Until the age of ten, he lead a sheltered and happy life with his family. Then, one day, while walking along the beach, he stumbled upon a Devil Fruit (no idea how it got there) and not knowing what it was: he ate it… It wasn't until a few days later, that the effects started to appear. Slowly but surely, Lagann became more and more chatty until the point where he would talk over everyone even if they asked him to stop. Not understanding, Lagann tried to explain the couldn't stop talking. Not surprisingly, no one believed him and gradually he lost his friends. Then, it got to the point where his family was just tolerating him. Not wanting to be a burden, he signed up to be a marine, hoping that their strict regiment would be able to beat the chattiness out of him. Unfortunately, it didn't work... However, sooner higher-ups from the World Government became interested in him and sent him to Dr. Vegapunk for examination. Dr. Vegapunk discovered that he had ingested a devil fruit and told he had to train himself to use it properly. Appearance: Ordinary looking man. Muscles, tonned, etc. White skin. Looks younger than he is.
Clothes: As shown by his nickname, Ikkaku wears a pajyama t-shirt thats one coluor (usually red) and pajyama trousers (usually black but can be grey). He also wears an undone sleeping gown thats dark grey in colour. He wears sandals on his feet. In his youth he wore an ordinary marine uniform without the hat but prefers his current attire because it's more comfortable.
Occupation: Ex-Shichibukai, Ex-Marine
Personality: A kind-hearted man who's quite lazy. Although he has a peacful personality he can switch if something or someone he loves is being threatened. Is quite playful and likes to mess around with his enemies. He believes in Lazy Justice much like Aokiji

Habits: Falling asleep at the most random moments, daydreaming, no sense of time.
Weapons: Does know how to use a sword and gun but prefers to fight with fists and legs. He probably uses his legs more.
Abilities: He has shown great strength, speed, agility and balance. Has a devil-fruit power known as the Cancel-Cancel fruit which makes him a stopping man. Although this doesn't change his fighting style in anyway it means that he can create an area around him similar to Law but while in this area he can stop things from working and cancel the use of stuff. This includes Devil-fruits meaning he can hurt logia types with normal attacks. Has developed a form of Haki and shows strength similar of those to the Yonko however he's peacful and so rarely fights. By using Haki he learnt a technique known as water running which allows him to run on the top of the ocean. It's a very rare technique.

Background: (NOTE: all of these events are set during and after the current story line by using the Authors [mine not Odas] assumptions.)
Ever since he was a child he was trained by his father along with his older sister to be a marine. He went through intense training so that he could one day become an Admiral. His sister had a devil fruit known as the Acid-acid fruit and so he was always jelous of her as their father spent more time training her than him and so when he was 15 his sister was already a Captain and he was a Ensign. determined to become better he set off on a personal quest to find a devil fruit. After many travels on a marine ship he finally found one but after eating it nothing happened except for his loss of swimming ability.
He returned back to Marine HQ to train but when sparring with his sister he found that he could injure her with his fists and not just a special seastone sword used for training. He discovered his ability which the Marines realised would be a great help in capturing pirates with devil fruit powers such as Monkey D. Luffy or Eustass Kid. However before they could try it out Ikakku left the marines to pursue a much more free life style of being a pirate, a lifestyle which he picked up on his trips looking for a devil fruit after he met a certain pirate.
He created the sleeper Pirates and sailed the seas for 3 years until the Marines offered him a position as a Shichibukai. He accepted this but dissapeard of radar at 23 years old. None of the marines knew where he went. Inreality he ran away and under an alias of Tobius Bridge, set out for a year to explore. During this time he learnt Haki and finally ended up outside the grand line and i nthe East blue. He got shipwrecked and ended up in Cocoyashi village where he met famous Navigator Nami living in Bell Mansion (built where arlong park used to be). He became good friends with the villages and decided to stay there and defend from pirates along with nami and eventually teaches her son Sora how to fight and protect himself.Dream: To live a life of freedom

Bio- Since an early age was obbessed with devil fruits and slowly became an exspert of sorts at them. Dreams to find where the devil fruits come from and dreams to fill her note book with all information about every devil fruit user or devil fruit so she's facinated by devil fruit users. Likes to collect the few that are possible to find but neer eats them instead sells/trades them around. Has a facination wiht a ledgenary most likely non - exsistant devil fruit calle d'Mary-Sue Mary-sSue No Mi' which turns who ever eats it into, well you can guess, the best at every thing.
Personalitly traits- An idiot in everyhting except when she secialised in - devil fruits. Then again she always gets animals/zoan types mixed up, hence she thinks Chopper is a leopard, Lucci a lion and Pell and octopus.
She mostly says her thoughts outloud without noticing and thinks people are phychic.
Aryu seems to 'feed' off people's pain, well she likes to emotionally wound people by bringing up what will hurt them emotionally as she was brought up thiking pain was a sin worth punishing with pain, if you don't feel pain you don't get hurt.

