When I read the chapter, I thought Ren would be that monster which he was standing on, but this is an unsuspected turn of events.
The chapter overall felt short.
But I am eager to see what happens next, especially cause Lilial might crash into Ren's and Bams fight. -

I assume she won't care and go start looking for Bam, would be an interesting set up if the snakes find Bam first and she comes to the rescue. Or what not.

That's how I feel every chapter, but I think its not. It's something so unusual in the Tower that most don't assume he is or even know what it is.
Not sure how many people out of Season 1's cast know about that or the ones from Season 2.

Recent Chapter has me wondering if the end of this arc is almost in sight.
At the start, when all allies came to the battle ship, I thought its gonna take a while till everything is set up, especially with the mysterious snake being, I though it would take a while to solve that issue and deal with him. But no almost everything seems to fall into place. The only fight which needs to be solved is Yuri vs Tiara, though this could go either way. The fight stops and a truce is called between them, or Tiara goes after Bam.
I would love to see a team up of Bam and Yuri, its been a while since both of them met up. -
That ending reminded me off when Luffy and Zoro were fighting and took out Mr.5 and Ms. Valentine

Am I the only one hoping for a family leader showdown here? Get to see two of the strongest characters in a fight against each other would be awesome

I did not expect Gustang to show up, I wonder if Traumerei predicted that as well.
A showdown between the two would be awesome, but I am not sure who I favour Gustang or Traumerei.
At first I didn't like Traumerei, his design is awesome and he seems like a cunning villain, which I love, but his recent "battle" with Kuhn, where he predicted everything, was boring.
We get it he is the smartest person in the room, this is why I hope that he didn't predict Gustang showing up on his battleship.Gustang on the other hand, forgot most about him, due to the long hiatus ToG had, I know he was part of the Workshop battle arc, but what ever.
I want Traumerei to win if they fight, in case there is no fight, do we get another Rachel and Bam confrontation/meet up?
Chapter like these make me wanna read the newer chapters/scans of the series, but well whatever. I am sure next weeks chapters is gonna be awesome.

Honestly, I'm for neither of the family leaders. They are both unsufferable. -
I'm not sure I like how strong the irregulars are, I know they've always been portrayed as monsters and forces of Nature that no one could compete with
But..... it just seems like any one of them (Minus Baam and Rachel) could take down everyone else in all the other familes outside of the other irregulars
Like is the Lo Po Bia vs Po Bidau really going to be a war between two gigantic factions that will shake the tower forever, or will it just be a fight between the two heads and whoever wins that will wipe out the other family with zero effort involved
it's the same problem I had with the end of Naruto, Naruto or Sasuke could take on the entire Ninja world solo by themselves at the end of the series with minimal effort, everyone, all the ninja in all of the villages including all kage level ninja teamed up as well
I hate stuff like that, one reason I like One Piece is they always show how enemy generals matter, like CP0 saying that exact same thing during the fight at wano, I don't think by the end of the series Luffy could solo all the other Emperors, Warlords, admirals, CP agents, holy knights, Pacifsta's etc all by himself
basically I wish the power scaling was a bit better (sorry for my rant)

It's about the fallout what happens after the heads of the Lo Po Bia vs Po Bidau are dead or out of commission. There are consequences for the wider power structure on the tower.
One character who comes to mind who is weak as fuck, but seems to be important in the long run is Ja Wangnan, he's been absent for a while now but his connection to Zahard.World is so grant and constructed well that I can overlook the power balance of the series.
