Aokiji-sama -1 : a very BAD experience and very NOT recommended. He made a deal with me, asking about the contacts and everything, he agreed and said YES but suddenly change forcing me to buy more or he will sell to other person. Shouldn't say agree and asking for payment in the 1st place if he can cancel at anytime and sell to other, doesn't really appreciate what "on hold" is mean. A man must keep his word.
I've talked about this with Sensui and he said this is definitely bad business and should be noted under his feedbacks.
For the moderator of this APF, feel free to contact me and know about the details, I have every screenshots for this bad experience. It wasn't supposed to happen if the person knows how to regards others and be a good seller/person.thanks

Does not understand the language of business. He said bad experience with me but we have not engaged in anything but talking. there was no monetary transaction, no commitment truly.
I recommend his comment to be deleted as we never did business.
He initially contacted me to purchase 4 items then later on changed his mind to purchase 3 instead. I told him when he get the money to let me know and pay, that was the only type of assurance I gave him for the items, I never said that I was going to sell them to him only or that I could not back down before money was received (same way he could have at any time backed down as well). I never gave him my paypal until I was sure that he was the definite buyer, and because we havent gotten in to an agreement, I never gave it to him. so no payment.
He kept asking me for an invoice and I have never used that feature before, he was already started to given me issues saying that he had bad experiences with wrong addresses and bla bla bla.
So I received an offer from another buyer who wanted the exact same sets this person wanted at the start of our talks. I decided to wait for him as I as a seller make more money if I sell more items and at this point I am not about "man's word" or "Oh you said you were going to hold for me", I am at this point in a need money situation and in a seller state of mind which means making money. Business is business and as long as the business is done clean and everyone gets their merchandise and money all good. so dude, back off. we never did any form of business other than talking about the items and you don't having the money and wanting an invoice.
I am not "forcing you" to buy more. I am simply telling you " hey is either you buy what you wanted initially or I sell it to someone who is interested in them and is willing to buy the 4 items" he refuses to buy just 1 so to him is either the 4 or nothing, you want me to loose $200 just because you wanted the items? heck no. -

I have the screen shot of what we are talking about and of what happened.
here is the chronology,
He was selling wcf vol 1-21, and im interested for some volume..
i asked him if he want to sell full set or i can buy volume 2 to 5 only..
and he said he want to sel 2 to 5 with $750 include shipping..
after i read that i dont have the budget for that price, so i reduce my purchases to vol. 3-5, and he said 475 exclude shipping.. that was on sunday, and ive made a deal with him.. i said it was weekend can you give me few days to make payment.. and he said –> "ok I can tell the other guys that those are on hold until Wednesday, would that work for you?"
i ready to make payment on monday, ive asked for the invoice to be sent to my paypal address, then he replied asking my full contact and another reply which saying "paypalfee on the buyer", i dont mind paying paypal fee and i asked him again to give me that invoice.. but still he didnt send any because he said he never make an invoice.. so I decided to asked him about his paypal address so I can send him the payment, but still there is no reply from him about the paypal email addressSuddenly after that, he replied to me saying like this : "Hi I am talking a while because there is another person interested in buying vol. 2,3,4,5 and you only want 3,4 snd 5. I earn more by selling it to the guy who wants the vol 2 also. However I quoted you the price including shipping of those sets in the firs message I sent you, so if you buy the 4 volumes then I sell them to you instead."
I was upset when I read that reply, because earlier he had said that he already made a deal with me and yet he said something like that.. then I replied him saying that he has made a deal to me and he should keep his word as a seller, then he replied me with this message:
"People are interested in those early volumes mostly. Initially you asked for 2 to 5. I understand your point but to me a "deal" is that were I sell the most and earn the most. The other person wants to buy in lot or nothing and I don't want to loose that amount of money he outer paying cuz I need it. If you want the figures then buy the initial volumes you asked for. When I put on hold you could have backed off at any time, same here until payment was received, so technically there is no deal until money is received."i really upset for what he did.. he could said it at first if he want to sell it more or if he doesn't wanna sell any of the vol.3-5 unless I pick the vol.2 too. Just don't make any deal with me and asking about my contacts and everything. I even asked him many times about making payment and he didn't provide any, meanwhile his last reply saying "until payment was received"
a man must keep his word no matter what.
I have done business before here several times with cm_shin, Jejune, and BobLoblaw and they know what kind of a person I am.
I have talked with the former moderator of APF regarding this, too bad he is no longer a moderator here, but he told me to post this for the negative feedback and attitudes and could ask the moderator here to help.
If moderator want I will print screen my conversation with him and send you an email for proof. Should have inform from the condition from the very beginning, not changing at the last part, and hesitating to give a paypal address --> intending to halt a payment or what? what's the point?
If he doesn't want to sell at any cases or should find the highest buyer, then STATE that from the beginning. If he wants to make more money the good way that is, not changing the deal at the last part while clearly he stated that he want me to pay him and a deal is done. Clearly not a good seller.
NOT a RECOMMENDED SELLER, NOT COMMUNICATE WELL, NOT DOING A PROPER BUSINESS DEAL. This is from my experience, I'm open with anybody who wants to share any opinion.

For all of this APF member, this is a seller negative feedback experience I had, even the former moderator here suggested me to put into this feedback forum so people can know what kind of a seller this Aokiji-sama is. It's up to you to decide. Also I'm not upset because I didn't get the items, but I upset with the way this seller done the business deal, it will be different if he had STATED the condition from the beginning, a deal is a deal, on hold means it's on hold.
cm_shin +1 : keeping his word for on hold items even the other person willing to pay more for it, he said doesn't want to cause a ruckus and keepin up the positive feedbacks
BobLoblaw +1 : willing to help a lot, holding on hold items really well, truly a magnificent seller and communicate really well

If I knew you were this little girl buyer, I would have never even considered to wait for you. stop complaining you didn't spent 1 cent and you still have the option to buy the initial items you were interested in. You dont want them, then move on dude but dont give me a bad rep that will make members believe that I take money from people and dont deliver. It was simply a misscomunication and a better offer came along that you could not match, period.