Other- She could never be bothered to buy a boat so she just swam everywhere, surprising that she survived this long... She some times stoaways when she's lazy. I'm pretty much against OCs, but I've lately been kinda sketching myself in the OP-verse. Kinda. It's like a combo of me plus some other stuff. This is just for fun, and I don't really have any intention to use this character in any way.
Btw: gender = unknown to anybody except the character themselves. They wear many layers and have a medium-toned voice. If I had to pick a gender it'd probably be male, but I like keeping this character ambiguous.
Age: 18
Physical appearance: short-ish, brown, curly hair, small nose, thick eyebrows and grey eyes. Lightly tanned skin, kinda slight figure but has good definition on the arms, torso, and legs, looks younger than they are and their voice seems to high to be male and too low to be female.They often smile in a kinda dazed way that shows no strong emotion. They have 3 spots under their right eye and 1 under the left as well as one on their chin and 1 on the left side of their collarbone.
General appearance: Wears 3 jackets on top of a t-shirt and long sleeve shirt, headphones, a checkered baseball cap, a backpack that looks like a shark, black sneakers, a silver ankh, fingerless black gloves, black pants, red-framed glasses (vision is bad without them), jade pendant and smaller ankh key-chain on the backpack. They have good posture, but still lean on the table and act lethargic/tired so they don't normally appear well mannered/graceful.
Height: 5'5 (short and shy about it)
Skills: They DON'T announce their attacks… mostly because they walk around/battle with headphones+music on and don't often listen to what their enemy says. Acrobatics, extremely fast running, dance-martial arts (wears headphones that play music and kinda dances/dodges/attacks on beats and stuff. This heavily involves kicks, but also lots of arm blocks/strikes and locks/grabs/throws), dual daggers. Though they're pretty good at attacking and defending, they bruise/get injuries pretty easily (though it takes a while to show up. Often they'll find bruises forming a long time after the end of a battle). Most of my character's skills are related to the flexibility of their body (almost as flexible as Luffy, and he's rubber!), though they also have impressive physical strength. They're also a fast swimmer and talented in hiding/fleeing the scene. Maybe a devil fruit, but probably not. I'm not trying to make my character mega powerful cause I'M not mega powerful. If they had to have a devil fruit, it'd probably be something like a koe-koe no mi (voice-voice fruit?) that'd give them the power of divine voice. If they use their power, they can command anybody verbally to do anything, but they have to be as clear in their meaning as possible. More likely, my character wouldn't have a DF cause I think they're more interesting as just a martial artist/scientist.
Role/job: scientific researcher, not an inventor/architect. Helps out with odd jobs, knows basic cooking and medicine, TERRIBLE sense of direction (so doesn't navigate), does scientific experiments using/on things they collect on islands.
Name (for all you ppl ou there who take things too literally): Kinda undecided, but I was thinking about Michi.
Personalitly traits: Pretty much tired/lethargic all the time unless they're dancing. Intelligent (likes history but heavily interested in science, mostly environmental and physiological biology). Not a big eater at ALL. Likes to mess with peoples mind and be as ambiguous as possible (on the net, people can't tell if I'm a dude or a chick. I often love mindfucking people and leading them to believe one thing but then change their mind). More of a drifter. Michi's dream is related to music; they want to travel the world and dance to/write music from every genre/place. Michi is neither a pirate nor a marine, but the marines believe they are a pirate because their absent-mindedness combined with eat/run (by accident) and disasters caused by dancing through town and bumping into people causes some degree of mayhem. Michi doesn't hold any strong biases, so they have no hard feelings towards pirates or marines (another reason marines think they're a pirate: they talk to pirates cordially all the time). Kind/self-sacrificing, usually a pacifist, a little clumsy, really good balance, loves to act stupid and play around, and soft spoken/mega low self esteem. Has an insanely high alcohol tolerance, but most people don't know that because they don't drink/eat much. Michi can sleep at any time and any place, and so sometimes seem like they have narcolepsy (though they don't have it).
Tried to base the character offa myself, so they'd have the same/similar reactions to myself in given circumstances. I think I get along well with Luffy and Usopp, but it'd be a little awkward cause I often breeze over things that concern me and worry about others a little too much. I would always try to divert attention away from myself.

Skills: Acomplished hand to hand martial artist. Ate the 'Heart Heart Fruit' that makes it possible for him to control his own or other people's heartbeat when he places his hands on them.
He uses this skill in conjunction with his martial arts training when grappling and punching, and if enough time is made available to him, he can incapacitate opponents either by making their heart pump to fast or too slow, but never enough to kill them.
He can also indirectly control emotions either that are his own or other peoples. However he refuses to slow his heart down in times of very strong emotion such as love or anger as he feels that you need those emotions to be human.
Mainly uses his fists and feet to fight, sometimes he uses a bo staff at the sacrifice of his devil fruit powers. He also likes to grapple whenever he can combined with his powers when possible.
Past: A hopeless romantic from Water 7, Davy has been chasing girls since he can remember. One Valentine's Day he ate the Heart Heart Fruit he bought at an extortionate price from a travelling vendor, originally meant to be a present for his latest love interest but stood him up. This gave him his abilities to control heartbeats of anything he touches, something he traumatically found out when playing with the family dog later.
Sick of the way women treated him in his hometown, he started to learn martial arts for emotional release, later realising that his devil fruit powers could be used in conjunction with martial arts quite effectively, both in training and practise.
Davy then later banded together with a few friends trained in all manner of martial arts and sailed out of Water 7 in a ship put together by their fathers, in the search of excitement and adventure under the name of the '10th Dan Pirates'…

