Just get Chopper from Hiromi(sensui's proxy) then. That's what I did. Plus the price is pretty affordable too.
You gotta pay up front for it. And it was pretty damn vague on how much they'd be charging for it.
Goddamit. I been checking Aikoudo all morning and they listed and sold WCF 22 immediately. Was only 1880 too (Hancock, Salome, Margaret, Ship)

Yeah, I know what you mean, you could end up paying either 3340 yen or 3970 yen (more expensive than Nippon-Yassan & BIJ) depending on where you are in queue. Seems a bit of a gamble to me. Although probably worth it as potential win is 510 yen and lose is only 120 (based on N-Y's price)
Still holding out for Otacute though, they may be cheaper still.
What's vague about that? You just have to order Chopper right away instead of waiting. Then you can't complain about any vague conditions since it'd be your fault alone for hesitating. And otacute won't offer him for a cheaper price than Hiromi. Guy's dominating the exclusive figure pre-order scene (lol funny word).
i got chopper ordered at kolektakon and nippon yassan, i didn't noticed that the figure NY did cancel was not chopper POP
and so i dunno if NY will ask for a upfront payment or not, at least if they don't i will pay it in july i don't mind get 2 choppers

I was trying to give away my preorder for Sanada Nendo and Doflamingo, to two different persons. They haven't replied to my Doflamingo shipping change request yet.
I told you guys a while ago that HS don't accept those kinds of changes anymore but you wouldn't believe me. I was able to use that service one last time for an order I've got for June but that's it.

They don't accept requests to transfer orders or change the shipping address on orders preparing for shipping, but there is nothing stopping you from updating your address details a week or so before release. I did this for my Doflamingo POP order and it's been shipped to their address and not mine. You just can't leave it to the last minute/wait for the shipping total before giving it away.

and i already combine the order and hobby search refuse to send my item in 1 box.and charge me
for shipping 2 times .1 ems for pop doflaminggo and another shipping for one piece chest for sal

What do you mean, "they told you"? You just go into User Registy Info and amend the address. This is where they take your address from at the time they prepare the order for shipping. Just the same as if you moved house and needed pre-orders to be sent to your new address. They can't refuse to ship items to a different address, surely that's what the User Registry Info is for.
And I've checked the EMS tracking info and it's being processed for delivery in France and not UK so it did work.

Strange, there's no reason why they shouldn't let you. I can understand after shipping prepartions have been made or having to manually transfer an order between accounts, but surely there's not admin cost involved in a user updating their details, much like when you decide to pay with points or change from SAL to EMS. Odd…...

i ordered chopper POP@ kolektakon because i though nippon yassan canceled him cause of upfront payment but it wasn't chopper it was another figure i took from them and i end up with 2 choppers, at least i can pay the nippon yassan in july, this month is going crazy for me, i canceled a lot of orders to get the eternal log chopper pop and most of all PERONA!!!
i'm expecting a bit ems price and may be a custom, so i'm kind of expecting having a weird month
