I haven't bothered to read up on this one. I thought it was a reboot, but I see Cage.

I wish I could find the Comic-Con panel because there was so many groans happening.

This looks a lot more "intentionally over the top B-movie" than "unintentionally ridiculous trash" like the first one. David S. Goyer's involvement makes me somewhat hopeful. We might just have another First Class on our hands.

Never saw the 1st one, but I see this is being done by the guys who did the Crank movies, which I loved and the trailer doesn't look too bad, I might check it out…

Like I feared, this movie was utter crap.
Nic Cage's acting was so bland, you can tell he was just phoning it in, the dialogue was mostly incoherent at times. I could barely understand what some of the characters were saying.The Ghost Rider scenes were underwhelming. There was little to no explanations on any of the important plot points, the ending was some 'ol bullshit, blah, blah, blah..
Overall, this movie was a mess. It's as bad as, if not worse than, the first one.
Whatever you do, don't waste your money on this movie.

I pretty much knew that it was going to be crap from the moment I saw the trailer. It was noisy, cheesy, flashy, explosions and stupid.
@kaiolino The X men First Class trailer(the 1st one) was pretty much the opposite of the Ghost Rider trailer. It focused on Magneto and Professor X which was surprising because of Wolverine's popularity to a wider audience.

I really enjoyed it. It was fun, mindless action. Also, it had some very creative filming shots, most notably the telephone conversation between Roark and Blackout. Moreau was radically awesome, too.

I'm glad you guys liked it, but for me, the bad outweighed the good.
Honestly, the only part I really liked was the scene with the giant flaming crane/buzzsaw thingy. -
I'm going to Egypt and this is one of those movies i want to see. I am excited, though i always feel everybody is always too harsh on criticizing movies.
I like Nicolas Cage, one of my models. If not i will watch act of valor afterwards.
