If it wasn't for Zoro, there might have not been a One Piece for me. But once upon a time eight years ago, I turned TV on and for the first time saw Zoro. The deal was sealed.

Although, I really do respect Rayleigh and have high expectations of him. Let's see. If Rayleigh manages to keep up with Zoro until tomorrow, I'll give him my vote in the morning.

Vote Rayleigh!

Three reasons:

1. He's awesome. We knew that, but it's the minimum to compete with Zoro.
2. He (along with Brook/Laboon) is one of the best examples of what makes Oda and One Piece great instead of good. He first appeared in the freakin' BUGGY arc, where we had no reason to believe he was anyone important or anyone we'd ever see again. Instead, he's one of those key pieces in the puzzle that Oda had planned practically from the beginning.
3. This is his time. I heart Zoro, and he will be strong in all the tourneys to come, but let's give our appreciation to Rayleigh while he's still recently relevant to the story.

If you're at all undecided, go Rayleigh this year! (Sorry, I don't have any funny pictures :)
