Some pictures which contain words would be hard to read when resized, or have details that can only be noticed at full size. Of course we can open image in new tab to view full size or insert link, but it would cost less effort if we have a bar above the resized image that if clicked will return the image to its full size. A bar with message like:"This image has been resized. Click to view full-size" like some other forums I visit.
EDIT: Found an example: http://vnsharing.net/forum/showpost.php?p=5695383&postcount=35
The image-auto-resizing function.

They don't care about your convenience. Have fun opening new tabs.

No, we just don't care about YOUR convenience. Since your idea of convenience is dumb.
We'll look into Sea's suggestion.

Don't talk to me like that.

Cute dogs are always the most vicious. My thousand dog bites are proof, I swear.
I was under the assumption that clinking an attached image would full size it… or is he talking about another type of image? Linking to images maybe?

I didn't even notice that they implemented this. But yeah, the bar thing Sea's talking about is pretty good with the image resize function. It's on another forum I go to. So seconded or whatever the number now is.

I prefer opening new tabs.

I'm not sure if this is exactly the same thing, but I guess it beats making a new thread.
When a large image is posted, instead of stretching the whole page, we're given a scroll bar within the post window. Is there a way to mirror the scroll bar on the top as well as the bottom? Sometimes many pics are posted in a row and/or they'll have a chronological order to them. Having to scroll to the bottom of the post to move the scroll bar to see the rest of the image "spoils" the intended viewing order (think in the art section when someone posts a few pages of a comic, for example)
Mirroring the scroll bar at the top gives us the option to adjust our view of the image without having to scroll all the way to the bottom of the post.