**Appearance:**Maxulus is a gentleman pirate who always carries an umbrella and wears a hat (Like Lucci's).However the other clothes never are similar with the rest of his appearance.The members of his crew bet on what kind of clothes he is going to wear, every day but nobody never guesses right as he is very unpredictable.Note:He likes wearing a suit but the only time he does is before a fight.He is medium sized and his weight is also normal.
**Character's Past:**Maxulus was living a normal and quiet life until he was 5 years old.However, the life of his dreams turned to a nightmare after his father's death.Then he decided to become a member of the government like his father and his uncle so that he could take his revenge on those who killed his father.After 6 months,during he hatred he managed to master all the superhuman abilities and so he joined CP9.But when he heard from his uncle who was talking with his cousin, that he would kill him like he did with his fater,he left CP9 after a fight with the most recently recruited member, Rob Lucci.
**Devil Fruit:**Maxulus after he left CP9,he decided to become a pirate.However,when the time passed and he didnt find an island for months to take provisions,he was forced to lose his swiming ability as he landed on an island with only one tree and especially one fruit:The Kasa-Kasa no Mi (Umbrella-Umbrella Fruit) which saved his life from starving, granted him with incredible power but took away his swimming ability.
**Umbrella-Umbrella Fruit Powers:**Although this ability sounds useless it is an incredible ability that grands the user with much power;however he has to find a way to use it like Maxulus did.The Fruit gives the user the ability to create Umbrellas,control any umbrellas that are near him,clone umbrellas,fuse umbrellas,turn his body parts into controlable umbrellas as well,fuse himself with umbrellas,open the umbrellas as well as his body parts,summon umbrellas to his hand,create umbrellas in his body to make it grow,triple the size of an umbrella.He can also control how much endurance the umbrellas he creates will have,but the more endurant they are-the more difficult they are to control.Anyway he has completely control of umbrellas and can do more than 1000 things with them.
**Weapon:**However the umbrella he carries is not like the ones he can create.It is his special weapon that he created by himself and can also be used as a gun,a sword,a rope and can also fly along with its weilder like a helicopter.The special use of the Multi-Umbrella(Multibrella) is that it can be cloned as every umbrella and be fused like every umbrella to create various combos(He fuses the rope with the sword to create a hook or he fuses the helicopter ability with the sword ability to create a sword which spins around incredibly fast).However,he cant clone the Multibrella as many times as he wants because it is not only an umbrella.The maximum amount of the cloned Multibrellas can be 3.
A few techniques of Maxulus
**Kasa-Kasa no Multi-Flyman:**Maxulus clones the Multibrella to 3 helicopters and fuses with them to be able to fly and run with a speed up to 150m/s.
**Kasa-Kasa no Multi-Hook Shooter:**He fuses with the gun, the rope and the blade ability to be able to shot from his left arm and also have an expandable arm(rope) with a cutting edge(blade).
**Kasa-Kasa no Air Shooter Mode:**He fuses with one Multibrella to be able to fly and he fuses two multibrellas to create a sniper-umbrella so that he can shoot his enemies while flying from a great distance.
**Kasa-Kasa no Shegan:**He makes use of the Devil's Fruit ability to open his fingers like an umbrella and uses the Shegan ability as he was taught in order to join CP9.
**Kasa-Kasa no Transform:**As Maxulus' body is made off umbrellas he opens them at his own will to expand himself.His body size is doubled however he doesnt lose speed at all as he just opens his parts and doesnt gain any weight or something.
**Kasa-Kasa no Multi-Shooter:**He fuses the three Mulitbrellas to create a weapon that fires three extremely powerful bullets every second.
**Kasa-Kasa no Fingerblade Mode:**He fuses himself with two multibrellas to make one finger on each hand, blades.As a result when he uses the Shegun technique, he causes more pain and also he can open the umbrella-finger to spread the radio of the attack and he leaves his finger inside the enemie's body to cause him more pain every second.Then, he triples the size of his finger (as it is an umbrella like all of his body parts), cutting his body parts from inside.After he sees that he caused much damage he summons his finger back to him.Note:This attack is difficult to be used as there is a resistance while he opens the blade umbrella from the inside and the enemy can attack Maxulus easily.However it worths it as it has a possibility of being 50% lethal and he only uses it on really powerful enemies.
**Kasa-Kasa no Heavy Sword:**He fuses the three blade multibrellas to form a giant sword.
**Kasa-Kasa no Great Ball:**Maxulus creates many umbrellas around him and opens them to creat a huge ball with high endurance that can:Either defend him from strong attacks or smash his enemies if it hits them.
**Kasa-Kasa no Rope Shotgun:**Maxulus fuses himself with 2 guns and 1 rope Multibrella in order to create an expandable arm that can shot two shots at once.He uses the rope to put the shotgun to the enemy's head.
**Kasa-Kasa no Spining Fingerblade:**This ability is almost similar to the Fingeblade ability.He fuses himself with the helicopter ability and the sword ability to create a finger that spins around with incredible speed and can c
**Kasa-Kasa no Shuriken:**He fuses a blade Multibrella with a helicopter Multibrella and changes its size to small to create a small Multibrella which spins around all the time and can also cut things at its passage like a Shuriken.
**Kasa-Kasa no Sword Rifle:**Maxulus fuses two gun Multibrellas and one blade Multibrella to create a sword that can shot bullets from its edge.
He has more abilities that he didnt show yet.These are few of the abilities he has.Note:The Maximum amount of the umbrellas that can be fused with him are 100.(if he was able to fuse with infinite umbrellas he would be able to become a giant with 1000x Oz's size).

**Role:**Although, he is the captain of his ship his role is not only that.The Kasa-Kasa no Mi grants him with the power to select the color his umbrella.As a result, he creates many umbrellas that make the ship invisible from the outside and he can see the sea from the inside.His role as a crew member is to conceal the ship, thats why he is rarely found and many other pirates want him in their crews.For this reason his ship is also called, Invisible Crow.

**Appearance:**Jiper is very different compared to Maxulus.He always wears a pair of jeans and a jacket over a shirt.His shoes are black and a bit high.However when the time comes for him to fight he wears a strange Kimono over his clothes which has swallowed the Armor-Armor no Mi that gave it the ability to endure a lot of powerful attacks.
**Character's Past:**Jiper, although he was once a good friend with Maxulus, it was finally revealed that he was lying to him along with his father who was Maxulus' uncle.When Maxulus learned that his father was killed by Jiper's father, he found a way and killed him, created angerat Jiper's heart who decided to abbandon his title as a trainee in CP9 and began hunting Maxulus endlessly although they were both children.
**Devil Fruit:**He used to find him all the time however he lost him once in the Lost Islands where Maxulus found and ate the Kasa-Kasa no Mi.There he ended up on another island where the only fruit that existed there was the Tele-Tele no Mi (Far-Far Fruit: Tele comes from the ancient greek word Τηλέ[Τile] which means Far) that gave him the ability to launch beams from his hand that would make his target watch and listen things that happened far away from where he was for one minute.Thus, his skill had completely changed during his fight making him a lot stronger.The fruit also gave him the ability to have better vision than normal people and also hear things that happen far away.From that moment he was able to detect Maxulus as he was observing and listening to him all the time.
**Tele-Tele no Mi Powers and Combat Style:**After he ate the Tele-Tele Fruit and saw Maxulus' Multibrella he understood that he had to find a weapon that would echance his Devil Fruit powers.Thus, he decided to create a strange sword that was almost invisible and could be only seen from his because of his super vision.This way his opponents think that he fights unarmed however they realise that he uses a sword because he slashes them.The sword is so thin that can pierce through his enemies very easily and does not have any weight at all.He also uses it to launch his Tele-Tele Ray to make his victims see things that do not actually happen where he is.
A few techniques of Jiper:
**Tele-Tele Ray:**Jiper launches a tiny ray from his sword which moves extremely fast because it moves with the sword's speed.The rate to be hit is 90%.The ray makes its targets see things that happen far away for one minute.That way he can see the area where he is fighting and when his opponent cannot and probably they will see desert and try to walk there while they walk on the sea.It is a quick way to get rid of Devil Fruit users.
**Tele-Tele Observe:**As Jiper has completely control of his abilities he can observe anyone he knows or a place he has visited and listen what happens there, for infinite time, no matter where he is.
**Tele-Tele Bomb:**In case his Tele-Tele Ray misses its target his creates an explosion of Tele-Tele Rays that makes himself, too see random things that he didnt decide to see.However the rate to hit is 100%.
**Tele-Tele Slash Confusion:**Jiper continuesly slashes his enemies with his almost invisble sword and the time he his them he makes them see other areas over and over, confusing them for many minutes.

