This guy keeps getting banned, but his theories are amazing, and there are many people who agree with me.
If we acknowledge that he is lying, and let everyone know ahead of time, he should be allowed to post his theories.

It's probably becuase he claims that the theories are spoilers, but everyone knows he's lying. It's more fun to read his theories.
