I have an question about the manga's that are sold in Europe, are they readed right to left like in Japan and most manga's in the US or are they left to right like the manga's used to be in the US?

      Damekko Doubutsu in a nutshell

"the unicorn drinks, the rabbit smokes, the male bear is gay, the wolf is a wimp, the cheetah is retarded, the dolphin can't swim, the eagle is near blind… how can you not enjoy this show."-Anonymous

Some Tokoyopop manga can be bought in the UK. I'm not sure of the exact list though. Also Gollancz has started releasing Viz manga in the UK. So far they've released Yu-Gi-Oh, DragonBall, Case Closed and another one which I don't really know. According to Amazon.co.uk they'lll also start releasing Kenshin at the start of next year. I think all of them are done right to left but because I get my manga from Amazon.co.uk I can't say I've really checked it.

Glénat, a French publishing company (Which also produces other language releases) puts out quite a bit of manga. All those that I've read were all published in their original format, meaning right to left. Or, well, their Dutch releases at least.

in france, recently, they (glenat) publish in the original format. but not so much time ago, they were readed from left to right. that was creepy and is a reason why i never bought one piece in french (just thinking of luffy with his scar on his right cheek makes me shiver)

every other french company publish the manga in their original form.