**Appearance:**For a Marine his clothes are strange.He wears all the appropriate Marine clothes, however they are black instead of white.
**Character's Story:**An excellent Marine with the ability to make people believe whatever he says since he was able to speak makes him a respective negotiator for the Marines.He works as a hidden unit that Fleet Admiral Sengoku created.Even the Government is not sure if he should have so many priveleges.He is allowed to kill and is also able to use the Black-Den Mushi to call for a New-Buster Call that is the same as the normal Buster-Calls with the diferrence that an Admiral also comes to the mission.He is called "Fourth Admiral" as he is something like a superior to the Admirals if he calls them and he is a good friend with Akainu for the reason that they both believe in "Absolute Justice".
**Devil Fruit and Fighting Style:**He is the user of the extremely rare Blood-Blood no Mi (Blood-Blood Fruit) a fruit that grands him the ability to cause an extreme pain to the people he touches by manipulating their blood over the time or destroying it even if they are not damaged at all.That way if he manipulates their blood it is difficult for them to breath, their heart gets damaged over the time and in the end it explodes.In the other case, the victim's body is drained so much that the heart stops working along with their brain.However the disadvantage of this extremely strong ability is, except from the fact that the blood is manipulated in contact, that the blood does not get manipulated at once but over the time the people are in contact.As a result, Morokaru can be hit easily by his enemies during the time he is draining or manipulating their blood.This is the reason that he always leaves his enemies hurt him and make them think that they are a lot stronger than him and when he manages to touch them he uses his negotiator abilities to buy some time and kill them.Meanwhile, he restores the blood that he lost.When his blood is turned back to normal he recovers from his wounds.He also is able to use Haki, and another extremely rare ability that he developed that allows him to make his blood move faster causing his body work faster for a short period of time and he gains an extremely huge power boost.That ability would normally echance his power a little bit and damage him a lot but as he is the Blood Master he does not get hurt at all.He is also an excellent martial artist who usually fights with his shoulders and his chest for weak opponents and when he fights a strong enemy he uses every part of his body.
A few techniques of Morokaru:
**Blood-Blood no Drain:**When Morokaru touches his enemy he begins destroying his blood and eventually killing him.If the target's blood loss is more than 75% there is a high possibility for them to die.He destroys 4-7% blood every second.
**Bloodful Attack:**When Morokaru touches his enemies he begins giving them blood so that his target's body will not stand that much and explode.If the target gains an amount of blood similar to his own, he has to cause bleed to himself in order to survive from it, otherwise his heart is going to explode.
**Adrenaline Havoc:**Morokaru uses a special ability that he developed to power up himself.He makes his blood move faster to his veins, pumping him up, in order to triple his power.In this form his muscles grow bigger and he becomes a bit taller.His clothes stay the same.This technique would normally drain his life extremely fast and increase his power by half, but as he is a blood master he can make his blood move even faster and his body will not take damage from it after all.
**Bounty:**As he is a secret Marine Unit the Government decided to set an official bounty on his head while he would unofficially have no bounty at all.His bounty is around 287,000,000 beri.**Name:**Querlo

**Devil Fruit:**Querlo has eaten one of the most dangerous Devil Fruits that ever exist as it allows him to fly and also increases his combat strength too much.He is the user of the unique Bat-Bat no Mi (Bat-Bat Fruit) a Zoan-Type Devil Fruit that grants him to turn himself into a normal bat, an hybrid that looks like a bat with a human body that is able to fly, and his normal human form with the difference of having four of his teeth bigger than the other.
**Normal Form Advantages and Disadvantages:**Querlo in this form, looks exactly like a human with the difference that his teeth are bigger.In this form he can echolocate people, just like bats, however he cannot see things clearly and as a result he is wearing glasses.Also in this form his agility is increased and his speed and strength ,also, a bit.
**Hybrid Form Advantages and Disadvantages:**In this form his body grows bigger, wings appear on his body, his ears become sharper and bigger,his eyes turn yellow, and his nails are longer and more lethal.That means that he gains much strength.However he loses all the speed he had in his normal form.Note:His speed in this form is the same with the speed he had before he ate the fruit.He was not a Rokuseki user but just like Kuro he can run extremely fast.
**Animal Form Advantages and Disadvantages:**In this form his teeth grow even bigger than before and his body size becomes small.He gains much more agility and speed however he loses strength.Note:The strength he loses is the strength he gained after he ate the Devil Fruit.In this form he attacks his enemies by biting them deeply with his very long fangs.His small body makes him almost impossible to be hit.This form is considered to be his ultimate form.

**Devil Fruit and Combat Style:**Maxulus' crew is also known for being the only crew that all of his members are Devil Fruit users.Otto has eaten the Yuugou-Youugou no Mi (Fusion-Fusion Fruit) a fruit that gave him the ability to permanently fuse with the first thing he would touch with his nose.The powers that the user will gain depend on the things they will fuse with.If they fuse with a material, they become Logia Type users and are able to manipulate it.If they fuse with a living creature even if it is a plant, they become Zoan Type users and can transform to the animal,plant or to the appropriate human hybrid.If they fuse with an item they become Paramecia Type users and gain the abilities depending on what was the thing they touched.Otto wanted to touch a piece of gold to become rich…However he fused with a pair of rollers and as a result his feet and his arms could transform into rollers.He can move with a speed higher than any human in the world as his speed normal speed is multiplied many times from the rollers.That also affects his hits with his sword if he transforms his hand to a Roller-Glove.He always fights by using a katana.He is also a capable combat fighter.He can move with a speed up to 200 m/s.He can also walk on water

**Roller Slash:**He makes his hand a roller-glove that echances his speed and slashes his enemy with very incredible speed.

