Help what is THIS????

A friend of mines gave this to my daughter. It didn't have any install discs or anything when we got it just a charger. My puter can't recognize it to install it. It takes pictures, plays original NES games, music, movies, makes and watches them. Where she got it from was a an adult so there are things my autistic 9 year old cant see… So I need to wipe those things out.

Any help is appreciated... I have spent hours on Google, and only discovered its not actually a Sony nor Made in Japan.... OIIIIII...

Generally they don't come with install discs, and often if they do they're for the wrong model and brick the thing. Same with any you may find online. It'll probably just show up as an external hard drive if you plug it into a pc.

It came from someone she knew, and she gave it directly to me to clean out before my daughter got it. The inappropriate things are more like songs, and just teenage foolish stuff no porn.

Im finding that out… But I dunno it was free and I just wanna get stuff on it that she likes... When I do plug it in it just says unsupported device, it would be nice if it did show up as a drive... Then I wouldn't have this issue...
