I woke up early to make my mom coffee and Dad is handling the breakfast.
Ow my HEAD. I want to call out of work tonight so badly.

but seriously, that sucks…sorry to hear that...
I'm about less than a week away from my wedding...wow, I never thought this would be so nerve wracking. for the past few months I have been plagued by people asking "are you nervous?" to which I reply no. However, as it gets closer, I do feel a strange pit in my stomach growing larger and larger. It's not like I'm second-guessing or anything, it's just that I'm taking a pretty big step in my life and it gets more pronounce as the day draws closer...
I'll be alright though, I have the most awesome woman and fantastic son at my side...they help my world be a little brighter~

It must be a conspiracy! A government somewhere must be afraid that you're getting too close to their national secrets.
Good thing they don't know that you have 304958430 more computers

It indeed is a big step and kindda natural go get a bit nervious, but all is going to be well. Best of luck!
Me n' my family went to this restaurant for lunch because there was a Mother's Day special.
We had to wait an hour before we got our food. BC
Yeah I was supposed to clean my moms house today for the wedding this Saturday…
Guess who just woke up on the couch and now has to go to work without really doing any cleaning... -_-
I FINALLY GOT TO SEE THE AVENGERS. sobs Even with all the stupid little spoilers I had to endure for an entire week or so courtesy of the damn internet, I was still in love with everything. And heck, even the part where Loki ***** ******* still came as a shock even when I was spoiled by TWO different people about it. One of whom was Barack Obama via his twitter (or someone pretending to be him). NOBODY GIVES YOU THAT RIGHT JUST CUZ YOU'RE PRESIDENT, YOU JERK.
Afterward I had lunch at Sbarro, which I later regretted deeply because I FINALLY found a copy of the Complete Illustrated Sherlock Holmes at a bargain price which I could have purchased if I didn't get food. TRUST YOUR INSTINCTS NEXT TIME!! :getlost: I shall go back there though… yes. plotting things And I read an Avengers comic at the bookstore, which was hilarious. I've never really read American comics besides Watchmen, but they're a riot. there was also this hilarious display of Avengers products. Seriously, those plushies were the most amusing thing (actually some were a little freaky). I took pictures. I was disappointed to see that Hawkeye wasn't included in the Pop! Bobble-Head series. What, Fury gets one but not Hawkeye?
I think tonight was the night I made the greatest omelet I've ever, personally, made. Although I'll be honest, I could just be biased because I love onions. Needless to say, I diced up half an onion bigger than most apples and threw it in. Ham, onion, cheese, parsley… Jesus.
It was... It was magical...

And you didn't preserve it for scientific research ?
How inconsiderate.
Someone thought it was a good idea to put a dolphin ornament inside the fridge.
And yet I laugh.
I'm not hearin' how that was a bad idea.
Last night my laptop's accu seemlingly died on top of a broken built-in dvd player, two missing keys, a shitload of internet-connection-related software problems I will probably have to reinstall windows for if I want to fix them and the breaking of a power cable going to said accu in one of my laptop's hinges every now and then.
Luckily I can still use it if I connect the power cord and only the contacts seem to be a little bent so it is fixable, but man, am I glad I already planned out almost every detail of the Macbook I want to buy.
I only need to get the money and it's expensive, but I'm not burning my hands on Windows again after 15 years of problems with viruses and software problems and god knows what else my computers have gone through since I first started on Windows 3.11 at age 6.
Having a day off from work. So lovely
I'm trying to find some of my pictures I drew that I could send to my grandparents for showing. It's not easy with all these weird One Piece characters all over the place!

They can mostly be found in my art thread;)
Well my lifeguarding job is almost back in full-swing. Today I cleaned leafs from the bottome of the pool. The chlorine levels were so strong I think it eroded some of my esophagus tissue away
It's killing me that I only know one of my final grades (an A). We might be doing a lot of heavy-lifting this weekend, not sure. I'm still plotting to get mom to take me back to the bookstore. I somehow feel like I've still got soooooo much to do even though school is over. orz Also I think I really hate drawing female characters' faces. I dunno, they're just harder to draw.
flips table
Maybe I should just go back to reading Good Omens instead.
At my job, Mondays are the busiest day of the week. Because of school, I normally didn't work on Mondays, but now that I'm full time, I get to experience it every week now in all it's hellish glory.
I worked ten hours today, and I always had to be in full gear. Working at a very fast pace, while still having to maintain efficiency. I am so tired. It didn't help that I only got four hours of sleep last night either. But I made it through, and I'm just glad to be home finally.
I'm tired. So very tired.
Help me.
NOTHING has been going the way I wanted it too today. NOTHING. There's no WSJ Alpha today, I forgot to buy JUMP so it's probably sold out. I hope tomorrow's better. Next Thursday I finally get to go back home for the summer, I really can't wait. I've worked so hard this year at this point I want to nail the coffin closed on this and enjoy a much needed break.
Ugh. I overslept and had to cancel an appointment ._. It's time to find another alarm clock… I wonder if I can even find one that's more disruptive than setting math problems to solve?
And a video on tumblr gave me the sudden urge to watch The Devil Wears Prada, which I've actually never watched in full before. I managed to find a working stream somehow, so yay. I like Anne Hathaway~
I shall dedicate this day to writing an essay on Shakespeare's Twelfth Night and be finally fucking done with this crap.
Then all I have left is a five-page report on the workshop I attended last week…

When it rings, I have to solve two math problems (e.g. 68 - 12 = ?) in order to snooze or dismiss it.

