When placing season orders, never order more than 26 episodes. When a series has 52 episodes in the can, cancel it or rerun it to death so your audiences will BEG you to cancel it.

No… if it has 52 episodes, you edit them down to 26. Then you just have the original problem.

Its a sad but true article. I've been watching cartoons for a long time and beleive it or not they have made great stride since then, but it is still nowhere near where it should be.
