I'm not sure if you're talking about the gif or how the anime did it, but the number of frames, and especially the fact the walls are scrolling makes it impossible to make a gif as good as I'd have wanted it to be…

Yeah, Digimon and Pretty Cure beating OP is completely unusual, i think that never happened. But looks like it was another lower-ratings-for-everyone week. It's a shame, a lot of fans missed an awesome episode.

Luckily, Naruto has been in Filler Hell for a long time and hasnt been anywhere NEAR the top 10, and it's JUST NOW getting canceled in February (that's like 2 years of bad ratings)

Luffy Didnt jump to change back,as he was walking he immediately changed back when he stepped and since it was so sudden he tripped a little.

That doesn't mean "Naruto" per say, is getting cancaled, though. Just that the first part of the series is finishing, to make way for the new part.

That's probably it. The first oyabin special had two stories (Buggy/Vivi), so i guess this time they're showing the new ones in two sundays, maybe to buy some time. Nothing really unexpected, since it had amazing ratings last year and scored #1 for the week.
Good news anyway, that was the only tv special that i really enjoyed. -

Oooooooh this episode was a treat! They did the Movie 6-like style(even M6 Chopper's antlers) that they used for Zoro/T-Bone, the giant's first appearance and one of the Luffy/Blueno fights. If you like Franky, THIS is the best ep for him by far, IMHO. Really good animation for his fights. This was just great. And next week's looks really good too! Yay! Yeah, Chopper looks really good too.
Anyway, caps coming soon. So many cool ones to choose from.

It's not a jump, it's more of him stumbling because of the elevation difference. If you watch the episode, it becomes more clear. He stumbles rather than leaps up because as he gets taller, his legs get longer. Ever stumble because you didn't see a step and step down/up? It's the same thing, more or less.

The two that say 1280x720 are bogus, and I got some kind of virus from them that corrupted my Windows Media Player (that's what I get for being impatient…). There was also a bogus text file on Share from UNKNOWNFILE (the ID of the person that submitted that file had stupcarp in it, so I'm pretty sure it's him) titled "hey.apforums.bite.my.shiny.metal.ass.unknown.hcs64.com ONE PIECE 289.txt" and another one that I assume to be from him titled "welcome to FAILTOWN, population 2 one piece 289.txt" I assume the FAILTOWN, population 2 is referring two the 2 bogus 289 video files. It seems like he's still pissed at ap for getting banned. I felt bad for him getting banned, but if he is actually the one that put out those fake videos with some kind of virus or bug in them, I think that is going a little too far.
Anyway, I tried to upload the a torrent for 289, but TorrentBox isn't working properly, and I'm too exhausted from fighting the virus or whatever it was to try and register with another torrent site and upload it tonight. Sorry. But, hopefully Saiyaman RAW comes out in a few hours.

Pretty kick arse episode, outside some rather blatant 'Toei time wasting
' the art was rather flimsy, but the animation for the fight over the fall was superb. Really fluid and flowed well, doing the manga justice. -

Definitely a animation > arts team. So characters can be drawn rather strange sometimes (although, some close-ups, like on Fufurou's face, look great), the animation was very good. Very fluid and all, making it an awesome episode.
New music is excellent too.
Next week seems to be very HQ, from what I can tell from the preview.

That's a good question. Fortunately I think whatever it did was just a one-time thing, but the damage seems to be pretty extensive - I've run like 5 different virus/spyware/registry scanners and also tried reinstalling Windows Media Player several times, but that still didn't fix the problem. The moral of the story is - don't open any file if you're not sure that it is legit. Even if it is One Piece, and you really, really want to watch the new RAW…

Wow, the last two episodes were amazingly well handled. The entire Franky/Fukuro fight was transfered beautifully to the anime. Both episodes had overall good pacing and everything. And I´m completely blown away how both "Strong Hammer" and "Coupe de Vent" were transfered so well that I don´t have to feel "nah, it was much more intense in the manga".
That´s what the anime should be like. I felt reminded back to the good old days when I first watched Arabasta animated. If the anime is handled that well then even little glitches like the animators not getting the hang of what Beans Left and what Weapons Left is won´t bother me that much. I hope they can keep up with this for a while.

Sendspace is nice… but the limit is 300mb, and these files are usually over 300 (this one is 320mb). I've got one on megaupload coming up in about 40 mins. I'll remember to upload everyweek, maybe I'll make a fancy page for the links.
