This is a digital painting of Shanks using Photoshop CS5.
(This does have his body parts fixed(per ConeKiller's post)).

Looks really nice. Though it misses that "One Piece"-feeling.
The shirt looks a little strange, like it wasn't made of fabric or something.
This is a close-up.
(Fixed, same as picture above).
I think the mouth isn't right, again. Women should have those kind of lips, not men.
And the shirt looks nice and all, but when I look at the whole pic, it just doesn't fit.

Thanks a lot for your comment (this is the artist who drew the picture)
I find it a bit curious that the shirt failed to read as a fabric considering that I used actual linen fabric for the overlay. Also, as far as the lips are concerned, I tend to draw men with supple lip because I like men with supple lips. It's just my aesthetic. Hell, art wouldn't be art if everyone drew the same, right? ^_^
But seeing how you seem to have an deep understanding of rendering the human form, I would love to see your work. Your art must be like 10x better than mine could every be. You might be able to teach me a thing or two.

I think the texture what makes the shirt look a little strange.
I understand that and there's absolutely no problem with that.
You drawing skills are much better than mine, I can tell you that, I just write what I can see and I hope it helps.
I can see your viewpoint, however, if you draw a character of somebody else (like Oda's for example) you shouldn't change the appearance too much, you have to keep some certain elements as they are in order to capture the "soul" of the character. I know it's hard especially when the artist has such "weird" style (like Oda).

This is really beautiful! Is she your original character or from a video game/manga etc.?
Either way, it's really well done! Especially the hair and the eyes.
Is she a demon of some kind? I'm just guessing
I think the torso in the first picture is wrong. Judging from this angle the nipple would probably be hidden, assuming the shirt is opened on the front. The chest line should be shifted.
She is an original character.
Don't take this the wrong way, but Shank's nipple is kinda in the the wrong place. The center line of his abs should also continue upward and be the center line of his pecs. But it looks like his left pec shifted over smack dab in the center of his chest. Something about the clavicle (collarbone) looks a bit off as well, but I can't put my finger on it.
I'm not pointing these things out to nitpick you. In fact, this is quite an impressive piece, but having some glaring anatomy issues stops it from becoming greatness!

From LinaVox: I actually totally agree with you on the nipple. I actually noticed it a day after I finished it and I just haven't gotten around to finishing it. The clavicle is correct (it should be anyway), but I think it looks weird because of the placement of the nipple. In fact, thank you for noticing, because constructive criticism helps me, along with any artist for that matter, so thank you.
other than those details it still looks amazing the one of the red haired girl at first it looked like someone took a picture of a real person then edited it to make look reflective.

Can I say? Make more and contiue the cool business.
Would love to see more in the background, since the pictures really lend themselfs for that kind of stuff.
