There are 3 extra games in the anime DBF.
1. The roller race
2. Pirate Dodgeball
3. Red Light, Green Light(Correct me if I am wrong. I skipped those episodes)

foxy takes robin in his crew after these extra games. i didn't see the ep so it's hard to describe the extra games. and yes, ep 225 and 226 is about the return of foxy. you can always dl these eps on gerusama's website. (225 and 226)

Bass - you could try Azureus, which is a really good Bittorrent Client (thing that lets you download torrents). You can find it at http://azureus.sourceforge.net/index.php One of the advantages of Azureus is that if you have a torrent for a batch of 5 episodes and you only want to download no. 3 you can choose 'do not download' for the other 4 episodes which will save bandwidth.
Another option is to try using mIRC. There is a really good useful guide and mIRC that has already been pre-configured for you under Rules & Info. Providing you know which episodes you are looking for - see http://www.kaizoku-fansubs.com/bots/index.php for a complete lis - you should be right.
As for the guy that steals memories in the filler arc, he steals them from all the Strawhats except Robin and from all of the people on the island.
Davy Back Fight Manga has - Donut Race (two teams of 3 have to race around an island to a finish line), Groggy Ring (sort of like soccer but they use a person instead of a ball) and lastly Combat (one on one between Foxy & Luffy wearing the Afro). Foxy's power enables him to slow down anyone/object for 30 seconds.
Episodes 225-226 are a sort of rematch with Foxy - general mayhem.

I can't answer for the anime Davy Back Fight as it hasn't been translated by K-F yet and Gerusama starts at 220. In the 'rematch' Foxy uses his beam on Luffy, Nami, Zoro, Usopp and Sanji all at once - Robin & Chopper stay back on the Going Merry. He then uses it on Luffy I think and at one point both Zoro & Sanji get caught in a compromising position after Zoro pushes Nami out of the way. Sorry, that is all I can remember.
