Okay, so when Luffy ate the Gomu Gomu fruit, I noticed he didn't eat the whole thing, and I was wondering if someone else were to eat the rest, would they get the rubber ability as well?

I'm only up to Episode - 285 so if they have already answered this question sorry.

No. Once a piece of the fruit is eaten, the rest becomes just a plain, old nasty fruit.
One bite and you've got the power.

And before you ask, no, if two people took a bite out of the fruit at the same time, they both wouldn't get the same power.