**Roller Punch Rush:**His hands transform to roller-gloves and he attacks his enemies with 30 punches per second.

**Appearance:**His clothes are different every day because of his devil fruit ability.
**Devil Fruit and Fighting Style:**Delier has eaten the Mika-Mika no Mi (Mika comes from the word Mikake=Appearance–-Appearance-Appearance fruit) another Devil Fruit whose existence was completely ignored.That fruit allows him to create as many clothes as he wants at the color he wants and he can transform himself to clothes, too.In other words it is a Logia Type fruit.He can control the weight of the clothes and as long as he is made of clothes he makes himself very light to be able to fly.He is a disguise master and can also hide himself from his enemies' even if they watch him doing it.He simply splits to clothes and meanwhile creates new ones to make his opponents lose track of him easily.His clothes abilty also help him create copies of himself that are actually some clothes that do not move at all (like Mr.3).However there is a weakness in this ability.Although it is good for avoiding hits, it is difficult to attack, too as this power cannot do that much.That is the reason that as a scientist, Delier changed everything on him.After 5 years of working on that project he finally managed to replace his blood with water and his body has a system of refridgerator that creates ice from nothing, and then when he is about to use water in his fights, the ice melts.But that's not all.The water alone cannot do much damage to his enemies and so he drops water on the clothes to make them hurt even more.That way they cannot be destroyed, too.He expands his arms with clothes.He also ties his enemies with his clothes in a way that they can escape with difficulty.He is user of the Puff techniques which are a development of Rokuseki.It is notable that his Rokuseki powers surpass Maxulus' however he is not able to use the Multibrella as Maxulus does.
A few techniques of Delier:
**Mika-Mika Puff:**Delier expands his arm hitting his enemies with a punch from afar.The farther he is the more damage the attack does.
**Mika-Mika Double Puff:**Delier expands his arm like with blouses and at the edge he creates jeans to split his punch into two which do the same damage.
**Mika-Mika Tie:**Delier ties his enemies with watered clothes in a way that the escape rate is 99%.
**Mika-Mika Water Puff:**Same like the normal Mika-Mika Puff attack however the clothes are watered and the damage is increased by a factor of 2.5.
**Mika-Mika Puff Kick:**Delier expands his legs like he does with his arm to perform a Mika-Mika Puff to perform a kick that will gain damage depending on how afar his enemies are.
**Mika-Mika Double Puff Kick:**Delier expands his legs the same way like a Double Puff and in the end he creates a jean to split his kicks into two, which do the same damage.
**Mika-Mika Puffman:**This is Delier's transformation.He echances his punches by transforming his hands and legs to high woman shoes, that have an edge that can pierce through his enemies.
**Mika-Mika Hydra Puffman:**Delier creates blouses to his own body that create hands on him.The expandable arms create two arms on each other and the newly created arms create new ones.In the end Delier has over 200 arms and every arm has a pair of his high woman shoes on their edge instead of hands.
**Bounty:**He has a bounty of 186,000,000 beri same as Otto's.
**Trivia:**Delier is Otto's brother.He usually teams up with the fourth member of the crew, Zagra the cook.Of course there is a cook on the ship:

**Role:**Cook **Appearance:**Zagra is a very beautiful woman.She always wears new dresses all the time, given to her by the Clotheman Delier.
**Devil Fruit and Fighting Style:**As required from Maxulus' crew she is also a devil fruit user.Her fruit completely matches with Delier's devil fruit as she can create scents.That means that she is the user of the Scent-Scent no Mi (Scent-Scent Fruit) that grants her the ability to create and manipulate scents and also transform herself to air that its smell matches with the user's physical appearance (As she is a beautiful woman the scent of the air is sweet).She can also drain scent from people.She does not fight by using weapons.He dislikes weapons because they can be harmful at her.Instead she was taught by Maxulus how to become a Rokuseki user and has mastered all the superhuman abilities however the most useful ability for her is the Shegun.She always teams up with Delier in the two versus two fights and they perform a technique called Sleeping Combo.Delier creates some confusingly designed clothes that moves them in a way to confuse his enemies while she uses her Sleep Scento, an attack with a rate of 75% to make her enemies' sleep.On the one on one fights she creates many different scents that are capable of relaxing her enemies opening their weak spots or blinds them or makes them sleep.She only takes her air form to fly and avoid hits.She usually ends up her fights using the Scento Shegun or the Scento Tenkai.
A few techniques of Zagra:
**Sleep Scento:**Zagra creates a strange scent that makes her enemies feel drowsy in the begining and they usually end up sleeping
**Confusion Scento:**Zagra creates a strange scent that confuses their enemies, making them miss their attacks most of the time.
**Blind Scento:**Zagra creates a strange scent that affects her enemies' eyes blinding them for a short period of time.
**Love Scento:**Zagra creates a strange scent that makes her enemies' fall in love with the first one they see for about a minute.
**Scento Form:**Zagra's body takes its air form.In this form she is also able to fly and cannot be hit from normal people.
**Scento Drain:**Zagra drains the scent her enemies smell, that is created by her.
**Scento Shegun:**Zagraexpands her arm and takes again its normal form when it reaches her enemies using the Shegun ability.
**Scento Tenkai:**Zagra creates scents that her enemies' smell.Then she uses the Tenkai ability to harden it to take a liquid form in the enemy's body and damages them from the inside.It is usually combined with one of her ultimate attacks the Poison Scento.
**Poison Scento:**Zagra creates a scent that poisons her enemies by smelling it.As she is not a poison woman she can also smell it.That is the reason that she usually changes her scent after she uses the Scento Tenkai to a liquid form to also convert it into a deadly poison.
**Bounty:**Although she is an extremely strong and skilled woman, her bounty is low because she is treated to be one of the weakest members of her ship.That makes her having a bounty of 150,000,000 beri.
**Trivia:**As she is a Logia Type user her abilities and skill are great.She is a capable fighter and her ability sounds greater than Maxulus'.However Maxulus is a Haki user a thing that makes him the strongest of his crew, while he can also fly, expand his arms and is a Rokuseki user.
All the attacks of Zagra are based on the word "SCENT" with an "O" in the end of the word.The last member of the crew is a doctor:

