Anyone have any luck with quality downloading/ripping of youtube videos from the site? Hopefully with some sort of free software. I'm hoping for no watermark, but even a water mark at this point would be acceptable. Please don't google and respond in this video with the first option that comes up, as I'm interested in someone who has actually done it and/or does it regularly. Thanks in advance.

I've used this. It's reliable and pretty damn safe. Lately it's been acting up a bit but it should be working most of the time

i prefer flashgot over it. but for youtube keepvid is best (which gekko posted)

if you want fast convenience I suggest downloading realplayer - since everytime you watch a video and put your mouse over it, a little tab pops up saying "download this video" and you can download it like that.
