Well, if you are gonna try making a flashy gif out of random flashy pictures on the internet (i have a feeling this sentence wouldn't run well in public) then you can make one through Photoshop.
But if you are going with hand-drawn stuff, i suggest you get Toon Boom Studio 5, do your animation, save it as a AVI file, move your AVI file into Photoshop, and save it as a gif through there.

….Either way you need Photoshop.

Tell me which path you shall chooseth oh disiple, so i may shower you in a waterfall of instructions and grimy details.

Damn, I'm hoping an animal at least makes it into the third round. Whoever will come against it by that point will deserve to move on, though. Will there ever be such a thing as an animal character making as far as the finals? Sigh.

I've always left my votes up to the strength of campaigns, at times up to my actual favorites, but never against a character I dislike. Let's see what next year has in store, I say!

There was also a lot of behind the scenes help from Urouge, I Survived the Buster Call, myself, and all the other admins. It was a lot of work like always, but it was a lot of fun.