**Role:**Doctor
**Appearance:**He wears clothes that usually old men do.He always wears a pair of glasses.
**Devil Fruit:**He is the user of the rare Pill-Pill no Mi (Pill-Pill Fruit) that allows him to create pills and launch them to his enemies like they are bullets, from his fingers.The pills are as strong as bullets and they can affect most of the Logia Type users because when they hit them the pills usually melt and immediately take a form of air and so the enemies breath them and take the damage.He is not a Rokuseki user and he is not able to control Haki.The pills can take any shape Moar wants.He can also create a pill that makes him look younger (and actually restores his powers) for two hours.He can use a second pill after twelve hours.
**Character's Story:**When he was younger he used to sail with his own pirate ship.However one night he accidentaly fell into the sea while everyone else was sleeping and he got lost.Luckily, he was dragged by the waves in an underwater cave where there was not sea-water and he was able to breath as the cave was slightly connected from somewhere.However, he never managed to find where the exit was as the cave was a huge labyrinth.He lived by eating his own pills.He lived in the cave for nineteen years.But his luck did not abbandon him after all.As Maxulus was fighting with Morokaru the battle led to the central of the labyrinth without having nobody noticing, Moar met Maxulus.In the begining he was hiding and watching the fight but when Morokaru manipulated Maxulus' blood he made his move.As soon as Morokaru said that Maxulus was dead for sure and abbandoned him, he created a pill for a heart attack episode and he saved his life.The pill would normally have an effect for four hours and after that, knowing that Morokaru just manipulated Maxulus' blood, he broke one of the umbrella body parts in order to make the blood leave from the body.Maxulus recovered soon and he thanked Moar and then he fixed his lost body part (as his body parts are umbrellas they can be fixed easily).After thanking Moar he took him out of the cave by completely destroying the top and flying with the helicopter ability and he invited him to the crew.Moar could not stop his tears and thanked Maxulus.The ship had found its doctor.

**Pill-Pill Sword:**Moar creates a sword made of pills to slash his enemies.
**Pill-Pill Bullet:**Moar launches a single pill to his enemy.The pill has the power of a bullet.
**Pill-Pill Barrage:**Moar continuesly launches Pill-Pill Bullets without stopping.
**Bounty:**He has a bounty of 21,000,000 Beri, that bounty was his first.Then he fell into the sea.
**Trivia:**He has knowledge of Crocus, Dr.Hogback and Emporio Ivankov.Friends of Maxulus

**Character's Story:**Xelan was once a mighty Marine who used to hunt pirates endlessly.He used to get promotions and he was supposed to become an Admiral very early.However in a mission he had to work along with Morokaru in order to catch some pirates.After a lot of work he managed to capture the pirates and he was interrogating them along with Morokaru.But, as Morokaru was an ambitious man he killed all of the pirates although Xelan didnt want to and blamed Xelan for that.As a result his punishment was to stop getting promotions and Morokaru was promoted to his current rank.And so, after that he understood that the justice that some marines are talking about it is all a lie.And after that he began working as a thief and as an Assassin who kills people that kill other people for their own good to punish them.He is stealing things using his unique Devil Fruit abilities and he appears out of nowhere and slashes his enemies.He is the so called Night Killer that the Marines want his head for 200,000,000 beri without knowing that he is working for them, too.
Devil Fruit and fighting style:He is the user of the unique Mirror-Mirror Fruit, a Devil Fruit that grants him the ability to create mirrors, move mirrors and turn himself into a mirror.As a result in his fights he is rarely hit by his enemies.He creates mirrors in a perfect way to hide himself and when he people see him they do not exactly see him but an image shown on the mirror.He usually fights at the nights and so his body looks like the sky in the night.When he fights at the morning most of his body is shining and he blinds his opponents taking advantage of the time he fights.However if he fights in a rainy day where there is no sun he can be easily seen and as a result he has to create many mirrors to hide himself from his enemies until he attacks them with a lethal attack.He is a master of his own fighting style.Nobody else fights like he does.When he works as a Marine he carries two swords and fights like a swordsman.But when he is working as the Night Killer he attacks his enemies using the weapons he created the Shurikangs.They are shurikens that are boomerang's too.He throws them at his enemies and they return to him right after they hit their targets.The victims believe that they are actually a new invention from Night Killer but the reason they return is that they are actually normal shurikens that are controled with strings.There is one string on each finger so that makes them ten.Xelan conceals that strings with his mirrors so that his enemies will not cut them.The shurikens are very sharp and usually pierce through a normal human body.When the shuriken's return he puts them under his hands in a case made for them.If he fights from short distances he also uses a katana made of mirror that is almost invisible.Xelan is also able to jump very high.When he wants to escape he creates a mirror under his feet that moves up like an elevator.With the same way he endlessly hunts his victims.In order to end his strong enemies he traps them with the strongest mirrors he can create in a cube made of mirror and then he shrinks the mirror to crash their bones.His shuriken are made of Sea Stone so that he can hurt Logia Type users.Another way he ends his victims is a way that he developed on his own.He traps them in a huge field that is like the Mirror Cube with himself inside, too.When the enemies reach a corner he uses his ability to jump very high to go up from their head and ties them with the strings in a way that the strings pierce them and they cannot do much and strangles them.If the enemies are not in a corner they can escape easily as they have a 4 directions to go and Xelan can cover only two with each hand.But in the corner the directions are limited to 2 and so he covers them with each hand so this attack never misses.
A few techniques of Xelan:
**Mirror Hide:**He creates mirrors around him to hide his body.
**Mirror Throw:**He creates a mirror and throws it to his enemy.
**Mirror Crash:**Xelan creates a mirror at the right and another mirror at the left of his enemies and tries to make them crash by hitting each other in a way that his enemy will be crashed from both sides.
**Mirror Lift:**Xelan creates a wide mirror.As he can control mirrors with his mind and make them even fly, he jumps on the mirror and flies with it to the sky.
**Mirror Cube:**Xelan traps his enemies in a cube made of Mirrors that shrink every second, crashing the bones of the unlucky person that is inside.
**Shurikang Slash:**By using the Shuriken, Xelan slashes his enemies from the front and when they return at their back, too
**Shurikang Pierce:**Xelan uses the Shurikangs to pierce his enemies.
**Shurikang Strangle:**With the strings of the Shurikangs, Xelan strangles his enemies.

Appearance: He's wears a black suit with a blue striped undershirt and a blue tie. His overall appearance gives people a little hint on his personaility.
Personality: Kenshiro gives the overalll personality of a person who is Pestimistic (See's a downside in everything) He only gets along with people working with him.
Occupation: World government, Former CP9 agent
Abilities: He has been shown to be excellent at one on one combat either unarmed or using a nodaichi which he can use with one hand.
Devil Fruit: Wake Wake no mi (Draw Draw fruit)
Devil fruit's powers: The Wake Wake no mi gives the ability to draw anything on a surface (mainly paper) and make it come to life. The weakness is that if these drawings are touched by water they disintegrate.
Kaiga Bou (Picture stick): His weakest ability, he draws a stick figure and sends it out of the paper, this move is weak but resourful as this can be used many times since it's easy to draw.
Kaiga Ken (Picture Sword): He draws a sword and makes it jump of the paper. The sword can either be wielded or can act on it's own.
Kaiga Nami (Picture Wave) :He draws a massive rock from a very hard surface and catapults it into water, making a large tsunami that can wipe out buildings.
Chisoku Wake (Speed Draw): This ability makes him draw faster and move faster.
Kaiga Kyoui (Picture Wonder): After using Chisoku Wake, he rips 10 pieces of paper out of his pad and spreads them around the opponent each with an octogon on it, he then says ''Chouyaku''(Leap) making the octogons strecth into thick pillars, crushing the victim.
Kaiga Yochi (Picture World): After using Chisoku Wake, he uses his 'Last Resort' and throws hundreds of sheets of paper around a large area each with the kanji 白 (White) which then change into a gallery of pictures usually containing weapons, machinery, or even different worlds. This is used to either confuse, incapacitate, or kill a large group of people. The weakness to this is if the outside comes in contact with the sea or seastone the whole thing collapses, killing all including the user inside it.

