You can vote for as many characters as you want. Vote for EVERYONE you think is worthwhile… Or vote for everyone but the characters you hate.
How well characters do in prelims is used as a factor to decide how they get tiered next year, so its important that every character get as many votes as they can! You can even vote for all 15 if you REALLY want to, but obviously that doesn't help anyone in this round, this year.

To prevent use of duplicate accounts, accounts created with a few months prior to the Tournament as well as inactive accounts currently have voting disabled. If a member is judged to have made a meaningful contribution to the Tournament, they will be granted the privilege of voting as soon as is possible. This may take a while or may not happen at all in some cases, especially if that person chooses to constantly make an issue of it. Be patient.

Oh I know I can vote for as many as I like. I could vote for the ones that have the lowest with ease, but when it comes to the top if there are four fighting for the top 3 places and I vote all four instead of just 3 of them, wouldn't it be, well a bit pointless? I wouldn't be exactly helping one of the characters to get in since I would be promoting one extra for the third place. Btw I assume one of the mods will keep his/her votes till the end to break any ties?

Also, no voting for the sunfish merman = many dead and wounded, just so you know.

Oh golly, this is a tough one. Manboshi really deserve to move one, all thanks to the last chapter. Even though Chopper is my least favourite Strawhat, his flashback really do choke me up.
And Patty and Carne are the smex.

I see not enough votes here for Shirahoshi. May I remind you all that one look at her ended Sanjis nosebleed gag once and for all?? Yes, a vote for Shirahoshi is a vote against stupid and annoying running gags
If Shirahoshi doesnt get through the preliminaries, Sanjis nosebleed gag may resurface. So, everybody that didnt like that gag and every fan of Sanji that doesn`t want to see him as just a one-note comic relief character, vote Shirahoshi! -
