I think the closest official thing you can find is yearly manga calendars published by Shueisha. They contain very HQ and large recent manga spreads printed for each month of the year and it's possible to carefully cut off the lines on the sides with months and days information and be left with just the untouched picture. Looks like this year's calendar had to be 11 (or 10?) pages long with Luffy filler for January since there wasn't enough spreads to fill all pages.

Unfortunatelly it's already sold out on AForce too. Best bet is stalk YAJ and see if some reseller is selling it there. It will be a lot more expensive though…