Just before the attack begin, he foolishly jumped off to look for Robin because no one else would. He escaped when Aokiji gave him a boat and sent him off the island on a seperate path than Robin, leading to another island.
After escaping the situation, he broke down and cried for an hour after Ohara burned down. He hated the Marines ever since. The island he ended up in was a city dedicated to love and peace, which also taught swordsmanship. He grew up under the full teachings and eventually became a bounty hunter to live as a way to pay for food.
After conquering West Blue, he decided to travel the world. He studied under the dojos of Karate Island in South Blue. He went to Mirrorball Island Concert Hall, where he met a man named Jack Racelli, who later became a partner alongside Sato. They went on adventures such as learning about Skypiea's history, along w/ every other Sky Island in the area. They gained another ally who was a former revolutionary in Weatheria. They defeated the staff of Navarone. They also faked an execution in Loguetown and got away from the current captain (pre-dates Smoker) They would often party in the jungles of Baterilla.
Enemies: The most notable was a Marine swordsman who was a master at Haki and was a Vice-Admiral. He always eats a bag of chips whenever Sato escapes.

History: Vivian used to work in a chinese restaurant in the South Blue. Her pet dog Tiny, her only companion, was very sick. So she worked day in, day out to raise enough money for his operation. But she didn't let on anything. Both the customers and her boss, Mister Wu Tang, loved her for her kind-hearted nature. But one day it all changed as a new customer arrived.
He would visit every evening and would always order the same meal: Lobster Pot Stickers. At first he appeared friendly, always complementing her on her looks, saying she looked exactly like a princess. She felt flattered, but soon she realized the guy was obsessed with her. He started writing her letters, following her home, calling her on her private den den mushi number in the middle of the night and murmured stuff about being her greatest fan. Vivian became more and more agitated with the guy stalking her. Some day, she confronted him in the restaurant. In front of all the guest she told him that she never wanted to see him again. And would he dare to come closer to her again, she would send the marines after him. That's when he snapped. He tore the restaurant apart and promised to come back with his pirate crew to kill everyone and their mother on the island.
Vivian was fired for messing with a pirate the very same day. Without a job she wasn't able to pay for Tiny's operation. With her dead dog in her arms, she swore revenge on the Lobster Pot Sticker guy and started her journey to become a headhunter. -

Appearance: Kinda short and stocky, yet muscular. Has long purple hair, and green eyes.
Abilities: Has the powers of the Mado Mado no mi, which is basically Blueno's Doa Doa no mi, except with windows instead of doors. He can summon windows wherever he likes, even in thin air. It may not sound that useful in battle, but he can use it to confuse his opponents mostly.
Story: His family comes from Alabasta, but he got drafted to the Marines when he turned 17. His skills with weaponry made it possible for him to ace every course, and he quickly rose to power, becoming a Vice Admiral.
He didn't have to do that much as a Vice Admiral, he didn't get that many assignments, which made him lazy and a bit power-hungry. He got involved with the Schichibukai's during his visits to Mariejoia, and he found himself an equal in Gecko Moria. They both had similar personalities, and they were both morbid, fascinated by zombies and the undead. Godux visited Thriller Bark once, but once there he was terrified of what Moria had achieved, and decided to tell his superiors, the Admirals, of Moria's actions. He went to Longring Longland, which was Aokiji's last known location. He bumped into a tribe of nomads, which hasn't seen him. Godux, in his anger, decided that it's best to forget about everything, and just chill. He went back to Mariejoia and later took part in the Whitebeard War. In the war he faced off against Marco in a quick battle, but was defeated and humiliated. When Blackbeard used the Gura Gura no mi to strike against the marine headquarters, Godux was right in the middle of it all, and is believed to be dead. -

Being a devil fruit user he can't swim. Also, he's weak against extreme heat so heat based attacks nullifies his devil fruit powers. On the other hand anything that is cold makes his powers stronger as cold temperatures hardens toffee. Guns, Swords, and any other form of direct attacks don't work on him. Seastone, and any attack that generates heat is the only things that can harm him.
Personality: Chris Moody is a very laid back individual. Although he's a terrific fighter he prefers to avoid fighting and use his brains over his brawns. Being the captain of the Toffee Pirates, Chris cares for his nakama and treats them as the family he never had. Chris is pretty much easy to talk to and an approachable individual. People who don't know of him would never guess he's a pirate. Chris also has a frivolous nature towards women and is actually very charming to most women. To most of the men he come across he's viewed as a charismatic individual.
Past: Chris is one of the few human beings who grew up on Fishman Island. For unknown reasons his parents abandoned him as an infant and left him at the mercy of the creatures at sea in the Grand Line. He was about to be eaten by a Sea King but was saved by a fish man. This fish man just so happened to have some Yarukiman Resin so he was able to take the infant Chris to fish man island. There the fish man raised the boy along w/other orphans who would eventually make up Chris's crew when they became older.
Dreams/Goals: Chris's dream is to travel the world, find the legendary GOLDEN SHIP FROM THE SKY, and most of all find out who his real parents are and their whereabouts.

