Since the 1UP incident, I am even more wary of whom I buy One Piece figures from. Louis was very helpful with my questions regarding pre-orders and I cannot wait for them to start rolling in ^^

When you run a shop the way you treat customers will follow on forever, so that means if you ever mess up this will also follow you, exactly what happened with 1UP .

Already sent out e-mails pertaining to the issue detailed below, but I'm posting it here as well just in case you haven't received yours for whatever reason.
Dear Customers,
As you know, recently we listed 3 different Limited Edition Portrait.Of.Pirates figures that have been out of print for a while for a second chance to our customers.
As you also may already know, we are an official distributor of MegaHouse Corporation, which means we receive all of our inventory directly from the manufacturer. Which is also why we received this opportunity to offer this to our customers, due to the fact that they discovered they still had a small amount of inventory remaining in one of their Tokyo warehouses. We had ordered and confirmed all of it as usual.
Yesterday, we received some very unfortunate news from MegaHouse as they were preparing to export them to us. The handlers of their subcontracting warehouse failed to notice some serious damage to the roof causing rain leaking. This resulted in all of their inventory intended for Kolektakon being damaged by rain.
We were extremely upset about this, because we never expect such things to occur at the top of the ladder. It's usually a courier that causes damage, if any.
MegaHouse Corporation issued us an apology letter to send to our customers to explain the situation. I've attached it to this email in .PDF format (readable with Adobe Reader and similar software). In their letter, you will find a summary of what I've just explained above.
Due to the damage in the MegaHouse subcontracting warehouse, and the fact that these are limited edition and no longer available, we have no way of acquiring additional units and unfortunately will not be able to fulfill these orders.
I sincerely apologize, everyone. I was really happy to be able to offer these to our customers again at the original price, but there was nothing I could do to prevent unforeseen events on MegaHouse's end.
We can only offer one of the following as an apology:
- Full refund + $5 off next order or pre-order
- Store Credit (for In Stock items
) in the amount you paid (plus $10 additional credit)
Please let us know which you prefer.

I preordered CB Sanji and CB Robin at biginjapan but unluckily I just had some unexpected things to buy. I mailed them I wouldn't buy them anymore but they said they couldn't cancel my order, so if anyone wants them just send me a pm. I'd rather not lose my account, I'm searching for a solution.

That happened with my BiginJapan account, couldn't afford something, emailed them saying I am unable to pay for the item and they cancelled my account.

Wtf is going down with MH lately? Everything is getting delayed and retailers are waiting forever to get their stock.
I suddenly remembered Nami was out and to make sure I hadn't missed my payment request (Originally I didn't even notice that she came out a month before Law, either) but judging by comments on MFC, she's still not in stock. Ah well, I was originally expecting her and Law to come out together so I can just wait until they're both in stock.

Do you know if shopmadeincina.com is related to some bigger sites? I found on my credit card's bill a 70€ payment to that site but I've never seen it neither heard of it. I don't have any bill in my mail neither on paypal, the only thing I used to buy from China are figures but in december I only bought Ace DX from Amiami (and regularly paid it).

From what I read on MFC, it's perfectly normal for CR to get their stuff later than supposed to.

Only ever ordered POP Sengoku for CR, yes, they didn't get stock until 6 weeks after J-shops, but it was so much cheaper I didn't mind the wait!

I've pre-ordered from CR many times, yeah, they keep postponing their release dates even when it's out in Japan. It's "normal" to see the dates pushed back 2-4 times. I usually wait 2-3 months after their initial release date to get my items, so PO with that in mind. They won't swindle you, I've gotten a refund back because they ran out of POs for Mihawk and gotten everything from them so far.

Is anyone able to checkout through Mandarake since they updated the site? It won't let me enter anything for city under shipping address, so I cannot check out since its required. Tried on 3 different browsers and the auto fill option from your saved address doesn't fill in the city either.

Work out perfectly! I only visited because of your post and saw a SAS Kira Second going for 3,500 yen! (currently going for over $100 on amazon - http://www.amazon.com/Figure-Action-JoJo%60s-Bizarre-Adventure/dp/B004IX3WZU/ref=sr_1_3?ie=UTF8&qid=1428859585&sr=8-3&keywords=yoshikage+kira)
Usually they sell out fast, but i guess because of the checkout issue I had a chance! Ordered him using Afghanistan as country and EMS as shipping method, then e-mailed them straight away with correct address asking for SAL.

Nice…........he looks pretty sweet!! Always liked Zoro, (which is why I got the FAZ Battle Ver.)
Might look at picking this up......Hope for Sanji and a Heavy Point Chopper..........not fussed about Law or Ace, but hope Luffy get's a re-release.............

So looks like VAH Luffy is getting a re-release in September alongside Zoro….........If I didn't already have soo many figures coming that month I think i'd get the two of them, especially with Nami on the way.............
