I'd imagine that it's not particularly a priority to implement, and given that we have an inclination to change thread titles for certain threads when appropriate (particularly in the general sections), it may not be a good idea to see the Bleach thread changing its title every other second

That's not really a problem at all though, at least with the competent forums I go to. And the ability to change thread names is solely for the OP too, at least from the ones I know of. It wouldn't be like have mode -t on an IRC chatroom where everyone can change the topic at a whim. And despite the inclination of people to change thread names to something witty when they feel like it, I feel like that's giving too little credence to the users here. I doubt that thread creators of mega threads like the Bleach threads have no restraint whatsoever, and if they don't, it's a simple warning is all. It's also a useful feature when you want to "null" threads. I made a thread that had the same name as another thread, not realizing that the other thread existed, and I was surprised when I couldn't change the thread name.

It just makes you more careful before creating new threads. Which is a good thing.
Staff can change titles, and will usually listen to a legitimate request, and threads usually don't need changing, so its fine as is.

How about if you want to talk/point something with someone in a thread, you post "@NameOfTheMember" and the name would be a hyperlink to the member´s profile.
I saw this in a post in this forums but I don´t know how to make it or if it is something the member did especially for said post.

Currently, the general discussion has 6 topics that have been active within a day and 9 that have been active within the past few days. After those topics, the next most recently discussed one was updated 15 days ago. I hardly thing the general discussion is too populated at the moment.

I noticed a increase in spam bots as of late. Does the forum allow capchas when registering to try and stop them?

This forum does have a captcha system, yes. Bots still have the ability to figure out a way around captchas, tho, but iirc before captchas were implemented years ago, the flood of spambots was worse.

Hello everyone, new member here for a couple of days now.
I would like to suggest (if possible) a Content Table with all the unansweard questions/situations/cliffhangers/plotholes from the manga and to "check" them once we have an answear to them in the upcoming chapters.
I've tried this out with some friends and is really useful. For exemple, tha table can have this topics 1. Meaning of the straw hat in the frozen chamber. 2. Who is Greenbull 3. What is Bonney role in the story 3. Luffy's mother 4. What are the Ancient Weapons? , etc.
And at each topic there should be a little comment thread with usefull information about it. Like for 4. What are the Ancient Weapons ? - Shirahoshi is Poseidon, Pluton's design was seen only by Franky, Uranus is unknown. The comments should be modedrated by an admin so that no random or untrue information is posted.
This will help to track all the missing information about One Piece and will also help users and fans to remember & connect differents bits of info that could go unnoticed.
It's just a suggestion, but i think it will add much value to the forum.

well i mean you have the whole creativity forum thats basically a ghost town anyway. i dont see why an extra reading forum would be that much more effort

I dunno if these have been mentioned, but anyway:
1. Add the capability of giving likes to posts just for the fun of it. It sometimes nice to know people are liking what you are commenting.
2. If it's possible, add a "comedy" sub-forum in the media forum so we can post some funny videos or memes related or non-related to One Piece. Of course, an eye must be kept on this forum in case people post inadequate stuff.