Four Generals or "Seasons" under Dragon in the Revolutionaries:
"Summers X", "Spring Roo", "Fall Jin", and "Winter Gears"Name- Alex D. Summer AKA "Summers X"
Power- Energy Energy Fruit (see Create Your Own DF Section)
Appearance- Tall with blond hair and and a faint stubble, like a 5 o'clock shadow. He wears a Marine Admirals types suit with orange stripes running down horizontally, except he wears it with his sleeves rolled up to his elbows. He has a huge scar in the middle of his chest and a tattoo of the word "Justice" printed across his shoulders but it has a cancel sign over it. Lastly he has a very serious looking face that had smile and laugh lines at one time but know it seems set in stone and his eyes are cold.
Back-story- Started out as a very young kid who was stronger than everyone else and had no goal in his life except to just fight until he found someone better. Eventually he met a kid near the same age as him, 9, whose name has been whipped from history so for the sake of this story we will call him One. Now One was a stronger fighter than Summers and after many battles they became friends and traveled around trying to find a true dream to follow, something to inspire them.
Among there travels they were used to beating up on older pirates and such and that is were One found his DF, the Lightning Fruit (Eneru's before he found it). This made One even stronger but he could still very rarely use its full power as it was too much for him. Also they found a young girl who was orphaned and discovered she also had a DF, the Grow Grow fruit which allowed her to control and manipulate the plants around her. Her name has also been whiped clean so we shall call her J. She fascinated the two young boys so they took her with them.
Eventually they came upon a town and as usauall started to cause havoc when Garp found and beat the shit out of them. He claimed he was going to form strong Marines out of the kids because they had potential, and the kids finally had a purpose and goal in life. Soon they became the pride of the Navy and were claimed to be destined to become Admirals together. Mission after Mission One, Summers, and J grew stronger and an unbreakable bond formed between them. After all 3 had been promoted Vice-Admirals at the record-breaking ages of 17, 19, and 20, J disappeared. One and Summers didn't think twice about it because year-long voyages were common among them but after a while they had begun to worry. Later they found her dead in an abandoned Battleship near the Red Line. This crushed One Garp but Summers went crazy, he started to obsess over who killed her.
After 2 years of research that he found his answer: J was a slave who lost control of her DF powers and had killed an entire family line of World Nobles. When the WG found out finally who it was they sent a battalion of hired pirates to kill her had kept the Marines in the dark this whole time.. Summers stormed back into the Navy HQ and demanded answers but got nothing, so he confronted Garp who told him that he knew what was going on but was powerless to stop it. In a rage Summers used his DF (he had acquired it 4 years ago) to try and kill Garp, and Garp didn't try to stop him, wanting death for what he had let happen to J.
The attack was halted by One and he stated he wouldn't let Summers kill the man who gave him a reason to live. One then states he also knew about J but he couldn't stop it, no one could. How could he try and destroy the very institution that gave him meaning and he was nothing but a body without it. An epic battle ensues and Summers takes a bolt to the chest nearly killing him, however he uses Obliteration (see Create your own DF) and finally kills One. Garp was torn apart by seeing the tragedy of this unfold and he knew that he needed to end it.
Summers was in a sense of shut-down after killing his best friend and went into a blind panic. Before all of HQ was destroyed Garp defeated Summers but couldn't bring himself to kill him so he threw him off the cliff and into the ocean. Garp threw Summers hard and sent him flying for many hours and the wind seemed to guide him to a deserted and small island were he met Dragon. There Summers awoke and concentrated all of his hate and put all of his blame of his 2 friends deaths on the WG and Garp. He left with Dragon soon after and became a "Season of the Revolutionaries"

Gender: Male
Devil Fruit Ability: Yare Yare no Mi: Works in a similar manner to Perona's "Horo Horo no Mi", the Yare Yare no Mi instead drains motivation and resolve from the opponent, causing them to lose the will to fight, wanting to instead laze about and do nothing. It also transfers this motivational energy to Dora, who is typically void of motivation himself. Due to the effect it has on motivation and resolve, it is also immune to the effects of most Haki-based attacks, which don't work due to the very nature of the ability. Other than this singular ability, the Yare Yare no Mi has no other legitimate functions.
Outside of his Devil Fruit abilities, he often uses a spear in combat, considering being close enough to the opponent to attack him as well as being too far, requiring him to put effort into aiming to be bothersome, preferring mid-range melee for what he believes to be the least amount of effort. Due to his personality, his motivation to fight tends to drain very quickly, especially if he's not fighting for his own life. If he is unable to use his own Devil Fruit to steal his opponent's motivation, he'd be a very easy person to defeat. Conversely, if the opponent cannot maintain a strong amount of motivation, Dora would be a very hard opponent to face.

This fruit comes with many uses. First of all, the user can manipulate time, to an extent. He can't stop time for more than 10 second at one time, and he can only travel 1 hour back and forth in time. It is still one of the most effective Devil's Fruits out there. He can also transform himslef to a giant clock, enabling him to fight in many different ways. Fighting with his clock arms, throwing digits at his opponents, rolling over them, etc, etc. Paramecia.
History: Zalk was originally from the North Blue, but his dream was becoming a pirate, so he sailed into the Grand Line at age 14, stowaway on a ship. While on an island, he jumped off. In the distance he saw a tall man with a hook for a hand. Later on, he would find out that he was Sir Crocodile, leader of the Baroque Works. Zalk became interested in Crocodile, and started to follow him everywhere. Zalk later on joined him, becoming Mr. 4 of the original Baroque Works, with Miss Merry Christmas as his partner. After a terrible incident when on a sort of dinosaur island, on a mission along with Christmas, Zalk started fighting with two giants living on the island. With his time powers he defeated the fat one easily, but the thinner one hit him once with his sword, presumably killing him. Merry Christmas escaped back to Crocodile, and got the current Mr. 4 as her partner. As it turned out, Zalk isn't dead, and he is now roaming the seas, searching for Crocodile again. Zalk observed the Marineford War from a distance, noticing Crocodile amidst all the fighting. After the war was over, he approached Crocodile, and is now a apart of Crocodile's crew, along with Mr. 1.

Skills: She worked in her Uncle's resturant for most of her childhood as a maid/dishwasher/basic cook and therefore knows her way around the kichen. This might also be because she is the younger sister of Sanji.
When fighting she uses either a brace of throwing knifes found on her waist or her two daggers which are kept in sheaths in her boots. However she is generally a weak fighter and prefers distance combat.
She knows a little about bounty hunting as she has had to do it recently to get money for food. Her best quality is silent tracking and invading of enemy bases (like small Marine buildings) this is probably due to the amount of hiding and running away from her Uncle she did as a child.
Personalitly traits: Sensible and quite until shes had a few mugs of rum. After the alchol she becomes a louder, bubbley person and will often do dramatic things (like marrying her husband) without thinking anything of it.