You know what I'd do ?
Smash the fucker.
TO PIECES.
Today I will listen to The Rolling Stone's 500 Greatest Songs of All Time list.
Why? Because I CAN.

I would probably do something like that, even though I have so much overdue schoolwork to do. Why have I become so lazy this quarter?
I really just need to do the work today, bring my F in Biology up. I'm really worried about the AP World History exam, though, so somehow I need to read all of the chapters in its textbook by Thursday. Man, what a fool I've become. What the hell am I doing, anyway?
Finals on campus, finals makes students irritable, irritable students complain a lot, complaining students make my work difficult. Stupid finals.
I wonder if I complained as much when I was a full-time student.
Sitting in court for an hour and a half…yay...
Darn, you're getting name cleared already? Now I won't be able to bring you in
Spectacular so far. Just spectacular. Hungry as hell though.
Ugh. I overslept and had to cancel an appointment ._. It's time to find another alarm clock… I wonder if I can even find one that's more disruptive than setting math problems to solve?
I'm jealous.
I overslept until 14:00u and the only thing I can do about it is to put the most annoying song I own on cd into the cd drive of my alarm clock and put the thing on the other side of the room.
That kind of alarm clock is pretty much non-existent in this part of the world.
I have always chosen my alarms to be songs that are soothing and nice to wake up to. I would never want the first thing I hear in the morning to be something annoying O__o
This is my current alarm~

I'm notorious for pressing the snooze button every time it goes off, and since I can't get back into bed once I'm out it's the only thing that works.
!
This is my current alarm song, for anyone interested.![]()
I finally had a day of rest today after the constant fighting with my counsellors, which was really nice. Tomorrow to prepare some more for my intake at school next week.
@Silent:

Oooh, I see. I never had this problem, so I wouldn't understand anyway. I can't even stay in bed to enjoy the soothing alarm, because my phone's alarm setting only has one method that can't be changed: it gets louder as it goes on and would wake the whole damn building if I don't suppress it quickly.
Also holy crap your alarm…!
Soothing doesn't work for me, I need something loud to get me up, something soothing would cause me to just lay there and drift back into sleep. Can't do that when Queen is being pumped through the room.
My alarm clock makes a really annoying sound… and then it gets louder... and then it gets even louder... And if I DON'T turn the bitch off, it'll just keep getting louder and more obnoxious. Needless to say, I wake up pretty quickly.
I actually use two alarm clocks, one to wake me up slowly and nicely about twenty minutes in advance and one to tell me that it´s really time to get moving asap.
I set about a dozen alarms on my phone with various noises/rings that lead 20 minutes prior and 20 minutes after my wanted get up time.
It hardly ever works.
I usually get up naturally right at the moment where I can make it to the place I need to be if I rush.
I usually get up naturally right at the moment where I can make it to the place I need to be if I rush.
This describes every single one of my mornings.
I would love an alarm clock of Misha Collins and Jensen Ackles screaming at me to wake up. :ninja: Then perhaps I wouldn't have slept late two weeks in a row. Today I woke up to my mom yelling at me. That wasn't so great. I read a small amount of Good Omens. very small. One of several reasons was because I really couldn't stop myself from appreciating the smell of the book. It's so nice, though!
I was watching a couple episodes of Supernatural. It's funny how I have to practically force myself to watch it when I'm all by myself. I can't watch unless I've got a blanket handy. I call it my shock blanket. Towels aren't the same. But strangely the Asylum episode wasn't nearly as creepy as a couple of the earlier ones. In fact, I was amused by the fact that Dean just happened to be carrying a gun with blanks. BUT WHY DEAN? Just… WHY. it's also funny how, even knowing there are like 7 seasons, I still wanna yell things like "NOOOO! SAM NO!!" or "DEAAAAN DON'T GO ALONE!" Damn this show. ;A;
I'm quite miffed that my stupid laptop no longer lets me set a desktop background and fuck all if I know how to fix it. What else can I do with that kickass gigantic Avengers illustration? If I could make that a giant poster print for my bedroom, I would do it in a heartbeat. But a wallpaper for my laptop would be nice, too.
